This is the second property by Orchid LLC that I’ve stayed. I liked the apartment it was a great place to land. They were extremely helpful in helping me extend my stay. I would recommend it to anyone who would like a 19th floor view of the area. Very peaceful and the 27th is amazing with all the amenities..the gym and working spaces. Whole Foods downstairs is great. Many great restaurants in the area. Easy access to DC and to the Shenandoah Mountains. George is a wonderful. Thanks again.

TODD’S is KING! We have been searching for our new home & have stayed in 2 of their buildings. TODDs’ customer service has been fast, reliable & friendly! TODD’s has made us feel relaxed & welcomed during our visits. Our cat feels at home here, too! He has been anxious in other Abnbs, so it’s a great benefit. Their units are clean & stocked with essentials — like bathroom, laundry & kitchen supplies. The bed is super comfy as is the living room couch. The TV is large & U can stream your favorite channels. They even supply a safe — for your valuables — and an ironing board & iron for that quick press! A big closet, too! We have very much appreciated TODD’S staff for many reasons. They WANT to help & they WANT their guests happy. They went out of their way to help us elongate our stay, when we realized we needed more time! They kindly juggled other reservations to ensure we could stay longer. Such a pleasant surprise & experience! We recommend TODD’s highly!

This was not our first time staying here. Our host, Judy, is friendly, responsive, and just overall nice. We will be staying here again.

The place was charming, well stocked and very comfortable. The communication was great and we would definitely rent again.

The apartment is everything you see. Close to Metro and Reston Town Center. Wegmans being in the same building is a short walk downstairs. Hassen is very responsive with any troubleshooting issues in the building.

The Manhattan was simply delightful! The decor is creative and intentional to its theme. Very tastefully done. The neighborhood is nice, walkable, and we found it quiet. Being in town it's close to coffee, shops, and restaurants. The home itself is just as presented. Cozy, lovely, comfy. The bed is VERY comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen had everything we needed. The flat screen TV's are quite large and were fantastic as we stayed during the winter and loved being in watching movies. Would highly recommend the Manhattan!

Great place close to Tyson's Corner especially Capital One Hall.

We have stayed at Sam's place a few different times and have always had a great experience. His place is just as described, clean, comfortable close to many restaurants and freeways. We will definitely stay again when back in the area.

We loved this property and our condo. The lake was so beautiful and immediately accessible from our balcony. The entire property was beautifully maintained and updated, with all the most charming original touches. The restaurant onsite was convenient and good (Ace’s Run). The other patrons and staff were friendly and for the price it was an incredibly great deal. The only thing that could be improved are the window coverings. The sun rise is directly across from the balcony windows, which is also right where the bed is. The blinds really don’t keep any light out at all, so we were happy to start our days there early, but every day pretty much starts at sunrise with the blinds as they are. But otherwise the condo was truly perfect. Completely cozy and well appointed with convenient features!

Nice place, bunk bed room is great. It's across the street and up a hill from the Continental slope - like a 1-minute walk to the slope. Has everything you need. Solid spot.

Very convenient and located close to all activities

Jessica and Curt’s place was absolutely perfect from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. We have stayed at Seven Springs for many years and this was our favorite. It was clean and had great amenities. Great location, convenience to slopes is unrivaled. We have already booked for next year.

We had a great weekend staying at the condo! We stayed in A2 and the unit was extremely clean, nothing fancy but perfect for our family. It’s also conveniently located between Canaan and Timberline resorts. We would definitely stay here again when we’re back in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our ski weekend here and would visit again. Upon arrival, we had some trouble with the water heater, but the host was responsive and able to get someone to come fix it the following day. We stayed here with another family (4 adults and 4 kids total), and the space worked well. It's definitely cozy though. One thing to note is that there is no place to store ski equipment. We left our skis in our cars and brought boots inside. The condo is a short drive over to Seven Springs, and there is a shuttle bus that stops down the street. But we actually opted to drive and park in the North Lot, where you can just hop right onto one of the ski trails and start your day! There was plenty of free parking there both days (but that might vary depending on the weekend/days you are there). All in all, a great visit and would definitely recommend this condo for a family or two looking for a cozy place to stay near Seven Springs.

Lauren & Lee’s ski in / ski out condo is an A+ ! First of all, they are great hosts - friendly and responsive. The home is clean, well maintained, thoughtfully decorated, and has nice furnishings. The beds are very comfortable and the sheets are excellent quality. The towels are thick and plush, and there are lots of hooks (which is so useful in an Airbnb). Also the kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped - plenty of pots and pans, clean glassware, spices and oils, and extra toilet paper. The property location is excellent - right on the slopes and on the 4th floor with a great view. Overall a perfect ski getaway for 2 families or a larger extended family / group. We hope to come back again !

This was the perfect place for our family to enjoy a long weekend of skiing and snowboarding. The house was so cozy and had everything we could possibly need. Very clean and comfortable. The shuttle stopped right across the street which made it convenient. We would definitely consider renting it again in the future.

This place was just what I was looking for. Quiet place to relax, good place to hike and fitness center and courts. Cabin was just as advertised cozy and well kept. Everything you need for a weekend stay.

The cabin is just stunning—so tastefully decorated and so peaceful! It was roomy and clean as a pin. Heather was an excellent communicator and perfect host. We loved it!

Great AirBnB! The attention to detail with decorations added to the ambiance of the space. It was comfortable. The ease of access to downtown Gettysburg made it even better. While unable to fully enjoy the outdoor space due to the time of year, it is a feature to look forward to at future visits.

We loved our stay for a girls weekend bday celebration. The house was beautifully decorated and spotless. The beds were comfy and the hot tub was so relaxing. The drive up to the cottage was a bit precarious but my little Elantra made it just fine. If the weather would have been bad, you definitely need a 4wd. We had beautiful weather this weekend and the stars were insane. Being from Baltimore, it was such a treat to experience no light pollution for a few days. Courtney and Christian communicated well and provided very detailed instructions. We will definitely return.

Every bit of attention to detail has been paid. The farm is breathtakingly beautiful, calm, and so easy to get to! We went to a local vineyard and ventured into Frederick— all lively drives and less than 20 minute drive. All dishes, cookware, and necessities were amply available. The beds were comfortable, the sheets felt amazing, the towels were soft and the fire pit was an absolute delight. Thank you for such an amazing trip!

This house was fantastic - the space and amenities were better than advertised and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. Close to Seven Springs for easy trips to the resort.

The Rock Cottage is a perfect romantic getaway! We enjoyed walking all of the hiking trails and exploring the vast property with our 2 dogs (such a treat when they can vacation with us). The wood burning stove and hot tub were wonderful amenities on the cold weekend. It was an easy drive into Culpepper for a fabulous dinner at Piedmont Steakhouse (pricey but worth it). And, our favorite part was the Pool House/Spa, the pictures do not do it justice. The Steam Room/Sauna/Cold Plunge/Sauna regime was rejuvenating and being able to swim in the deep. vast pool with attached hot tub completed a perfect afternoon. On our way home we drove 15 minutes out of our way to visit the Copper Fox Distillery and adjacent shops in Sperryville - a must if you like craft whiskey. We are looking forward to returning during a warmer season to enjoy even more of what the grounds have to offer. Thank you Connie, Paul, and team for being so responsive and helpful!
