We had a lovely, peaceful stay free of outside distractions. The slightly cooler weather was perfect for using the fireplace which was a treat. The cabin was well set out and comfortable. Kym and Allan communicated well and their suggestion that it's helpful to pack our own supplies for meals was appreciated. We would stay there again.

Perfect in every way! Melissa was so helpful and responsive and her place was just perfect for our weekend in Dalby. Walking distance to great coffee, pizza, and parks for the kids. Will be back again!

A unique, charming cottage for a couple’s retreat

Quiet and peaceful location hidden away on the Western Downs. Beautifully restored hut complete with lots of nostalgic artefacts from by gone years - a step back into the past. The star display (milky way) each evening was stunning - something simply not available to city dwellers. A fair way to a major town but for us, a pleasant and enjoyable stay that represented excellent value. Thank you.

Fabulous spacious area, clean and well equipped with cooking utensils, pantry and bathroom! We stayed for the campdraft and it was a fabulous close space for a group of multi ages in our family. Thanks for your hospitality!

We honestly can't thank Julie enough. We had an unplanned visit due to being recommended to evacuate our home on the coast due to cyclone Alfred. I was so lucky to find Julie's Airbnb and being pet friendly we could bring our pets with us. It's a fantastic home away from home. Heaps of space, air-conditioned and clean. Great sized kitchen with a big fridge and dishwasher. Everything you could want or need. The pub is about 2 mins walk away and the food was phenomenal! so that's a bonus. We will be back for sure.

My second time staying in this well appointed home. This time though, I was with a couple people who stayed for the first time and they were wowed! The home is large, clean and had everything we needed for a 6-night stay. It's a home away from home. Glenn takes care of you and takes pride in his home. Look forward to coming back hopefully at the end of the year.

We had such a wonderful stay at Catherine’s beautiful cottage. It was incredibly well-appointed — absolutely everything we needed was there, and then some! Thoughtful touches like milk in the fridge and a full range of spices, teas and coffee, breakfast cereals and ice in the freezer, made it feel even more welcoming. The layout was perfect, making our stay so easy and comfortable. Catherine was the loveliest host — warm, thoughtful, and accommodating. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend her Airbnb to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay.

This was a trip for our workers, who stayed for two months. The boys could not fault the property, and they usually find something. Shae and I conversed on a regular basis, and she was always prompt and responsive to our needs. For longer stays Shae has a cleaner in weekly, which is fantastic. Thank you again Shae, if we need to come back to Dalby, you will be on the top of our list.
