Fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment. Amazing view of the sea and walkable to the centre of Brighton without being so close it was noisy. Big rooms and every amenity needed was provided, perfect space to relax in for the bad weather we experienced! Wolf was very responsive and clear on instructions, a great host.

Lovely flat with everything that you need for a short stay. Easy to find and easy check in/check out. Brighton beach is around a 20 minute walk or there is a bus stop round the corner if you prefer. Plenty of cafes and shops on your doorstep. A great, convenient location to explore Brighton and Hove!

Es war sehr nett in Lancing. Die Lage ist ideal um sowohl Brighton als auch das Hinterland zu erkunden. Dazu ist man auch direkt vom Haus schnell am Meer. Alles in allem eine rundum gelungene Woche. Lieben Dank an Harley!

Well what a rare delight, on this stretch of coast, to be staying directly on the beach. The apartment was spacious, apart from the bedrooms that are tight but the space is where you want it to be, in the social area of the apartment and balcony, that look directly over the beach and sea. Spotlessly clean, with comfy beds and importantly for most, decent WiFi. The kitchen was well equipped to make your meals for a wonderful place to enjoy your food. The Perch restaurant underneath is absolutely worth a visit or two. We would have loved some flowing white, thin curtains or anything to draw over the massive front seaview windows at night to allow for a touch of privacy. All in all, outstanding place to stay. Just book, you won't be disappointed.

Sarah’s house is perfect for a stay at the Witterings. Located a few mins walk to the beach and close to other area such as Itchenor and Bosham. We stayed as a family with young kids and it had everything we needed, from the games room to the garden. It was a bit rainy when we stayed , but that didn’t stop us venturing out. I can imagine in the summer, the house would be even more perfect. Sarah was super helpful too. The house looks even nicer than the pictures.

Amazing stay in Selsey! The beachside view was breathtaking, and the modern design made it so relaxing. As a group of couples, we settled in the moment we arrived. The peaceful surroundings and stylish, creative vibe made it feel just like home. The games on the shelves and well-equipped kitchen with quality cutlery were great essentials for our stay. Highly recommend to anyone!

We had a lovely stay, the house is perfect for family get togethers being open plan and is very well equipped (plenty of crockery, cooking stuff etc). The location is amazing, with direct beach access from the garden and amazing views out to sea. Would definitely recommend

This is indeed a stunning beachfront property. The living area is upstairs. It’s spacious and has great views overlooking the sea. One highlight is the quaint hidden bathroom upstairs where you can have a bath with a sea view! The property is well stocked with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. It has beautiful furnishings and paintings painted. We had a wonderful stay even when the weather did not hold up. Penelope is also a great host. She was very responsive to our needs and made us feel very much at home. This is a great place to stay and I thoroughly recommend it.

Our 3rd stay at this great property to visit relatives that live nearby. Weather was fantastic and we had a lovely time. Lots of walks on the beach which is really close to the house. Enjoyed the thoughtful welcome pack. Thanks James.

We had a lovely if too short a stay at Jaclyns's appartment. It's a perfect spot to explore Brighton and Hove but also a lovely spot to just relax and not do too much at all

Great stay, lovely views and very comfortable bed. Enjoyed our walks along the promenade and into the town. Flat clean and cosy and well equiped not that we did much cooking as we tend not to on holiday. Would recommend for a relaxing break.

We felt so at home in the flat. It's very well laid out, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Mark was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely go back.

We had a really lovely stay at Joanne's basement flat in Hove. It was in a great location very close to the beachfront and easy access to bars and restaurants. About a 25 minute walk into the centre of Brighton along the promenade. The flat was vey clean, and the beds were super comfortable. Everything we needed was available and communication with Joanne and Ken was great. It was extremely handy having a parking space as well. A fab few days away and would recommend. Wow, das Penthouse in Embassy Court ist wirklich klasse - Modernistische Architektur direkt am Strand mit toller Aussicht auf Strand, Meer, Pier und Stadt. Es ist sicher DER Ort in Brighton, an dem sich Geschichte, Form, Funktion und Lage perfekt treffen. Und Stephen und James sind super Gastgeber, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das lag nicht nur an der Lage, sondern auch der hervorragenden Kommunikation. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche - Danke!

Philip’s apartment was the ideal location for exploring not only quirky Kemp Town but Brighton as well. Spotlessly clean with a beautifully equipped kitchen and a very thoughtful welcome pack, I’d highly recommend this wee gem. Rosie

The place was beautiful and quite close to the town centre and directly opposite the beach so it was perfect for everything you would like to do in Brighton. Easy check-in and clean.
