My brother and I had such a wonderful time staying here. They accommodated us with very short notice and we’re so glad we chose to stay here for two nights. The food was caught, picked, and cooked fresh and each meal was better than the next. We both agreed that our meals here were better than every other hotel and restaurant we ate at while on Fiji. Both the family and the village were so welcoming to us and it really was a memorable experience for us. You definitely won’t be disappointed to stay here!

I was transiting through Fiji and only have one night and one morning to discover Nadi and it was perfect ! Luisa and her family welcome me, pick me up at the airport and help me discover the fijian lifestyle! Big thank's to Tom for the morning tour, it was very nice :)

This was a wonderful accommodation and I would recommend it highly, without any hesitation. First, if you are concerned that some Airbnb accomodations arent exactly as shown in the photos: this one is even better than depicted. The room I took is quite spacious (I believe the two other rooms on rent are too). It has a walk in cupboard and 2-sink bathroom, bathtub & shower, with good water pressure. There is regular cleaning of the room (as well as of the house, where shoes are left outside), so this accommodation is extremely clean. Laundry, on demand, is free of extra charges (there is a small charge for ironing). Air conditioning and fans are both available in the bedrooms. However the location- on a hill, not far from the coast- often enjoys a morning or afternoon breeze. So you can enjoy the fresh air; the ample windows also offer lots of natural light. The common spaces (living room, patio, garden, swimming pool, kitchen) are spacious and welcoming. The shaded patio overlooking flowers in the garden and water in the pool is a an accessible and favourite spot to eat, work or chat. The hosts permit guests to visit so I’ve even had some relaxed working meetings in the patio, which is a great option as it saves time and money! The hosts have even served coffee and tea! Speaking of hosts, Harry and Litia genuinely care that their guests have a good experience in their home. Not only are they extremely helpful if you ask for anything, they also check from time to time, asking if anything is missing; or anything more is needed. Because Harry and Litia live upstairs, they attend to guests regularly; and they make yummy meals regularly, and invite their guests to join with a nominal share of the costs. Aside from breakfast (fresh tropical fruits, yoghurts, cereals, spreads, jams, etc.) coffee, cappuccino, smoothies, and tea are on offer from time to time- and I had access to the kitchen to make my own whenever I wished, or to cook. (Indeed all guests took one shot at making their signature dish or dessert, so there was nice inter-cultural culinary exchange!) Harry and Litia are also happy to help with shopping if you provide a list; or may offer to give you a ride to supermarkets or town. I felt quite pampered with Harry and Litia available to either help or advise on all my needs! Because this is more of a homestay, the 2 other guests are booked for a reasonable period- so there is a nice rapport (rather than a feeling of rotating guests with quick turnover). There are four pets in the house, they are all relaxed and quiet: affectionate but not intrusive. The house is aesthetically furnished. The pool is one of my favorite parts of this accommodation. It’s quite clean and a very convenient and refreshing option for relaxation or for exercise. The kitchen is also spacious and well equipped. There are three eating areas, the patio, kitchen or the dining area adjacent to living room. We invariably ate in the shaded patio surrounded by green. The location is also ideal for Government and UN: it’s a short stroll from the Ministry of Economy and UN and not far from city center, and central market and bus station. Larger shopping areas (supermarkets, pharmacies, other shops) are probably about one to two kms away in each direction. This was a great place to stay; and I felt at home with Harry and Litia and their guests and four pets. Indeed this is their home and they want it to continue to feel as such, so they treat their guests as friends. I was privileged to have the opportunity to stay here and am certain that no one who chooses to stay at this lovely home would regret doing so.

Lovely stay with lovely hosts. Charlotte and Derek are amazing people, so helpful and welcoming. A very great homestay experience, lots of trying Fijian food, learning about the culture and we even had a kava ceremony with Charlotte. Charlotte has a lot of knowledge and beautiful stories to share. The house is very cute, lots of character and felt right at home. Location is short walking distance to local shops and restaurants. Very great spot for going on dives too.

I can’t thank Aunty, Uncle, Rani and Luna enough for making my Fiji birthday trip so memorable. Meeting you all felt like family from the start, and thank you for treating me like your own. We enjoyed staying at Surya's place, it is very spacious, and we felt welcome with the tea and coffee available and nice vegetables given to us from the garden.

Had a great stay at Coralview. Food plan seemed expensive but food was really lovely and lots of it! Room was nice and clean. Activities were amazing, especially the caves and the blue lagoon snorkelling. The staff were so friendly and helpful! Everyone wanted to make sure our stay was special and memorable. One thing to note, they do accept card but with a 4% surcharge but also had very little in the way of change when buying drinks so lots of small cash is recommended

Beach front Bure, set in lush tropical surroundings. Beautiful mature trees on the property and palm trees surrounding the pool. We love the timber and stone work which is very in keeping with the natural environment. Special thanks to Lo who looked after us so well and the lovely chef Toni both who went out their way to make our stay special. Was wonderful having free use of the paddle boards on the water each day. Food was delicious and very reasonably priced. A quick 2 minute walk to the supermarket if you need it and our room had a fridge & kettle in it. The bathroom was fabulous with a double shower and lots of beautiful shells collected from the beach. We loved having breakfast on our veranda overlooking the sea teeming with life below us. A fantastic place to stay.

Great stay at Saki’s airbnb. Everything was to our liking, spacious rooms, a balcony outside with outdoor chairs to relax on, a porch on the side. The Washing Machine and Dryer helped us a lot on the rainy days. We were able to cook meals with ease as most cooking equipment I.e pots and pans, were easy to access aswell as cooking utensils and cutlery/ dishes. Our host/ caretaker Cynthia was a great help especially when we had difficulty signing into Netflix on the smart tv. Few minutes drive after passing Sigatoka town, they were flexible with our family coming over to visit us which was great. Just one thing I might recommend to fix would be the placing of the microwave as a few of us had bumped our heads on the corner. A few other minor fixes but other than that the place was great and I would recommend this to anyone wanting a short or long stay. Great for a family of 4, who are wanting to relax and unwind.

Kunal’s place was clean and new, situated in the town center of Ba. The apartment provided everything we needed. Kunal was very responsive and kind, the check-in went smoothly and he gave many useful recommendations about restaurants and other necessary things. I highly recommend his place to anyone traveling to Ba!!

Host was very responsive and provided spontaneous information concerning weather conditions and effect on roads in the area which was very helpful since there was some bad weather one day. The apartment was convenient yet tucked away. The Nadi area is sketchy so it was nice to feel safe. The airport is near so there is some noise associated with it. The floor plan was great with lots of space! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Jing and Dan were very friendly and welcoming host. They also were able to let us check in early and provide lots of helpful information about getting around the city. The place was clean and as described in a very peaceful location with a 30 minute walk to the beach.

We stayed at Knox's place for 2 nights and had a fantastic time. We got a great insight into Fijian life, with plenty of stories and great food. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the hammocks under the banyan tree, and did some snorkeling. The beach was the best we experienced on the Yasawa's. The Octopus resort is about a 10mins walk along the beach if you want a drink or to hire their stuff. The accommodation is very rustic but comfortable, a great place to experience Fiji time.

Patricias place is the most welcoming fijian home. It is simple, but for us - this was exactly what we were looking for! As soon as we entered the door on our first day, we felt like family. We were having food together with her mum and the kids, talked about everything and anything and spent an unforgettabe and lovely time at her place. We spent 3 nights there and enjoyed every minute of it. We definetly recommend the meal plans with amazing freshly cooked food. The house is only 5 metres from the beach and the views from the room are incredible with all the palm trees. We enjoyed a few extraordinary days in an authentic fijian home with a lovely family and some relaxing and beautiful beach walks. We had an amazing and unique experience we won't forget and don't want to miss. Thank you so much Patricia!

If you have come across this place, count yourself so lucky :) The whole community were so welcoming. The environment is beautiful beyond belief with the most stunning sunrise and luscious greenery. The work they are doing is inspiring, and the knowledge they are willing to share is invaluable. The farm tour will forever be one of our travel highlights. The food is next level. Also .... there is hot water in the shower! The room is basic and yes there are bugs and frogs, but you are in rural Fiji! The bed is perfect to rest your head and a beautiful deck to soak in the views.
