Great space, lovely location. would recommend using the sofa bed instead of the single bedroom if the third guest is an adult. Would be even more perfect if some ground coffee was provided for the cafetiere!

An amazing 2 nights that felt like we'd been away for a week! Although right in the centre of a busy town, the house was blissfully quiet and we quickly relaxed, enjoying the warm, beautifully furnished, well equipped property. The historic town of Midhurst has lots of character with a thriving high street including many great places to eat and has easy access to stunning surrounding countryside

Such a beautiful place, our family loved the tree house, the lake and the boats. The wildlife were amazingly tame. Katherine and Alex were great friendly and communicative hosts. Highly recommend.

Our family had a fantastic stay. The cottage was lovely and homely. Sue had toys and activities in the house and garden for the kids. The hot tub was a bonus and great for relaxing. There is a nice small park near by for the kids, and its only a short walk to lancing beach, train station and brooklands park and lake. Local cafes and pubs and shops in walking distance. Regular trains from lancing to Brighton for a day out. Overall we had a great week at Sue's with lots of opportunities for walks and days out. The cottage was a great place to relax for all the family.

If you want a warm, cozy, inviting and comfortable bolt hole in Fishbourne then this is a good choice. Tessa is a delightful host with an eye for detail - the fresh flowers and plenty of logs for the log burner were a treat. We rented the cottage for a local wedding on the Quay and it was perfect. My only tiny point is the bathroom is downstairs through the kitchen which was immaculate if not very convenient at 3am! That aside, I highly recommend staying here, you will be well looked after by the talented Tessa! Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful NewYears stay at the dolls house, Victoria is a great host, very responsive. The bathrooms are better than a five star hotel, the beds are comfortable, no trouble sleeping, even though you are in the town, it is quiet. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and pubs, all of which are a very short distance away. It was the perfect place to stay! The only downside was the lock box, very difficult to get too. I really want to stress though, this is no fault of Victoria’s, the rules of a grade listed building state the lockbox can’t be near the door. Unfortunately for us Victoria was away when we stayed, so was unable to let us in, she really worried about that, but it was just one of those things. We are already talking about going back again, we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you Victoria, we really appreciate all your hard work!

Zoe is a very friendly and nice host. Her place is bright and spacious and just minutes away from the beach and Hove lagoon. The single room is pretty small but the double room where we stayed is comfortably large, and the lounge is perfect for kicking back after a day out. It's a bit of a walk into town but on a nice day it's a pleasure to walk along the sea. If the weather doesn't play ball you can always take an Uber or the bus, not far from the house.

You found us a beautiful place, it was ready for us so quickly and was even more lovely than our original booking. The owner was very friendly, also. It is such a beautiful home, with an outdoor space, a big bed in the main bedroom, beautifully furnished and quiet! Absolutely beautiful place it’s that good we have booked it again in August highly recommended this studio apartment it’s got a nice view of the marina two separate bathrooms nice size kitchen and it’s quiet. Very clean and it’s got everything you require local to a few restaurants and pubs and a supermarket a five minute walk and a bus stop a 2 minute walk a 10 minute walk and your at a cinema , mark and Vicky and all the staff are amazing clear instructions of how to get there and couldn’t do enough to help with any any hesitation 5star service

Harriet's pristine little flat is the perfect hiking get-away. The grounds are absolutely stunning with a big lake and walking paths around the area. It's only about 20mins drive to the beautiful South Downs and the estate's grounds with plenty of benches and open spaces invite you to watch the stars on a clear night. The bed is very comfy, the kitchen has everything you'd need to cook simple meals and the heating works very quickly. I really enjoyed my stay and I hope to be back when the weather gets warmer.

Had a really lovely stay, the caravan was well kept and spotless! Very clean bedrooms and bathroom and a lovely balcony area. Warm & cosy and the parking was ideal. Clear instructions on how to check in and find the caravan. I would definitely like to stay again when I'm next in the area!

This is our second time staying at Amanda's beautiful cottage and we will continue to come back as long as she'll have us. It's spacious, comfortable, is in a great location, and has plenty of parking nearby. Everything is walkable from her place and it is super easy to get to. There are sights, a grocery, and plenty of shopping and dining nearby. As for the place, the kitchen is perfectly appointed, beds are very comfortable and Amanda was even nice enough to leave us a welcome gift in the refrigerator! Thank you! Communication is perfect every step of the way and the unit is super easy to get into. We love coming to Arundel and will be back! Thank you for another amazing stay, Amanda. Hope to see you / the cottage next year.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Marion was incredibly accommodating & warmly welcomed us on our arrival . The cottage was perfectly positioned and Marion had gone out of her way to make us feel at home- especially with our toddler . Plenty of toys and baby equipment which was greatly appreciated. We loved the gorgeous courtyard and had a lovely stroll to the nearby cafe which was a great way to spend a morning with playground and great coffee! A wonderful trip and one we would love to come back to! Thank you

This is a stunning Airbnb, the location is amazing - you really do wake up to deer, alpacas and wild life out side your window. The property is very very spacious and very high quality. One of if not the best Airbnb we have stayed at.
