The hotel itself was lovely. Great pool and garden area, top floor open area was lovely for relaxing with nice views. Room was clean and comfortable. Angelika was so kind and helpful. The only issue we found was similar to a previous review. The owner is very forthcoming. He wouldn’t take no for an answer on what he wanted us to have for dinner or what he wanted us to buy from his shop. The night we arrived we had been awake for 24 hours having just climbed a mountain, (he knew this) and he proceeded to stand over us as we ate dinner then pulled up a chair and we had to ask him to leave. We didn’t feel relaxed around him and were made to feel bad declining his dinner option and for not booking a massage. It was a shame as the hotel itself was lovely and peaceful.

The accommodation was as described and shown in the pictures, which we appreaciated. The staff was the sweetest, always happy to help! We liked the breakfasts and our room with a nice view. The place is not located directly by any beach but there was a possibility to take a boat to a pool and a beach (free of charge). We got help with airport transfer as well. The only thing was that the WiFi worked exclusively in lobby and restaurant area, no chance for connection in the room. Otherwise highly recommended, thank you!

We were here only for a night before our flight, but it was a wonderful stay. The pool was good, breakfast was wonderful, airport transit was quick and on time. If you are looking for a stay after arriving or before leaving Sri Lanka then this is a great option. Whereas it is a little bit far away from city area. Will take 350-400 lkr to reach negombo city. Else it was great. Thanks

This property is great for Singles and Family with children, since its a total private property with a gated compound only guest are allowed to come in. Just opposite there is a nice fresh fruit juice shop, you will find different type of cuisine restaurant's within 5 to 15 mins walking distance, bakery and other daily essentials shops are very near by, beach is also within walking distance if you want to or tuk tuk is always available. Rooms are spacious and bright and very well maintained, staff is very helpful and always ready to guide and help you. Overall superb place, and very convenient. I would highly recommend this place. After a very nice stay at the beginning of my vacation, I decided to book another night for the end of my trip, to be closer to the airport. Was welcomed back with open arms, had great food, and received help with arranging transport.

Great little space tucked away close to the waterfall. The route to get to the place is a little hard but the drive is worth it. The rooms are rustic and are comfortable. The place is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Great hotel, friendly and super helpful staff, great food, great walking area, awesome masseuse. Highly recommended. Next time we will stay for several nights.

Chaminda was a great and welcoming host. Easy pickup was being arranged for us from the airport . Our day1 stay on reaching Colombo was really nice. Would definitely recommend to stay as their place is very close to the airport and next day travel to Sigiriya became very convenient for us. Communication was easy with Chaminda and team😊

Lovely room and a lovely stay, warm showers and air conditioned room! I would say book on Google over AirBnB to avoid extra fees. We stayed here before our flight and got a tuktuk from here using PickMe to the airport. 20 minute tuktuk drive.

Der Aufenthalt im BBC war wirklich ein Traum. Man kann aus dem Bett direkt auf‘s Meer schauen, das Zimmer selbst hat alles, was man braucht, es ist sauber, sieht schön aus und ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Auch der Außenbereich inkl. Pool sind super schön. Der Strand ist auch super privat, wirklich kaum Menschen da. Das Personal war super freundlich und hat uns quasi jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen. Frühstück war im Preis inklusive und auch sehr lecker und nach unseren Wünschen zubereitet. Auch zu Abend haben wir dort gegessen und es hat immer gut geschmeckt. In der Umgebung kann man jetzt nicht uuuultra viel machen (ein paar Sachen gibt es aber natürlich schon), wir fanden die Anlage aber so schön, dass wir auch einfach gern dort waren und uns entspannt haben. Alles in allem auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen - für uns war es der perfekte Start in den Sri Lanka Urlaub.

Ayoga und Sunjay waren wundervolle Gastgeber! Wir haben uns mehr als wohl gefühlt. Sie sind auf alle Wünsche eingegangen und waren immer super hilfsbereit! Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei ihnen übernachten. Vielen lieben Dank für alles ☺️
