We had a wonderful week in this lovely cottage right in the centre of Beer. The house was perfect for our needs, even more spacious than we expected, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The private parking, which was essential for us, really made for a stress free holiday. The communication from the hosts was spot on, with lots of useful information provided before we went. Many thanks Nikki and Chris, hopefully we'll be back!

What a fantastic place. You instantly felt like home from the moment you walked in, really clean and had everything you needed to cook meals from scratch in the kitchen. Great location if you don’t want to drive, everything is a couple minutes walk from the house - can easily walk to the beach or the shops without driving. Bonus for us, there was an EV charger that Sue remote controlled so we could just plug in and top the car up. Would love to stay again, not sure we’ll ever get weather this good again though.

I cannot begin to describe how lovely our stay was. Tristan is the most amazing host we have ever had at an AirBnb. He was responsive to questions, helpful, caring, and just so sweet. He even helped us back our giant rental van into the garage when we arrived. We had a perfect welcome basket upon our arrival and staples left for us in the fridge, so we had everything we needed for a delicious breakfast the next day. The house itself is even nicer than pictures show. It’s beautiful, modern, and clean. The beds were very comfortable, and having three full bathrooms and an additional half bathroom was amazing, especially for a party of 6 people. The location was perfect, the ocean views were gorgeous, and the home was so comfortable that we didn’t want to leave. Any time we visit Lyme Regis in the future, we will always stay here!

The place was clean and peaceful, and the host provded clear instructions for access. We were able to walk into Braunton and the host provided some great recommendations for food. We had a lovely stay.

We stayed at Danni's for a local wedding, it was perfect. Loads of space and well equipped, had everything we needed for a great weekend!

Dawn is an absolutely lovely and accommodating host! Last minute booking and she was so helpful and responsive to get this booked! The photos of the property do not do it justice! It is stunning and it makes for a really pleasant stay! Lots of little touches which are really thoughtful and a super comfy bed! Really pleased and will definitely be staying again! Jess x

Beautiful stay! Very close to the beach and lovely restaurants. Helen provided some great recommendations, we tried 4 restaurants she suggested and they were all great. The flat was spacious, had a beautiful view and good amenities. While staying we also took a drive to Woolacombe, Instow, Clovelly and a boat trip to Lundy which were all very much enjoyed. Such a stunning and peaceful location right above the waters edge. The best views and location of any air bnb we've ever stayed in. Light, airy and spacious accommodation, beautiful bedding and pristine kitchen and bathrooms with everything thought of. Paul and Bekki could not have been more thoughtful or kinder- thank you. Don't hesitate to book- a truly memorable place, in this lovely part of the world. The Tunnels beaches, cliff walking, beach at Coombe Martin and funicular at Lynton/ Lynmouth were particular highlights. We loved watching the birds and porpoises in the bay. Thank you

Perfect location, central and by the park. On a busy rod but you can’t hear it from inside, it’s a quiet, cosy and calming space. We all had a great sleep, beds very comfortable. Mark was very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Had a great stay at Dan’s place. It’s a great location, very central but also in a quiet neighbourhood. Communication with Dan was great and it was very easy to check in. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone who is staying in Exeter 🙂

Really nice apartment to stay in if you’re visiting Minehead or surrounding areas. Clean tidy apartment with amazing views of the sea. Felt at home, very comfortable. The apartment was well equipped with everything needed for the stay. It’s located in the perfect spot right next to the beach and it’s so peaceful! Absolutely beautiful apartment. Ideally situated within 5 minute walking distance to shops/beach front. Views from the apartment were spectacular, I don't think you could beat them anywhere else in Woolacombe. Lovely clean and comfortable space. We will definitely be returning!

The accommodation is in a superb location for exploring Lyme Regis, whether you are looking for the beach, cafés or a micro-brewery. Everything was perfectly clean and comfortable - I would definitely recommend 1 The Gables to others. Thank you!

We stayed here for a wedding at Tunnels Beaches which was less than a 5 minute walk away so ideal location! Kirsten was very friendly and was easy to contact - replies were instant. The property was lovely and had all amenities you needed. There were lots of thoughtful little touches like toiletries you may have forgotten and dog towels should you bring a four legged friend! It can be a little hard to find the property, as it’s tucked in, but Kirsten provided clear instructions which I would follow over the sat nav. A wonderful couple of days - thanks again.

Lovely apartment with everything needed for stay. Great views out to sea in a quiet area with garden furniture available. Bedroom is hugh with a sofa to enjoy the garden and view from inside. Very hilly walk to and from town but you can go via Ware road through a gate via the countryside to avoid road, very pleasant. Lots of places to eat and things to do. Took a drive to walk to Golden Cap amazing views and a good farm shop on drive back. Melanie was very helpful and would must definitely recommend staying at Green Tor.

We had a great stay at David's place, the whole apartment was so clean & tidy. The apartment is very spacious with everything you need & the beds were very comfy. Cookies, milk & wine in the fridge were much appreciated - Thanks. There is a lovely decked area outside that has the sun all day, with furniture & parasol. Great if you have children as there is a park just through the garden gate. The location was great although there is a bit of a steep hill so we walked down to the seafront & got a taxi back. Great communication from David & I would highly recommend this apartment - we loved it
