Shawn is a phenomenal host. The place was impeccable. Fresh flowers, beautiful decor, ice cream/gelato in the freezer, espresso cued up... check-in and check-out were a breeze. Recommendations for eating out were provided and both he and his wife were accessible throughout out the stay. Not only will we go back but we will also explore the many options that Shawn offers with AIRBNB - especially the farm. If you in the area, you need to at least visit the farm. Thank you Shawn. It was an awesome stay. I look forward to our next one.

This a great location to stay for our visit to Morganton. Very clean and worth the money that we paid for the two days. Mike was very responsive to our needs.

Charming modern apartment in a converted mill building, has cool vibes. The place is cozy and perfect for two. The furniture is comfortable and kitchen has what you need. Super close to the historic downtown that has awesome shops and food. Would love to stay again!

We spent a week in South Carolina for an adoption. Sandra was extremely flexible with our unpredictable schedule. The place was clean and everything was exactly as described. Our children were allowed to feed the chickens, too! If we are ever traveling in the area again, we would definitely look to see if this place is available again.

Great little house with everything you need. Nicely equipped kitchen were you can do real cooking. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Short walk to a supermarket. We loved staying at the house and can recommend it.

I’ll keep it short. It’s like the descriptions and comments from the hosts and visitors. Two things that I can mention and add to the informations (even if they might sound negative, I was fully satisfied with my stay, just want to complete the picture) 1) there is a fire station close by so that firefighters with their cars are passing by regularly (simetimes with sirens) - even if this sounds bad, as the appartment is set back from the street, it did not impact me very much 2) and this is related to that I decided to not use a car, the place is 45 min by foot away from downtown and groceries are also not really able to reach by foot. The appartment is located in a rather quiet area, but some really good food spots and breweries are 5-7min away by foot. Should be aware of it I would book it again!

just right for our group. They also rent a downstairs but we never heard them so it was nice & private. beautiful huge master bedrooms. the bed was a bit hard and so was the queen bed in other bedroom but other than that everything was great. We appreciated the keurig coffee provided. Grocery store only a few minutes away. Host are very responsive & helpful. Downtown Greenville only 8 minutes away. Nice place!

Dan was a great host. The house is very well taken care off and spotless. A/C worked great. We needed to stay a little longer than planned and Dan took care of it with no problem. Would highly recommend.

We had a great time! The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed! About 15 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge which was nice and convenient. The hosts were extremely quick to respond to our questions and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. Would definitely stay here again.

We booked this place for the weekend to see Gatlinburg and it was WORTH IT! We had such a great time. Located just a 10 minute walk from downtown and all the fun. The place was clean and well kept, felt like I was staying at a proper hotel. What we really loved about the place was the hot tub (no surprise)…just what one needs after walking 12 hours (literally) exploring downtown. There are stairs at the back of the building that are a shortcut to downtown (just be careful of the bees, we had to make a run for it every single time) All in all, this place was worth the money, enjoyed relaxing here as much as we enjoyed every bit of Gatlinburg!

The condo was as described/pictured. It was clean, free of clutter, the kitchen had a nice amount of pots and pans to cook your own meal. Nice washer &dryer, which was nice. The condo is roomy. The wifi worked well. Great safe neighborhood, great for walks! Neighbors were friendly. Close driving distance to shopping, grocery stores , restaurants, banks, gas stations. Felt at home during our stay. Eli is a great host, friendly and quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again.

This condo is one of our go to places in downtown Gatlinburg. Location cant be beat and easy communication with the owner. We've stayed here multiple times and wouldn't hesitate to do so again in the future.

We would definitely stay here again. It was the cleanest Air B&B we’ve ever stayed in. Everything you could possible need was in the kitchen and bathroom. Plenty of linens also. It is 1 block from The center of Main St., in downtown Greenville. Hundreds of restaurants, bars, lounges and coffee shops. An unbelievable variety. If you cannot find ones you like, you have a problem. Lots of museums, theaters and history, all in walking distance. We highly recommend this rental.

the condo was very clean and was as described. James is a great host. quick response. very relaxing. Can't wait to go back.
