We had a fabulous few days at Roy’s loft apartment. It’s exactly as described and Roy and Sarah really went above and beyond to ensure we had a relaxing stay. The apartment was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. Clear instructions were provided for everything. We especially loved watching the birds in the garden, from the breakfast bar. The location is in a quiet residential area, but perfect for visiting the local and surrounding areas each day. Also lots of walks from the apartment itself. The only downside was that we didn’t have longer! We’ll definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you Roy and Sarah.

I stayed at the Coach House Flat for a month whilst on a work placement and it was the perfect place to go back to and switch off. It had everything we needed and the surrounding areas were beautiful!

Perfect location! Very clean and well kitted out. Comfy beds. One thing that is good to know, especially when travelling with young children, is that the property is split into several floors with stairs separating the smaller and larger bedrooms. No problems at all for us who have bigger kids. We loved the flat and the area. Close to shops, cool bars and restaurants. Katarina was a great host! Would defintively book again!

I've now past my first anniversary of being regular visitor to one of nigels apartments in cosham! Which should tell what amazing places they are to stay! I work in the area a few days a week - and these apartments remain to be a god send for somewhere to relax & rest at the end of a busy day/ week. Spotlessly clean, so comfortable - and always, alway a really good nights sleep! My go to when I'm working in Portsmouth!

Great location! Took the family to see Arundel Castle which is very close to the Flat. We were able to park right out front. The center of town is a short walk from the flat so it's easy access for dining out and enjoying a stroll through this wonderful town. The flat was clean and everything worked well.

Sam's place is a really amazing apartment and we had a lovely few days on the coast. We know the area quite well and have stayed in a few different places and this was definitely one of the best. the views from the living room and dining room make the place and are worth every penny. would recommend to others.

Have stayed at Ali's properties before and always have a great stay. Spotless, spacious, stylish. Will stay at Ali's properties whenever in the area if available. Highly recommended.

An amazing 2 nights that felt like we'd been away for a week! Although right in the centre of a busy town, the house was blissfully quiet and we quickly relaxed, enjoying the warm, beautifully furnished, well equipped property. The historic town of Midhurst has lots of character with a thriving high street including many great places to eat and has easy access to stunning surrounding countryside

We stayed at the Lodge as we had a swimming competition over the Easter weekend. The Lodge worked perfectly for what we needed, close to the pool and provided the much needed space and time to relax. Paul was very quick to respond when had a couple of questions. I would recommend the Lodge for anyone wanting to visit Portsmouth.

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb. The place was spotless, had lovely sea views, and was fully equipped with everything we needed - it really felt like a home away from home. The rooms were all a great size too, making it a really comfortable stay for 6 adults (and a dog). Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway by the coast.

Sarah’s house is perfect for a stay at the Witterings. Located a few mins walk to the beach and close to other area such as Itchenor and Bosham. We stayed as a family with young kids and it had everything we needed, from the games room to the garden. It was a bit rainy when we stayed , but that didn’t stop us venturing out. I can imagine in the summer, the house would be even more perfect. Sarah was super helpful too. The house looks even nicer than the pictures.

Many thanks to Andrew for being a great host. We loved the accommodation and the location is perfect for the beach and walkable to the local shops and in a lovely area. The house is extremely well provisioned with everything you could need thought of. The pool table was great fun and the WiFi and smart TV made for nice relaxed evenings. We did not try the wood burner but the heating was so effective with clear instructions. the local beach is beautiful and clean and can be reached in about 5 mins walk. a perfect place for a mini break.

No complaints from staff staying in location, was lovely when I popped in, only issue was a shower head missing but Joe rectified this quickly. The guide book on the house left was really useful, was a bit stuck with the boiler not being on long enough but book explained how to turn it on etc so was really useful. Location was good and space was very large, especially for Chichester. Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay Crossways. The house was clean and very cosy. Very comfortable beds and great to have TV's in the bedrooms. WIFI was fast and reliable. Off road parking was a bonus and it was lovely to sit out in the large garden after a day out. The house is located in a very quiet area, which we were surprised about considering the amount of properties there. Check in process was very easy and we had great communication from the hosts. Great base to explore the area.

Sarah’s house is great and made our family gathering for a 70th birthday treat really special. The listing pictures are great, but the house in reality is so much more. The open plan part allows for lots of family time together, the garden provides both a place to relax and for children to play (the the hot tub an added bonus that was enjoyed by all) and the bedrooms are all well sized with comfy beds. East Wittering village centre and beach are a short stroll away with great places to eat and drink, with a lovely ice cream place right on the beach. Thanks to Sarah for being a great host and we hope to be able to stay again in future.

This penthouse is stunning. We wanted a quiet getaway for a family of 6 adults and this was perfect! The penthouse was immaculately clean, linen was of a high standard and the kitchen had all you could possibly need. We loved the balcony which was perfect for that first quiet cuppa. The penthouse is situated in the village and a short walk to the sea which was perfect for us. Overall an amazing stay and wish we had booked longer! Would highly recommend. Thank you to Sarah for making checking in and out seamless. A pefect stay.

super apartment with fabulous sea view. Great situation for Southsea and Portsmouth with everything in either walking distance or easy bus route. Great choice of restaurants nearby. The apartment very clean, well equipped and comfortable. We had a great time.

Very comfortable stay in this large flat. Perfect fit for our needs in terms of space (3 adult couples and 2 toddlers) and location (walk to old Portsmouth, shops, bar an restaurants nearby). Great communication and flexibility from hosts. Would definitely recommend.

This was our first visit to the Isle of Wight and Katie's lovely apartment was the perfect base for exploring the island. It is comfortable, homely and clean with a small private garden, off road parking and is only a short walk to the beach and local amenities. We visited as a couple but it would also be ideal for a young family. We would happily stay here again. Thanks Katie!

Great little flat, clean, well maintained, nice and warm, right in the City centre. Ideal for visiting Chichester and the surrounding areas. Andrew was super responsive and helpful both before and after we arrived, as well as flexible by allowing us to check-in early and check-out late. Really happy with our choice – highly recommended!

Ben's apartment was a great spot in East Wittering, so close to the beach and lovely beach cafe. The apartment was beautifully clean and really well equipped with great storage space. We really appreciated the good quality travel cot and high chair for our 9 month old too. We enjoyed looking at the quirky collection of books and wished we could have stayed longer ❤️ Thank you for a wonderful stay!
