Such an awesome space!!! The Barn Loft was extremely clean, tidy, and well put together! Our stay was short but extremely peaceful and was a cool area to explore. We appreciated the clear instructions, coffee, and amenities provided. Super environmentally conscious with an awesome outdoor shower and eco-bathrooms. Truly a hidden gem!!

Jana's space was absolutely perfect for our family. We loved the trails and the tree houses were magical. The few bear sightings were a cherry on top for us. They were never too close but was fantastic to see. We will definitely visit again

DON’T miss your chance to experience the magic of the River Love barn. Kangee’s EXCEPTIONAL hospitality throughout our time in her home set the tone for the entirety of our stay. Her attentiveness & genuine warmth made us feel right at home. The beauty of this property is truly beyond words. While the photos online are stunning, they don’t fully capture the enchanting atmosphere that envelops you as soon as you step onto the grounds. Our favorite spots were the clawfoot tub, perfectly nestled in a private, serene area of the property & the outdoor hammock within the screened in back deck. Kangee truly brought the outside in with her thoughtful design. Even on a rainy day- the sky lights during a storm that had passed through was such a reminder of the cozy atmosphere that permeates the barn. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful getaway or a relaxing family trip, the River Love Barn is a hidden gem that I cannot recommend enough. We left feeling refreshed & inspired, with hearts full.

This was our first experience at The Barn and with Scotty. Our goal was a place where we could gather our two daughters and their families for New Years; Three couples, two college age daughters (and 1 boyfriend), and an 11 year old, active grandson. The sleeping quarters were perfect with predominantly king or queen beds (all comfortable) and private baths. The inside was spacious and allowed separate activities and quiet reading areas, and separate TV room. Wi-Fi worked great but we resisted being on it. Had a fire in the fireplace one cold night; everything worked and firewood provided. Two other nights we gathered around the fire pit outside for hours with s’mores. There was a huge swing (from a tree limb), plenty of room for soccer and wiffleball games. Exterior lighting at night was wonderful. We walked around the neighborhood freely with no fear or apprehension. It is “country” and a great place to escape, gather, and focus on family and friends like bygone days

We just stayed at the Dream Rock Silo bungalow for the 6th time, and every visit has been wonderful. Karen and Bill always make us feel like family. They are exceptional hosts, and their attention to detail and their creativity are amazing. The bungalow is super clean, comfortable, well-crafted, and beautifully furnished and decorated. Outside is always peaceful and relaxing with beautiful views, gardens, rocks, and a stream. We love the very friendly, entertaining shepherds, Max and Joe, who spend every waking minute on our covered patio and in the yard playing ball. The sweet older husky, Folger, also spends time with us and gives us a “lean in”. We rarely leave the property and didn’t leave at all this time. We’re already planning our next visit and can't wait to get back to Dream Rock.

A great place to stay if you are looking for a cozy, quiet getaway. The property is lovely and has a great view! The hosts were very welcoming and responsive when we had questions about our stay. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

There are so many wonderful things to say about the big red barn! The bedding was so clean, it was the perfect location for riding trails, it’s an adorable place. Plenty of space so we didn’t feel cramped parking a truck and trailer (never even had to back up) lots of outdoor living spaces, chairs/tables/grills etc. Tony made check in a breeze and was a wonderful host. We will absolutely be returning and bringing the family.

Absolutely loved this place! It’s incredibly cozy and peaceful. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are wonderfully comfortable, and the spacious deck is perfect for sipping morning coffee or stargazing at night. Shelby is an exceptional host—responsive, proactive, and thoughtful. She has even put together itineraries featuring local businesses to explore! All that said, this Airbnb is an absolute gem and definitely one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed. I can’t wait to return!

Beautiful scenery and peaceful! Wonderful location and very quiet. The pond is perfect to go fishing and nice hiking trails nearby. Cumberland falls is a 15 min drive and close to restaurants and shopping centers! Ideal for big gatherings or small ones with kids! Highly recommend! The house is clean and the beds are comfortable. The downstairs area has great amenities such as a bonfire pit, a bar inside the stables with TVs. Lots of sitting areas and swinging hammocks. Just book it now! You won’t be disappointed!

My stay at Jack and Jen's was really lovely! I was in town for a conference and it was super nice to be able to just drive 15 minutes to downtown and then come back to something nice and quiet. The back screened porch was perfect for hanging out and just listening and looking at the world!

This place was adorable! The rustic theme was on point. It had a beautiful peaceful environment. The amenities and attention to detail were on par with a 5-star hotel. And, above all, it was very clean. I would definitely stay again.

What a wonderful place!!! The Barn is exceptional: beautifully decorated, bright, and immaculate with everything you could possibly need. And the outside…spectacular views of the mountains and streams, as well as several early morning elk sightings. Amazing!! Nancy is a very thoughtful host as well! We loved it and will definitely be back!

I hosted a murder mystery dinner at Evans place and it was amazing. It was a few friends and me and everyone loved the place. It added the perfect rustic charm and was just a great way to spend my birthday. everyone kept talking about enamored they were with the whole place. the pool table, the hot tub, the beautiful cows and scenery, the saddle bar stools, the sunroom area during the daytime. just a perfect stay. we had a wonderful time hearing the rain on the tin roof and listening to the frogs and birds. beautiful place. would love to stay there again!!!

This cute little cottage was the perfect place for a girl’s weekend getaway for group of 5. Carolyn communicated very well with detailed instructions. Easy check in and very clean. Nice spacious screened in back deck overlooking the woods and lovely fire pit area surrounded by string lights. Inside was decorated beautifully and beds were super comfortable. Plenty of linens and towels provided and kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the stocked coffee bar and heated toilet seats! This cottage is tucked back away far enough for a peaceful and private feel but close enough to the downtown area for restaurants and shopping. Also close to several wineries that we toured. Carolyn was very responsive to messages with any questions we had about the cottage and the area. She also had very detailed instructions in the cabin for everything we needed to use. We had a wonderful time!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Extremely clean and comfortable living space with everything you need. The loft is beautiful. Hosts went out of their way to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and not far from restaurants and stores. Such a great location. You won’t find nicer hosts. Thank you both! We hope to come back someday!

We had an amazing time I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it more , it as just the size we needed to house our son’s wedding party (5 groomsmen plus my family,it was nice having everyone together it was a wonderful stay

This cute little house was just what we needed for a football get-away. It was a little further from downtown than expected, but the ride went fast as it was beautiful. The place was very clean and nice when we entered and we felt right at home. It was a wonderful stay! Thank you!
