This is our third time at Jennifer's Airbnb, and we can't wait to go again. The house itself is wonderful. The area is gorgeous. And Jennifer is a great host. Can't recommend enough.

Beautiful place! Was a great small size even with a small toddler; her pack and play fit with plenty of space for two dog beds also in the bedroom!

We found a "six" star gem walking in the door at Woodhaven. The photos, though true to life, could not adequately convey the warmth and coziness of the living quarters, cleanliness of the rooms, well appointed furnishings in the kitchen, high end bedroom linens and abundance of puzzles/games to keep one entertained and engaged. Wendy's attention to detail, hospitality AND ability to orchestrate a "blizzard" was beyond our expectations and imagination. When we connected in October as owner/renter soon changed to feeling like friend/family in February. We thank you for being instrumental in adding to our treasure trove of memories.

Super cute place!! We pick a cabin every February for a weekend getaway, and this is one we look forward to booking during the warmer months! The screened in porch is lovely, and the creek behind the house is just asking to be splashed around in. We liked that this place felt very private and secluded but wasn’t too far off the beaten path. About a mile down a back road, and only 10-15 minutes from Berkeley Springs. Looking forward to coming back!

This was our 3rd year renting their Potomac Overlook home for our family Thanksgiving and once again, our entire family loved staying here! The home is spacious with plenty of bed- and bathrooms plus super-comfortable beds. And the property is absolutely beautiful with its Potomac River-front location and plenty of very usable outdoor space. We highly recommend it!

This was our second visit to one of Frank's many properties and his high standards are reflected in the care he takes and feels for his homes. Our stay at "Overlook" was fun, relaxing and peaceful. Some highlights: -hot tub was one of the best we've seen (large, clean, good jets and in a great location). -home layout is well thought out -kitchen is stocked -extra 1/2 bath (not pictured) in awesome mudroom/laundry area -very comfy couches, sitting areas and beds -outdoor fire pits and indoor gas fireplace -nice dock -privacy and the ability to walk all over the expansive property, including along the river (there are some steep hills giving you the great views, but nothing crazy) -the scenic views from the big windows in the house We went during a flash snowstorm in December... can't imagine how much fun a summer or spring visit would be! We would definitely book again. Great gracious hosts! Thank you.

We wanted to do something different for Thanksgiving this year so we found a nice little cabin and brought our dogs. This cabin was perfect for the kids and dogs, because there was a fence. You can hear the traffic from the road but it’s not bad! It’s very quiet but you’re close to a Walmart and food places. The fireplace was a huge hit for our family. We used it everyday. It was just big enough to hold our family of 5 and two pups. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back one day!

We enjoyed our stay, the home complete accommodated my large family . Kasey was greatly helpful and quick to respond to all questions we had. Highly recommend staying at this restful retreat.

It was an amazing weekend in this home. The kitchen, bathroom and linen closet were well stocked and we didn’t run out of anything. The house is right on the water and provided hours of free entertainment. The house contained cable, plenty of DVDs/Bluray movies, board games, and sitting space. Wisp is seconds away by car and minutes by walking. Host was responsive and understanding, even after I lost the house keys.

Great little getaway. arrived Fri. Road the Train Saturday hit a couple local restaurants. Great time

We traveled to River Camp on the Shenandoah w/ our 3 teens and it was the perfect setting for a family getaway. We hiked at Shenandoah National Park, visited Luray Caverns and enjoyed borrowing the house's kayaks, paddleboards and canoe. The house was perfect with beautiful, comfortable accomodations. Keith was proactive in providing information and very responsive to questions.

Loved the place! The location is very pretty with the river super close. Also, the area is super quiet - we heard only a handful of cars throughout the day. Inside is very cool. Beautiful handcrafted furniture made from gorgeous wood. Just felt super homey. Really well stocked, too. Highly recommend.

Our stay at Joni’s was great. We were traveling with kids and dogs and the house was conveniently located, easy to access and comfortable. There are three bedrooms, one with a king bed and two with full size beds. There was also a very large closet in the master bedroom that was able to accommodate a full-sized crib. We got into town early and Joni was very responsive to messages and let us check in early.

We had a lovely stay at this cottage. Very clean and nice amenities. 25 minutes from White tail and 15 minutes from downtown Mercersburg. Super friendly hosts.

Beautiful location and very relaxing. Cottage was very clean and the coffee and tea was a nice bonus. Highly recommend for a couple wanting to get away.

Just like the pictures, this lakeside cottage is lovely. Great setting and views. Very nicely decorated and very well equipped. Susan was an outstanding host.

Quiet river front home. Well appointed, comfortable. We were there during a snow storm so we didn’t get to take advantage of kayaking, but next time we will come back in warm weather so we can!

We loved our stay! The hosts were very helpful and accommodating throughout our visit, and the space was conveniently located. We want to come back during the spring to make more use of the outdoor amenities!

This cabin was a whimsical dream! It had everything you could need, the thought and care that went into decorating and the amenities, activities were amazing. I have stayed many places and this was by far my favorite, I’m planning to return in summer to be able to enjoy the lake a bit more.

The view of the trees out the windows was beautiful. We had overnight snow during our stay. The setting was magical, especially in the snow. The heat and the stove kept us warm and cozy. The records were a nice touch. Really loved the artwork and style of furniture here. Great taste. Really beautiful. Everything we needed was here and it was all easy to use. Really appreciated having a hair dryer, too! The build of the house was very solid and tasteful. Cozy but modern. Would definitely stay again!

Angela was a wonderful host and the cabin was beautiful! We had an amazing and relaxing long weekend.

amazing views. lovely home. loved that the bedrooms are on all levels of the house. so much to do, we didn't leave the property the whole 3 days and had a blast. we were a multi family staying and we had plenty of space. would love to return in the summer to use that river access.

Already thinking about when I could go back. Lone Bear Cabin was outstanding, nicer than my own house. New appliances, updated, and spotless. Fireplace was great, rooms were comfortable, wifi was reliable, hot water was hot, towels and linens were crisp, space was cozy but not at all cramped, the surrounding views were amazing, tons of privacy, conveniently close to Luray... perfect place for a weekend getaway. Didn't even get to use the hot tub or the grill but both looked great. Mark is one of the best hosts I've ever had -- ultra responsive, left detailed instructions for everything, pleasant, helpful, but not intrusive. I cannot say enough about him or the cabin, really amazing.

A lovely home with very thoughtful added touches. Host has thought of all needed items…flashlights conveniently located, firewood, lighting…. Just overall a very pleasant stay. Would love to go back in warmer weather!
