Natasha's place is so cosy and peaceful! I highly recommend her place for a break surrounded by beautiful views and multiple hiking routes. I look forward to staying here again!

We had a lovely stay at Sarah’s place, the annex is very private and in a quiet location but easily accessible. Sarah was very responsive when messaged, and her check in instructions clear and concise. The annex was clean, warm (we stayed in January) and well equipped. It was in a perfect location being approximately 20 minutes walk from the centre of Brighton and 10 minutes to the beach front.

My Golden Doodle and I spent a month here and can honestly say we both had an incredible month. Apart from having the most incredible dog friendly beach 24 minutes away (west Witterings) to a new dog friendly walk every day in the most incredible countryside, the Cart Barn is a lovely place to stay. It has everything you need and is wonderfully designed. Really comfortable and cosy during February. My dog wants to move here. 😁 Highly recommend. The only advice I would give is on the directions. As you enter Funtington, look for the Woodstove sign, not the farm shop.

The Annexe was a very special place to spend the weekend, enjoyed the hotub and then sitting in front of the log burner. Tracey was a lovely host and we can highly recommend a stay if ever your visiting this beautiful part of the UK

This was our third time staying at The Barn and we will certainly be back again! We instantly feel settled and comfortable in this perfect set-up. It’s located in the most amazing spot with cute shops and restaurants at your doorstep. Our dog feels super comfortable being there and having the small garden is ideal. Cath is delightful and responsive with her messages. We felt very welcomed and were grateful for the thoughtful touches on arrival. Can’t wait for visit number four!

Perfect little place to explore Midhurst, Cowdray Park and Petworth.

We stayed in the barn for 3 months, and it was a perfect home for us. Rebecca was very friendly and helpful with all the check-in details, and was always on hand if we had any queries. The barn was very cosy, and perfect in every way. It was well kept and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. We were regularly greeted by a lovely dog and made good friends with the cat! The surrounding areas were great for country walks and there’s a lovely local pub as a treat. We certainly would return back to the barn in future. Thanks to Rebecca for her amazing hosting!

A very comfortable b&b exactly as described. The location is in a very quiet area and the countryside around is picturesque. Jessica was not able to be at the premises for our visit but communication was first-class throughout. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Tracy’s place. It has been thoughtfully designed with everything you could need, and the bed and linen felt like we were sleeping on a cloud. The hot tub is brilliant, made even more amazing by the beautiful blue skies. Thank you!

Love this place! It's a cute place for a restful stay for two in beautiful surroundings. The view from the sofa looking out over the garden and the countryside beyond is delightful. The kitchen has all you need for a short stay, the bed is super comfortable and the Wi Fi is good. We also had a very generous welcome selection of things to eat and drink. There are outstanding walks from the doorstep with pretty villages and pubs to stop at and the dramatic Amberley Castle next door!

We had a fabulous stay. The house was cosy and modern. Everything was there as described. Comfy bed. Will be back.

A beautiful barn in a beautiful spot completely tucked away. Linda and Mike are brilliant hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Just perfect in every respect. Can’t recommend highly enough. We will definitely be back.

Emma was a great host from the start - very welcoming and gave us lots of recommendations! Place was also very well looked after and had everything we could have asked for!

A thoughtfully designed self-contained annex in the owners garden. The garden was freely available for our grandchildren and dog to enjoy including the very popular trampoline and swings! There is a splendid community run pub and shop within 15 minutes walk across the fields or along a road and many opportunities for walks directly from the house. Thank you for having us to stay!

We had such a lovely stay at Juniper house, Marley and his family were very welcoming and the house and grounds were amazing. We really enjoyed the red kite feeding and there was plenty of other things for the kids to do as well. The surrounding area also has plenty of lovely places to eat and explore. Overall, we were very happy and would love to go back again.

A lovely little private space, well maintained and lots of thoughtful details. it is tucked away but we were given really clear instructions and found it without any issues. we arrived late so Janet even left lights on yo guide our way. A perfect little spot, just what we needed!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Susan's place in West Wittering. The annex itself was very clean, cosy, and quiet - everything I wanted in a relaxing weekend break and more. The communication beforehand was also fantastic, and if I was back in the area I'd definitely stay here again. Thanks Susan! :)

Great little place in a very rural and peaceful location. Sparkling clean, all mod cons, great comms from Phillip and Zillah and a real little home from home.

Had a wonderful couple of days at Pony Cottage, very clean, well stocked for tea, coffee, milk and biscuits! Virginia I felt had covered every aspect to make sure it’s a comfortable stay. Beautiful garden, 5 mins into the village, which has lovely coffee shops and restaurants, everything you need. Bonus also of having beautiful walks on your door step. I look forward to returning!

Late arrival, tired and a little confused but Anna was available to correct our errors ( own fault for not opening email chain) On departure my wife left her diamond stud earrings by the bedside. Anna informed us straight away and agreed to mail them to us. We cannot thank whomever enough for their honesty and support. They are from 60th trip to India and very sentimental. The premises are well stocked .We settled in to a good night's sleep straight away, very peaceful and the bed is extremely comfortable. Fantastic gardens. Blessed with beautiful weather and sunsets for the weekend .Brighton centre is a 15 minutes drive, just a little longer on the 5b bus route. Shower was excellent, heating was perfect. After a rushed booking it was an excellent find. We were secretly attending our daughter's half marathon event. Our Westie is 17 and the approach to the accommodation a little steep ((basically if you have mobility issues not for you) Fantastic weekend and would visit again. G& Jan

WOW - what an absolute gem! Chris is the most fabulous host - super responsive, really helpful and friendly and really went the extra mile to accommodate us after we'd had our original hotel booking cancelled at the very last minute. He came out in the pouring rain to settle us into The Pavilion which is absolutely stunning. The photos do not do it justice at all! A real home from home, with every little comfort catered for. Beautifully clean and cosy, warm and snug, gorgeous bedroom, fantastic shower with oodles of hot water, fully equipped kitchen and the most delicious breakfast items provided. Chris was so thoughtful and so kind and he actually turned what had looked like being a disastrous weekend into one of the best we've had. Absolute top marks for a top host! We'll definitely be going back for some peaceful serenity and R&R as soon as we can :-)
