Great in the trees home. It was a great last minute find that made our mountain trip lovely. Very good location for hiking and boating along Lake Glenville.

We are so lucky to have found this home for our weekend in the mountains to attend a family wedding! The location was perfect and our stay was cozy and just what was needed. Everything was abundant—from towels and linens to fresh air and white squirrels! This is truly a special home with great hosts.

If you’re looking for a well-kept, comfortable and peaceful place and property for a family get together, this is a must consider. On top of all the wonderful things Asheville offered being only a few minutes drive, we loved going home to this place and have chill time in the outdoor hot tub. It provided us (even our pup) everything we needed for a restful and fun stay. I highly recommend Anne’s house and won’t hesitate to stay again.

The home was even more amazing than described! It was incredibly spacious, impeccably clean, and absolutely beautiful. Every detail was well thought out, making it a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Marina’s place was very cozy, super clean and felt very homie! Very quiet area didn’t hear a single noise beside the train passing by . The stores are like 5 mins away from her place everything is very close. Marina was very nice and attentive making sure we had everything we needed. Gaffney is a low income area so yes you will see that in some of the surrounding homes. overall loved her place it was like a safe haven for me especially since I was having a panic attack from being 500 miles away from home but her place became my safe place thank you Marina

i wanted space and solitude and yet close to hiking and downtown. Rodneys place was great for me.

Great place to stay at for the weekend. Bed was comfy and the sleeper sofa was perfect for our son to sleep on. This place had everything we needed. We enjoyed the little deck looking at the lake with the mountains in the background. What a beautiful view! The playground that was nearby was great for our son to play on. The Buttered Biscuit restaurant right up the road was perfect for breakfast! This is great place to stay at for visiting areas nearby such as Waynesville, Dillsboro, Cherokee and Bryson City. Go eat at Haywood Smokehouse in Dillsboro and look up Nikki’s Frybread in Cherokee.

Great little Airbnb in west Asheville! Perfect for our girls weekend. The hot tub and insanely comfortable bed were a huge bonus. Will definitely be back!

Very nice accommodations in a wonderful setting. Tough to beat value! We were very satisfied, and would return in a heartbeat for our next visit to the Leicester area.

Our family enjoyed this stay. Cute place, animals to visit and farm fresh eggs! No television but all the better to disconnect. Everything we needed plus some. The sauna was an amazing added bonus for the adults. So many homey touches and extras too. We hope to come back!

Have stayed here a few times, and it’s always very nice. This is an excellent place to stay for anyone who may have pet or indoor allergies, as I’ve never had any issues during my stays. I highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience here! Miguel graciously accommodated our awkward Uhaul trailer parking situation and the place itself made us feel right at home. Of course it was clean and pretty but what sets this place apart are all the small thoughtful touches. From the wall mounted power strip next to the bed to charge multiple devices to the soft cozy robes hanging for us and all sorts of other little considerate things, it’s clear this family goes the extra mile to make their guests happy and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Accurate photographs of the room and surroundings. Perfect directions to find the location. I just wish there was an extra blanket. I have no other complaints about this listing and I would stay again.

We enjoyed the seclusion of the area & availability of helpful information in the book at the door. If you’re visiting during the colder weather like we did make sure to pack extra blankets for the beds & throw blankets for yourself & be prepared for the possibility of snow. Another useful tip is to bring house shoes to ensure comfortability of the chilly floors. We highly recommend enjoying the cozy hot tub & the amenities offered. Michelle was a very responsive & accommodating host. We will consider her properties in the future shortly. I Highly recommend GTR Adventures to rent a side by size & enjoy the trails & sightseeing. We enjoyed it so much that my husband is going to purchase one of our own. After a long day the gas grill cooked up some excellent ribeyes & made for the perfect evening accompaniment with the coziness of the home. It was perfect for our little family and we definitely enjoyed the recharge & will be back soon.

Great escape from the busy lifestyles. Good slowdown vibes and the peace and quiet is unrivaled. True wilderness getaway experience and great spot for couples to spend quality time.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at the cabin, we went for a relaxing getaway, and we definitely had it. It’s well decorated, and very cozy. The hot tub was perfect with the cold weather. We used it multiple times. Karen and Bryan were very responsive and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We had such a nice and relaxing stay at this cozy cabin on the creek. The beds were comfy, the hot tub was great, and I could never say enough great things about the back porch and creek. We loved having so much waterfront to fish from. We only caught two fish, but the trout we caught and released was huge!!! There was an adorable groundhog right on the other side of the creek both mornings around 10. I could have watched him for hours. Thanks for being so accommodating. We didn’t need for anything and our pups loved the fenced in area. It was also just a quick 4 miles to town for anything you could want. We hope to return soon!

It is not easy to find. I had read previous reviews and was aware upon booking. I had to click on the map where it showed the house on Airbnb and GPD it that way. The address provided takes you somewhere completely different. The host was very responsive and did provide very clear instruction once you made it to the road. The cabin was very cute, homie and worth the money. Would stay again.

Disclaimer: 3 miles of mountain road Yet, Ryan’s place was immaculate. We are a family of 4 humans and 2 dogs and it was perfect! It provided all we were looking for and needed without pause. The trip to and from the cabin was new to us in the sense that we came from flat Florida lol so no points taken away for our inexperience. This cabin has it all and the host was amazing and very quick to respond. Highly recommend. Thank you Ryan for the amazing getaway.
