I had a wonderful stay at Kelly’s property! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and all the amenities were thoughtfully provided, making my stay hassle free. Communication with the host was easy and smooth, and they were very accommodating. I highly recommend this property and would happily stay here again. Thank you for the great experience!

This was our fourth visit to the Atoka House and the stay was—once again—absolutely wonderful. The home is a perfect combination of luxurious and comfortable, historic and modern, and peaceful and convenient. Nick and Liz are fantastic hosts—friendly, proactive, communicative, and welcoming. Atoka House is about five minutes to downtown Middleburg and very close to hiking, vineyards, and all of the fun and adventure of Virginia horse country. We would recommend the Atoka House without hesitation and very much look forward to our fifth stay there!

Lisa was a great host and the place was very nice. Lisa gave very detailed directions on how to get to the house and they were easy to follow. Would definately stay here again.

My family loved the house! It's lovely with large rooms! Great kitchen and dining area! We loved the porch and property! So thankful to be able to take our dog too!

If staying in Cumberland, Roman’s place is a must! The bathrooms were amazing. Beautiful touches throughout. I slept amazingly because everything was comfortable and easy. The icing on the cake was the breakfast. Eggs in this economy were beyond appreciated! I didn’t realize till my last day that there were board games in the chest by the front door as well. This place truly had everything.

Great and cozy place to stay 40minutes from Seven Springs with access to garage for the slight snow we experienced so as to not worry about cleaning off the car. Ample rooms and space for freshening up and resting. Easy-to-access property despite icy/snowy conditions for driveway we had no issues getting in and out.

We stayed here as a base for a long weekend skiing at Whitetail and had a great time. The house was clean and cozy and the location was convenient to both the mountain and Mercersburg while still being very private and peaceful. Sarah was fantastic and the kids loved meeting the alpacas. We'll be back for sure!

Great time as always

This location has been the best place i have stayed in a long time. The bed was so comfortable, the area was so spacious, the entry point was convenient, the bathroom was cleaned and spacious. This place should be charging more. Look if your looking for long term rental and can, you already getting this place for a deal. I would easily pay more.

Had a wonderful stay at this spotless apartment with a lovely view of the confluence of rivers. The host was responsive and helpful. We felt at home with everything we needed, from the well-supplied kitchen to the comfortable living room, spacious dining room and luxurious bedroom suite with its own deck door. We had breakfast and coffee on the huge deck while enjoying ducks and boats on the water. Heard trains but slept fine. Being able to lock our bicycles in designated storage was a huge plus, as was the convenience of having bikes right outside the door for a beautiful ride on the treelined Great Allegheny Passage trail to OhioPyle in the state park 10 miles away. A fawn nibbled berries as we arrived for an incredible dinner at the Riversedge Cafe, a short walk from the apartment. The Confluence Convenience mart was open when we needed supplies on a Monday evening. And so glad we stopped at the nearby Tissue Farm for Chai, scone and art on our way out to Kentuck Knob - a must-see!

We had a nice stay at Emi's -- she is a kind and responsive host. The provided fruit and granola bars were very welcome as the closest store is a ways away. The unit is in a great location--on a quiet road, yet very near the Metro and the W&OD biking/walking trail. It is a basement unit so limited natural light (one window in bedroom and window on door both looking into the stairwell area) and there is some noise from the family living above. The ceiling is surprisingly high and the lighting is good. The bed is very comfortable and the shower worked great with plenty of hot water. The washer and dryer are not located in the unit, but we were able to schedule a load of laundry with Emi using her machines on the second floor of her part of the house. We would definitely stay again.

My husband and I stayed at Kerry’s place for a weekend getaway and we had a wonderful time! The apartment is spacious and well appointed. We loved that it felt cozy and warm on a very chilly weekend. It’s perfectly located above the great coffee shop Before & After and is right on the main drag of Sperryville. Parking behind the apartment is super easy, and the apartment is just a few minutes by foot from RPK, The Corner Store, and Francis (cocktail bar). Kerry was super helpful and responsive and we loved our stay here!

This is the second time my family has stayed at this Airbnb. I definitely prefer it to some of the other ones in the area. Lots of space, an amazing size kitchen. A very spacious bathroom so everybody can get ready in the morning without having to fight. Justin is a great host and answers questions very quickly. He is extremely kind and is willing to help with whatever you need. I recommend this place to people and I try to stay every time I come out to see my family.

My boyfriend and I had a great stay at the Trundle Suite! The room was cozy and beautifully decorated. We arrived to a quiche in the fridge along with some fruit and orange juice. Even though it got quite cold on our last night, the suite stayed warm and cozy.

Carlisle House is in a great location to allow you to experience Carlisle. The breakfast each morning was delicious and Kathy and Chloe were delightful. They even accommodated some of our special dietary needs! The room was spacious and clean and comfortable! ‘

The B&B was amazing!! 1) the location was perfect 2) super responsive hosts 3) accommodated our food allergies and the breakfast was delicious and aesthetic 4) the hosts were super informative and did a superb job restoring the house 5) the house was so fun, everywhere you looked was a new and exciting thing to see; it reminded me of the house from Practical Magic, just so fun! 10/10 would book again!

We had an absolute GREAT time!! Pat was an amazing host, and the space was so beautiful! Just to sleep in the historical house was an incredible experience, and then to top it off, Pat provided us with an amazing breakfast! Everywhere you looked there were snacks, an open pantry, and many spaces to eat, chill, and read. We loved our stay!

Jessica’s B&B is a great place to stop when biking the trail!

This was one of my most positive AirBnB experiences ever, and I've had a lot of really good ones. Denise and Mark were very proactive in their communication, so we knew exactly what to expect when we needed to. They were entirely flexible about our check-in time, and the space was supremely conducive to relaxation for a long weekend. We enjoyed breakfast brought to our room every morning. We spent time playing cards and other games in the beautiful living/drawing room on the main level on one evening and one afternoon. We enjoyed extra post-breakfast coffee from the coffee station on the main floor, along with evening-time chamomile tea. We were walking distance from historic homes and a historic cemetery, and we really enjoyed 4 great restaurants in the vicinity, and picked up some items at the lovely nearby Good Natured grocery. It was a quick walk to and from the train station. The bed was super comfortable and we had a great time. Highly recommend!

Lovely, serene, quiet, comfy. Felt welcome upon arrival with Kendall. Marsha gave brief history of the farm, kind and open hearted. Josie, her 11 year old daughter was 100% awesome in our Tour of grounds and animals and we had a nice walk down to Bridge together. Breakfast was great, a country menu as i am used to growing up in WV, but been in Ca for 35 years!! So Nostalgia was EPIC HERE!!! 💖💖💖

Our first time in Gettysburg, and we had a blast. The bed and breakfast was in the perfect location in town. Place was beautiful and felt like you were walking into a time capsule

We had a wonderful stay. The hot breakfast was delicious. The house was beautifully decorated and had the cutest mascot in Kane. The hosts were extremely friendly and we enjoyed talking with them. This location was extremely convenient in walking into town, which was huge as there was limited parking for the streets being blocked off for the Christmas Festival. Would highly recommend anyone thinking about booking a stay here to go ahead and do just that.

Karen was very friendly and the place was clean and comfortable. There was a slight mistake but she was quick to correct it and was extremely generous. Would definitely recommend and would go back!
