Frank went above and beyond to communicate check-in instructions, rules of the Air BnB, had all the thoughtful amenities for a slumbo! Definitely an ideal location for nicer weather with the location! Unfortunately the weather hindered the ability to fully enjoy this experience with the water so close! Would book again with better weather!!!

Tyler’s lake house is stunning, and we had a wonderful experience! The vibe was incredibly peaceful & calming, with breathtaking views of the water and mountain that made every morning feel like a retreat. Neighborhood was quiet and I felt very safe. Westminster is a hidden gem. I really love this area, perfect for unwinding and escaping the hustle and bustle. Check-in was a breeze, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. One of my favorite parts was seeing how relaxed my dogs were in the backyard under the lights by the water. They loved it! It was the perfect spot for them to enjoy the outdoors while our family soaked in the tranquility. The king bed is appreciated! I can only imagine how wonderful this place is during the summer. If ur looking for a peaceful getaway with beautiful surroundings and a welcoming atmosphere, this lake house is the place to be. Plus the host is great! He checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay, and we were. 😃Thanks again!

What a delightful cottage!! I visited with my sister and my daughter for a weekend, and would gladly return for another visit.

We had an absolute blast on our girls getaway weekend!! The cottage and community were amazing, exactly what we were hoping for and Doug couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. He was always available by text or phone. The cottage was clean, nicely equipped, and a great location!! We will definitely be renting this cottage again on our next trip!!! Thanks for having us... we loved every minute!! 🧙🧙🧙

We had a great relaxing weekend in this location! Of note: one of the two bathrooms is in one of the three bedrooms. Just something to note when getting ready! Beautiful views and two separate large indoor lounging areas. Several outdoor relaxing areas as well!

We traveled up from Florida to visit family in RI & MA for Thanksgiving and stayed in the lake house. After a very long drive, it was so lovely checking in to a bright, clean, peaceful house. Everything is brand new and well appointed. Jolene was so responsive on the week leading up, flexible with our arrival time and had great local recommendations. After we arrived she stopped by with flowers to welcome us. We lived in Rhode Island for 40 years and I had never been to that area of the state before! While it feels like a peaceful retreat, the little village center is about 2 miles away and has grocery, cvs, Dunkins, and a brewery among other things. We also drove a few minutes further to one of the oldest country stores in America. The fire pit was fun for the kids to make s’mores and we enjoyed playing all of the games every night. It was a great Airbnb stay and we will definitely be back again to enjoy it in the warmer weather!

Very cute cottage in a great location. This is one of the best equipped Airbnb's we've every stayed at. Nicole has thought of everything! The house has essentially 2 wings separated by a large mud room / entry hall with the bedrooms on one side and the kitchen and living room on the other. This is great if someone likes to stay up late or an early riser. Very quiet area, mostly residential but there is a large marina / ship yard next store. Would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the beaches.
