Great location with fun view over the quay. Comfortable, very nicely presented and well stocked with plates, glasses, cookware, etc. We appreciated the welcome biscuits and Corfe Castle card, as well as the video instructions for parking and accessing the accommodation. There was also a helpful local guide book. Charlotte very prompt in replying and we’d gladly make a return visit.

Lovely stay at kellys apartment. Kelly messaged to say we could arrive earlier if we wanted to, which was very helpful with three children. The apartment was beautiful, very spacious. Would definitely recommend to others and visit again ourselves.

Wir waren für einen Kurzurlaub in Swanage zu dritt (zwei Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind). Die Wohnung von Sebastian bietet alles, was man braucht, um sich wohlfühlen und abschalten zu können. Zudem merkt man an seiner Art, wie er die Wohnung ausgestattet hat und auch an den vielen hilfreichen Tips und Anweisungen, dass er seinen Gästen eine gute Zeit schenken möchte. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich und verdient unsere Anerkennung. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen

I have just spent a couple of nights at Emily's place with my daughter. The flat is really lovely. It is absolutely spotlessly clean, stylish, and homely. Lots of thought has clearly gone in to make it a comfortable place to stay. The bed and sofa bed are so comfortable. Good quality kitchen wear, bathroom, and TV make for a luxurious feel. The location is very central, with the added bonus of parking. Luke & Emily we're very communicative and very kindly allowed us to check-in early. Super hosts and highly recommendable place to stay.

Stunning location, who wouldn't want to wake up and see the sea. David was a great host, he checked to make sure we got in OK and checked that the wi-fi and heating were working. The flat was spotless, we felt right at home. I will definitely stay at this flat again. the flat was located right next to my favourite places in Swanage Gee Whites and Snackbar both a must visit 😁

A perfect last minute getaway for new year tranquillity. Although the weather wasn't the best we got out still and we would definitely love to return spring/summer time as the waters /surrounding the property would be so beautiful I'm sure if it wasn't already. The bed was super comfy. The space was ideal and enough to feel comfort for our visit. Thanks for the friendly welcome... Relaxed Gestures and fresh bread too.

We had a great stay at Ruth's place. Everything was as described and the flat was just as good as all the previous reviews have stated. The flat is very near to two pubs - the Spyglass and Kettle and the Commodore. The Spyglass has lovely seating outside and the Commodore has a very good menu. We had some great days out and were able to get the number 70 bus outside the apartment to some of them. Firstly, Hengistbury Head which only takes about 15 mins on the bus. There is a cafe there and another one on the other side where all the posh beach huts are. You can also pick up the same bus there to go to Christchurch which is only about another 10 minutes in the same direction. We also got the same bus into Bournemouth. Other recommendations are: Compton Acres which is a beautiful garden, set in woodland and Harry's Rocks which involves a pleasant one mile walk from Studland Car Park. We had a fantastic 3-night stay at this cozy detached house in the Isle of Wight. The stunning sea view was a real highlight, and the peaceful location made it ideal for a relaxing break. The house was clean, warm, and perfect for families, with plenty of space and a well-equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. Both the host and property manager were very helpful and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for a family getaway—we’d love to come back!

We had a great week, enjoying coastal walks and cycling and the local pub. The house is very comfortable and well-equipped. It has the most wonderful views from the open plan living space which you can’t really appreciate from the photos. Graeme was really helpful / responsive.

We had a lovely 3 night stay as a family of 4 plus our dog and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to explore the new forest and coast. The accommodation was lovely and clean with lots of thoughtful touches, and finished to a high standard plus the view of the sea is a real bonus! Nicky was a great host

We had the most fantastic time - the lodge was clean, beautifully furnished and cosy on a cold March evening with the wood burner - loved the record player with the albums - The little touches such as biscuits, coffee and croissants were appreciated as were the refillable bottles of hand wash, shampoo etc. You can immediately tell that the owners have put a lot of hard work and love into their property. My friends and I were together for our 50th birthday celebrations and downtime from our hectic lives and we couldn’t have picked a more idyllic spot. Beautiful walks, fabulous scenery and such a calm quiet place. An ideal location to explore the coast and also the local high street with pubs and restaurants is an easy walk - the hot tub was an absolute added bonus. All communication from the hosts was spot on - Thank you and we will be back again.

Really great house - a brilliantly equipped kitchen and excellent quality bedding and soft furnishing. The house is a real haven. So close to the beach, the quay and Christchurch and yet once you’ve shut the door it’s a little oasis of calm with a beautiful outside space leading down to the river. Chris and Claire were super responsive, check in was easy and great pointers given on places to go things to do!

We stayed with our dog over new year, from arrival we loved the place, great views from the bedroom just lying in bed and from the living room. A pub was only 0.3 miles from the house and we enjoyed a leisurely walk into Poole Quay crossing the Twin Sails Bridge, plenty of places to eat and drink with a dog, and somehow the walk back seemed quicker. Really enjoyed our stay and felt very home from home. The welcome box was super nice one for us and one for our dog, really nice touch.

Just home from our superb stay in Sandbanks. Thank you so much to Laila & Stephanie who made our stay perfect in every possible way. The accommodation is stunning, the location truly beautiful and being able to paddle board at high tide from the foot of the garden was so wonderful. Our family trip was made up of 4 adults in their 70's, 2 in their 40's and 2 teenagers and every one of us felt comfortable and catered for. A lovely dining and entertaining space and wonderful kitchen to prepare meals. the Local restaurants we tried were awesome and so much to do and see within a short walk or drive. Pickwick Cottage is beautiful ♥️ it is exactly as described. We were greeted with Prosecco, crisps, biscuits, cereal and milk and a lovely treat bag for our dog Chumley. It is a fabulous quirky cottage and it is immaculate. It had everything we needed to cook our Christmas meal. It was honestly the cosiest Christmas we have had away from home. We stay on this coastline around 7/8 times a year and often stay in Poole, this has now become one of our favourites. Yes the stairs are tricky but once you have climbed them a couple of times they become easier 🤣 Thankyou Julian for letting us stay in your wonderful quirky cottage, you should be very proud!

Home from home.Excellent central location to the harbour,restaurants,pubs and supermarkets.Added bonus of secure covered parking.Found it great for days out as straight onto all the main roads whichever way we were heading.The apartment was much larger than the pictures and the kitchen and lounge were very well equipped.Tricia was super responsive with communication and really helpful with our requests.Can highly recommend Rivazza curry house for lamb railway curry,probably the best curry ive ever had.

The flat’s location was perfect with easy access to the harbour and beach. Just beautiful for walks. The decor was gorgeous and the family felt instantly relaxed. It was great having the shoe room to hang out the washing. Kitchen was well stocked. We loved our time and would visit again next time we are in Poole.

Lovely place to stay in a central location in Yarmouth with a parking space. Easy to walk to restaurants and the ferry. Property was nicely put together with a double bed bedroom and sitting room with sofa bed. We used both on our stay and bedding for the sofa bed was provided as requested. Very good and well worth it!!

60 steps from pavement to flat, but so worth it. lovely flat, just like the pictures. stairs a bit narrow. comfy bed, netflix, and lovely plants

A great few days stay at Tara’s place over the bank holiday weekend. Great communication with Tara (very responsive) and provided us with details on local building work which though didn’t impact our stay greatly was really appreciative. A great location to watch the world go by and our two daughters loved the bunk beds! Highly recommend.

we are just back after a lovely weekend. We came down Friday and Martin messaged to say we could get in early, a massive plus for me as I have Parkinsons and get tired, so was nice to get in, sit with a cuppa (and a yummy biscuits that were supplied, thankyou), then go off exploring. The flat is the ideal place with a wonderful view from sitting on the sofa, and easy access to the beach, shops, bars etc and heading off for walks. We are sussed we could park for free with my blue badge just along from the flat, perfect :-) Martin was the perfect host, gave us all the info we needed for getting in, and like I say early checkin. Yes the kitchen is small but my partner and my self where fine, even both being on the larger size. I think it's perfect, everything we needed. the round bed was a novelty lol but yes very comfy. basically a perfect place I highly recommend and if we are in swanage again would def rent again, thankyou Martin :-)
