Liz was very nice to us. She tried to help us all the time by giving us good advice and good conversations. The place was very clean and tidy. Everything worked very well and the other guests were very quiet too (we were sorry we couldn't say goodbye to them). The area is beautiful and very quiet, has supermarkets nearby and is very well connected to the center. This has been our first home in Leeds and we will never forget it, we hope to come back someday, we will miss it!

We really enjoyed our stay. 27 steps is in a great location, with parking just outside the front door. It is full of character, very quiet and just a few mins walk from lovely shops and restaurants and all Hebden Bridge has to offer.

From the moment i booked ,, Carols communication was clear and concise. Any questions i had prior and during my stay were answered promptly which i find very a positive attribute. Well situated, the house was very clean and everything was exactly as described on the listing. The large double bed is perfectly comfortable, fantastic in fact !! Carol was very accommodating, approachable and flexible. A great host. I would highly recommend Carols place without a shadow !!! (of a doubt) Cheers.

Rachel is very friendly and helpful. Max 🐈 is very Sweet. Definitely recommended to cat lovers! The rooms are clean and comfy. The house is easy to find. Rachel’s instructions are supper clear and easy to follow. It takes about 15mins from Leeds city centre by bus and another 5 mins by walking.

Clean house, good communication from the agent. Great location in terms of Halifax town centre and the train station.

Lovely country home for our party of 8 adults. We particularly enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and watching the movies in the cinema room. Since we were out most of the time, we didn’t have the chance to try the pool table and soak in the outdoor tub. Obviously we highly recommend a big family getaway renting this place.

Lovely stay for grandsons birthday. As it was the weekend when 8inches of snow fell! Liz was very accommodating with later checkout and checking we were okay.

Nice place to stay. We are local (only live round the corner) so just needed the extra beds for family over Xmas as we only used the house to sleep in we can’t comment on living room/kitchen facilities as these were not used but the bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean.

Justina’s house was very clean and tidy and ideal for our family. It is near a main road so if you want silence it’s not for you but it was ideal for us as a base in Leeds to visit family.

This was a great and comfortable home for a family of 4. What especially stood out was the location - right by the canal, everything was walkable (around 15-20 mins), and a parking spot!

From the moment of booking onwards Jenny was so helpful and easy to communicate with! Along with her beautiful dog Benson they are the perfect hosts :) very friendly and welcoming while fully respecting your privacy should you want it. I had a lovely stay in her gorgeous house and would 100% recommend to anyone.

Having unable to get into a place nearby, James's place was a last minute find. James was a God send and a life saver. Responded quickly and provided very clear instructions, unlike the other place. I am very grateful to James and the place was well worth it. Four large bedrooms and the place was very clean. Everything a large family needs, you will find it there. Thank you.

Lovely house, good size and easy access to town centre. Kitchen was well stocked. Great host who was very responsive to any questions. Thanks for the stay.

Dalesway View is an absolutely fantastic house - so well equipped and clean, and comfortable. Sara is a superb host, it’s a brilliant place to stay!

Lottie Cottage may have ruined us for all future holidays. Lynne was an exceptional host, so friendly and helpful, and the cottage was just lovely. It felt immediately like home, and just got better. The bed was comfy, everything was so clean, the knives were sharp and sitting in front of the fire in the evening was bliss. The location was fantastic, walking up the cobbles to look at the shops and chat with the very friendly shopkeepers was great. Parking at the Parsonage was easy and Lynne’s instructions were easy to follow. The only downside was that it wasn’t warm enough to sit outside in the little back garden. We loved our stay at Lottie Cottage and look forward to going back.

Mike's place is amazingly relaxing, his home is certainly the home from home we were looking for with everything you need and more. Mike's attention to detail is outstanding, he was accommodating and communicative around our early check in and any information he thought we may need before checking in.

The house was perfect, we stayed for a work conference. The house was well presented and comfortable. There were a couple minor issues with the bed and toilet holder, but I made Rachel aware and she said she will jump on them! Overall, good experience and was just what we needed!
