Miriam’s house is very welcoming, it’s her own home & feels cosy & comfortable. We enjoyed sitting outside in the courtyard surrounded by plants and loved being so close to the centre of Norwich, just a short walk from shops, cafes, the river & cathedral.

Enjoyed Lindsey's home. She was very hospitable and great at responding to text and emails. We had a small issue with some burned out light bulbs that were up high in the bathroom and she was on it immediately to add more bulbs. She was a wonderful host! It was a very comfortable home with a lovely garden out back, perfect place for morning coffee. We had everything we needed in the kitchen which was well stocked. The stairs are very small & narrow so you need to be careful going up and down.

We had a really good time here and enjoyed the house as a place to be. The house is a renovated three-bedroom Victorian terrace, with a kitchen and bathroom at the back of the ground floor and a steep set of stairs between the lounge and dining room. The third bedroom is accessible through the second bedroom. It is convenient for getting into the centre of town. It is suitable for children, though with two toddlers we brought a portable stairgate with us.

Had a lovely break in Ely. Bobs house was very cosy and had everything we needed! It was the perfect location for our visit to Ely cathedral, which you can see from the house! Would recommend the Octagon Tower tour, but not for people with a fear of heights! We had a couple of meals at Wildwood restaurant in Ely High Street that were very good also! Fitzwilliam museum in Cambridge was very interesting too and entrance is free!

Benji & Leah’s place was fabulous, Close to amenities yet in a peaceful area It was clean, tidy, warm and welcoming. Parking for two cars by back gate was so handy. Bathrooms were spotless and an additional toilet downstairs was a bonus Two good seating areas out side which enjoyed the afternoon sun. In all a fabulous place,would definitely book again if in the area

Probably the nicest airbnb I've stayed at. Spacious, bright, and down the street from what is now one of my favorite pubs ever (the free press). beautiful architectural details, enough books for several lifetimes of reading, and everything we needed for a great visit! Please come to Canada and reno/decorate my home the same way, thank you!

Lovely, historic house within walking distance of the city centre. Some nice architectural features on show with lots of rooms beyond the three good-sized bedrooms - plenty of space to relax in. Lovely pool, kitchen and dining area and more garden around the side of the property which you might otherwise overlook. A quiet, residential location yet it’s only a short walk to the local shops and barely a mile to the city centre. Jane was awfully responsive and very helpful. Would definitely recommend should you want a nice place in Norwich (and did we mention the pool?!)

We had an amazing family staycation and loved everything about this house! It was beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for quality time together. The staff were welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. We all loved the showers .Highly recommend and can’t wait to return! Only issues: small speaker problem, not enough dishwashing tablets therefore had to keep getting some. The TV was not loud enough.

Our stay was brilliant, Heike's home was warm, clean, with beautiful decor, and a lovely garden, and she'd given us some lovely extras such as wine, biscuits, doggy things, foil tins for our Christmas meal, and had put up Christmas decorations - it was all very thoughtful. And Heike was very responsive which was very much appreciated. The neighbourhood is quiet and river walks are a 5min drive away. We all had a lovely Christmas, thank you Heike!

Great house, very clean. hotel standard linnen and towels. basic essentials supplied like shampoo, bin liners ect. great location. nice house. good fast communication with owners fantastic. would use again. definitely recommend.

We totally loved Tess's cottage and the location was perfect. The house has been lovingly furnished and Tess's beautiful and serene artworks adorn the walls. The kitchen has everything you need if you're cooking for yourself. It feels really comfortable and like a home, not a holiday let. We especially enjoyed the collection of art books! It's a peaceful countryside location but easy to get into Cambridge - we walked in across Grantchester meadows most days. We came without a car so took a cab from the station with our suitcases - quick and straightforward and only around £10. Tess is a great host, she allowed us to check in a bit early and check out a bit late which was really helpful. She communicated really well before and during our stay but wasn't intrusive in any way. Can't recommend enough!

Andrew was very helpful in allowing us to check in early so we did not have to carry our bags around for the day. I used to live in Cambridge, so I knew the area pretty well, and this was a great location—easy to walk into town. The house was as described without any issues. I loved the garden, and we also had some lovely weather. There were no issues while we stayed there. I would book again if solo traveling or with a mate again. Thank you, Chris

A super apartment in a great location. Within 5mins walk of the town but in a quieter area with a supermarket, deli, pubs & restaurants, etc. Char had gone sbove and beyond to make sure the stay was pleasant. Thank you

Me and my girlfriend had a lovely time here, very cosy and perfect for a getaway from the hustle and bustle. But also with plenty to do nearby and easy to get to the City centre!

We had a lovely family get together here over Christmas. The house is very comfortable and clean. It has an enclosed garden which was great for our dog. It’s located a few miles from Grantchester and we walked from there to Cambridge a couple of times. Some lovely little walks from the doorstep too. David’s communication was helpful and reliable from the moment we booked. When he realised we were getting together for Christmas, he provided a tree and some decorations. He checked in with us after arrival and was very helpful. We had a great time!

Great place to stay. When we arrived there was a lovely note and box of chocolates from Sarah 😁. House was spotless and had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. It was like a home from home. There is a bus stop across the road which takes you into Norwich, a Tesco Express 5 minutes away and a few pubs within walking distance. Location is great! Sarah responded very quickly to any messages I sent her. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Norwich.

Pickle Cottage is a lovely characterful cottage. It was really well equipped and we had a relaxing and comfortable stay. It was special for me having grown up and gone to school in Maldon…good to see the place again. Thank you for the welcome gift of milk, cake and biscuits too.

Lovely place to stay, a great pub around the corner(The Alma) 5 min walk from small beach, a little further to long sandy beach. 2 large sized bedrooms with TVs and comfy beds. Dining room and kitchen on ground floor,lounge and bathroom on first floor, bedrooms on top floor, so bare in mind all the stairs.

This our second visit, and we will be returning next year! It is a beautiful house, it has every amenity but it also feels like home. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, near all the shops and restaurants but tucked away in a cul de sac so very quiet at night. I’d highly recommend this to anyone thinking of a stay in Norwich, it’s perfect
