Rio's little Milk Barn was just what I needed after a scouting adventure in the Shawangunks. It's a charming, rustic little milk barn with homey touches throughout. If you're looking for sparse, spic and span modern- this isn't it. It's got a wood stove and a lovely little kitchen with all the utensils you should need. There were two additional heating units and I found the place to be quite cozy. A lovely stay!

Bernard’s place was perfect for our visit. It was cozy and inviting with plenty of space for the three of us. The farm is beautiful and perfect for fall walks. The photos do not do this place justice. Bernard was a great host and very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at the farm while visiting family for the holidays. The value was wonderful and it was a perfect place for our active toddler to have a safe sleep spot with very little baby proofing needed which is a key for young families. The beautiful farm was a great bonus and we loved seeing the animals on our way in and out. We hope to return in the summer to enjoy the amenities even more. Thank you Roger!

Katherine, Daniel and Bartleby were the perfect hosts. They made sure we were taken care of during a relatively big snow and ice storm, and were simply a pleasure to interact with (our pups especially loved Bartleby!). We gave them reasons to dislike us (our puppy chewed a hole in their quilt and we forgot our iPad, making a project for Katherine to mail it back), but they were nothing but kind, understanding and accommodating. Thank you for everything!

Lovely spot. There were only 2 of us but it easily sleeps more. The kitchen is very satisfying and included that rarity of items: sharp knives.

I chose this lovely home to host a teacher training gathering for a few days after a conference in the area. It was a perfect size for our small group. The barn acted as a nice meeting space, and felt spacious with the big doors open! The home is tucked away on some beautiful land, with a waterfall and a pond in walking distance. Cool art all around and eclectic furniture. Would highly recommend!

This is the perfect space for a group to stay! The unique art pieces and makeup of the home combined with the record player and records made the home stand out for sure. I particularly loved the guide that identified everything we might need to know about the house as well as giving a bit more info about the art pieces. This is a place we’d all love to return to! Definitely recommend it.

Their place was super cute and clean. The type of style and decor is to die for ❤️ Had all the towels we needed. Loved getting in the hot tub in the winter. Just wish there were blinds that weren’t totally see through! Also, we barely went into the “great room” because that room is a lot colder than everywhere else and we couldn’t figure out how to use the pellet stove in there without it smoking like crazy. Loved the place nonetheless. It was great for a birthday celebration with friends!

The other reviews are spot on. This place is lovely. The house looks and smells fantastic. The town is very close by and Richard is a great host. Everything was exactly as desired and very cozy. We were even treated to a winter snow storm which made the place even more magical. Would love to return in the future!

Our close family of four and two small pets enjoyed the farm house experience. We had fun walking to the lake and watching the cows and the farmer. We also toured the farm and walked to the neighborhood beach. The sunroom was very relaxing as we ate our meals watching the views from the lake throughout the day. The moos and the life of the cows was also interesting to watch over our four day stay. The owner was very responsive and polite.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming farmhouse in the heart of Cornwall! The location is breathtaking, with stunning views of the rolling hills and the iconic Gateway to Cornwall. The farmhouse itself was cozy, clean, and well-equipped, making it the perfect retreat for a relaxing getaway. Sarah was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the little farm shop! They offer an amazing selection of homemade treats, including fresh yogurt, maple syrup, delicious jams, and more. Everything was locally made and absolutely delicious—a perfect way to take a piece of the farm experience home.

The place was stunning and so peaceful! It was seriously spotless and the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed in. The home decor was beautiful. Extremely comfortable bed! I loved everything about this place. If you are looking for a peaceful quiet and relaxing getaway this is the place. I would recommend it 10/10!

We needed a break from the city and the creativity this man has poured into his property, is so epic! If you're looking for luxury, this isn't your spot but if you're looking to be in a comfortable, family atmosphere and feel at home - I 100% recommend! The farm is beautiful and well kept, the animals are adorable always & being the extra joy. The surprises you find in every inch of this Airbnb are so fun! We felt comfortable the moment we arrived and didn't want to leave! We will definitely return in the future, hopefully for a longer stay! I can't say enough about this place! Quintessential farm stay with lovely hosts and a beautiful setting. We really enjoyed our stay here. The space was charming and aptly decorated. Everything was impeccably clean and the hosts go above and beyond to think of things you might need. The animals on site are adorable and approachable. There is also a small farm store on site which sells local products and delicious eggs from their own chickens. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway in a comfortable setting in nature.

Highly, highly recommend! We had wanted a getaway where we could engage with animals, and this was exactly the right choice. It was such a beautiful thing to go outside at any time and be greeted by a sweet, friendly herd of goats, geese, and ducks, then have the comfort of cats inside to cuddle and play with. What personalities! We loved them all! Plus, there was a pool table, a sauna, a cozy wood stove (thanks again for the how-to lessons!), a great kitchen, and even extra food and snacks. The whole space was thoughtfully and comfortably laid out, with a positive and welcoming vibe. Kim & Trudy are truly impressive hosts, both in the environment they've created and in their sensitivity to their guests' wants and needs. We had great communications with them before and during our stay. And when it was time to leave, we got an extra dose of their kindness, generosity, and can-do approach to life when they extracted our car from the ice and snow and got us safely to the main road!

Fantastic space for a large group. We had 10 people for a New Year’s Eve ski weekend, and this was the ideal spot for it. Hot tub was a great treat. Be warned - the floors are squeaky, so if you’re a light sleeper in a large group bring ear plugs.

Incredible stay. The house is immaculate - beautifully decorated, furnished, and spacious (house had tons of holiday decorations, very cozy!!). This was one of the best stocked rentals I've stayed at - kitchen and bathrooms have everything you could possibly need. Accommodated 2 families very comfortably; beds were comfortable. Loved that the great room was separated from the rest of the bedrooms allowing the family to gather without disturbing napping babies. Lots of yard space, situated next to a picturesque creek. And excellent central location to Hudson, Catskill, and skiing. Host goes above and beyond - offered early check in, extremely responsive. Highly recommend!!

We loved John & Anne’s place. It was cozy, warm and perfect for our getaway. We appreciated the responsiveness, ease of communication and clear, easy to follow instructions. The fireplace, hot tub and all the extra touches with the local treats made our stay extra special. We will definitely be back!

We loved the cottage. If anything it was even cuter in person than in the pictures. Communication was perfect and the place was very well thought out. We enjoyed our stay, I’d recommend it and come back here in the future!

Myself, my fiance, and our dog stayed here for an entire month. Hayley was an amazing host! She was extremely helpful, generous, and accommodating. She went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and that we had everything we needed. The apartment is the perfect size and you cant get tired of overlooking the farm. There is so much nature to enjoy from the property and in the surrounding area. We loved meeting the farm animals too! We had an amazing time here and would love to visit again.

Jim and Carol were very friendly and nice. The place is awesome and felt like home. We were welcomed by delicious cookies and muffins that Carol and Jim baked. Before we check out and head out, Carol shared her freshly baked ginger cookies with us. So good!!!!!!!!! We had a great stay and wonderful ski trip. Thank you so much for hosting!
