Richard is a great host, flexible, responsive, and proactive. The apartment is well-located for visiting New York, just a 10-minute walk from Newport Station. It's also a great place for gatherings, thanks to its spacious living room. Just two things for guests to keep in mind: - While there are plenty of parking spots on the street, the limit is two hours. For longer stays, you'll need to use a private parking facility. - The pull-out bed in the living room is somewhat uncomfortable. Overall, it's a great place to stay when visiting New York. We highly recommend it!

The place was very inviting and extremely clean. It looked exactly like the photos. Me and my daughter's friends had a great time, especially BBQ dinner in their beautifully landscaped backyard. They even have a fire pit so the girls made some yummy smores. Highly recommended!

we had a big group and this listing was able to accommodate us all. it was split into two separate sections so it gave a sense of privacy for our groups. there wasn't much of a common area/living room, but there was a small couch/seating section in one of the larger rooms. you could hear air planes over head, but overall it was in a quiet area. Sylvia was very nice and responsive in our communications!

We were looking for a place in Bergen County for a family of 5 for a few weeks. The house was perfect for us, with big rooms, equipped kitchen and clean bathrooms. It is in a nice neighborhood, quiet but close to everything we needed. The place felt like home. Ossi was very responsive and easy to communicate. She was very accommodating and was a great help. We highly recommend.

Stayed here with my girlfriend and our dog while in the area for the McLean Ave parade - would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay. Matched the description and photos. Clean, spacious, welcoming. Friendly and responsive hosts.

Asiye was kind and very responsive. She kindly allowed us to check in early, and on the day of our check-out, she also let us store our luggage. The amenities were more than sufficient.

El lugar es mejor de que pensaba se respira tranquilidad, armonía, tienes detalles que destacan la propiedad. Tiene cosas extras para los huéspedes. Definitivamente el lugar es hecho con amor. The house was absolutely beautiful well cap very clean and organize. I rented this place for Christmas so there was ample items that we found usable to make a beautiful Christmas table presentation. I would highly recommend this place again. Thank you Martha for your hospitality.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at AVE. My two grandchildren had a great time as well. It’s rare to find a place that exceeds my expectations. Really. I will definitely be returning to AVE. And I will also recommend AVE Clifton to my friends and family.

Great location and stay

El hospedaje está increíble, moderno, limpio, ordenado, muy bien ubicado, ideal para desplazarce a Manhattan, el bus pasa en la esquina. La zona muy completa, hay de todo para comprar. Martín se portó increíble, siempre atento a cualquier detalle, nos dió instrucciones muy claras, lo recomendo 100 %. La pasarán increíble.

Beautiful apartment for 2. Spent Valentine’s Day here and it was perfect. Soundbar for music, LED to set the mood, bathroom was clean, washer/dryer included, kitchen was very neat and provided more than enough utensils to cook. Heat/AC is very good as well. Only iffy part for me was the parking. Luckily I was able to get spots right in front the building every time I went out and came back. He does offer paid parking though for anyone who is willing to pay a little extra. Host was great and responsive as well. 10/10 in my opinion. Would definitely book again!!!

Convenient way to stay with my family of 6 and 3 small dogs. Very clean and modern. I saved a lot of money for a 3 day vacation which looks better than a hotel.

Comfortable, clean, peaceful home located in a young professional community that has local amenities with nearby access (walking distance) to transportation into NYC.

Brian was very helpful and attentive! The place was excellent. If you have a car he has an available space for parking. All shops are near by!

Staying at Camila’s place was an absolute delight! The home is spotless, well-equipped, and located in a safe, quiet neighborhood – everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Camila is a fantastic host – super responsive, friendly, and full of great local tips and recommendations that made our trip even better. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We stayed for 6 nights. The accommodation was everything we needed, very clean and very close to great amenities, restaurants and bus transport. We were very happy with everything.

Very welcoming! This place gives home away from home, and is located super close to the beach. The host is absolutely amazing, and accommodating. His communication skills are top tier! I recommend this place, and I will definitely book again if available.

Joes place was exactly what my family needed and will definitely consider staying there again on our next trip to New Jersey.

Was there to run Brooklyn 1/2 marathon with this being a great location for easy access in/out of JFK and close to subway station to get to all the spots we wanted to do.
