I dont know Where to begin with this place. Rudy who is excellent met us at the airport and arranged everything and took us to the house. When we walked in the garden it felt unreal. It’s sooooo much more beautifule in real than the pictures. The garden and pool is AMAZING, so is the living area and villas. The stay at the house couldnt be more perfect. You have Rudy who you can call about anything and he Will help you with WHATEVER you need. Then you have two more people who cleans, do laundry and everything else at the house and garden. Dadai and florent. They were also amazing. It was always clean and fresh (no matter how we left it with two small kids doing a lot of mess). This is so worth the money and if youre going to Boracay THIS is Where you should live. Erich is so kind and fixed babychairs and beds for the babies upon our arrival and always answered fast when we were wondering about anything. We are so grateful for this stay and we are going to miss everything. Thank you!

Nic's place was perfect in a pinch. Located near food and conveniences and close to the vibrant beach strip. Nic and his team were friendly and responsive hosts who made it easy.

best accommodation in Boracay!!! at first we were worried about the location (a bit far from the tourist center), but it was definitely the right choice. it’s a very quiet, private place with no strangers, even considering that there is a local settlement nearby. to get to the beach you need to go down the steps and walk a little (it will take 5-10 minutes). while there was a lot of seaweed on White Beach, our beach was the cleanest. we often took a taxi (200 pesos) to get back home because we were too lazy to climb the stairs haha the apartments are very clean and cozy, we spent all evenings on the balcony, enjoying the atmosphere. the staff is so helpful (cleaning upon request, free shuttle service around the island twice a day, laundry service, recommendations for places and help with absolutely any question). the only thing is, be prepared to turn on the hot water switch, because sometimes it turns off by itself. thanks for the home away from home! we will definitely come back <3

The place is simple yet amazing! If you need to unwind, or need a quiet but beautiful location… then this is the place for you. Plus, the caretakers are very friendly. They have assisted us so well. A night of stay in Patricia’s place is not enough.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 8 Freunden und waren alle mehr als zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Nic und sein Guest Manager Carl waren jederzeit erreichbar und haben uns den Aufenthalt in Boracay definitiv verschönert. Der Strand ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles in einem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We really enjoy our stay! So far the best airbnb na nastay-an naming family! -complete kitchen utensils -lots of towel and beach towel for us to use -bathroom is squeky clean! -15 sec walk to the beach, sobrang convenient since may bata kaming kasama. -easy to check in, they just gave the code then tada, we're all set. -comfy na higaan, AC is working, wifi is fast which is needed since dinala ko ang laptop ko to work. -budget mart grocery store is about 10-15 min walk only and pwede ding mag e-tryc. -daming restaurant around. Best decision naming sa station 3 magstay, kaunti lang ang tao, peaceful sobra even in the midst of peak season. Special thank you din sa naghatid at nagsundo samin na nirecommend ng host na si Dian! Sobrang smooth ng pagdating at paguwi po namin dahil sa inyo. Overall a very great stay, thank you so much!

We throughly enjoyed our stay here. The place was very clean and had everything you need. Communication with the host was great. It was a bonus there were paddle boards and snorkels to use!

Nice little one bedroom apartment in a typical neighborhood. Reasonable walking distance from white beach and lots of restaurants and bars. Needed a few small items when we first checked in and the host was very responsive. Be aware that it is a three floor walk up.

The unit was complete. Feels like home! Near to market and walkable to both beaches. Nice pool and place!

Stephen is one of the best hosts I have ever met in my life. He is a super friendly person, with an incredible story and great knowledge of the Philipines history and perks. He welcomed us in his beautiful forest home, an amazing place that he entirely built himself throughout the years and the best part is that he lives there too so you really can get to know him well. This place allowed us to live the real tropical experience, living in a peaceful and very natural place that made us feel like in a movie. Stephen loves treating his guests as friends, we spent quite a lot of time together and believe me.. you’ll be surprised of all the knowledge that he has to share. I highly recommend renting Stephen’s house to all the people interested in living an experience in the heart of Philippines, I hope to be able to go back myself as well as soon as possible. We LOVED this place. Thanks Stephen for everything, you’re the best!!! 😊

3박동안 머물렀습니다 4번째보라카이고 올때마다 페어웨이에 투숙했습니다 이번에는 원하는 동으로 배정받을수는 없었지만 저렴한 가격에 투숙할수 있어서 좋았어요 조식은 550페소 추가금으로 먹을수 있었다

The best (from our three) accommodation in Boracay we stayed. We absolutely loved privacy villa provided us with. The style, the vibe and the accommodating atmosphere was great. Thanks a lot to Jerry for being so so so helpful and welcoming, arranging our transportation, laundry and even printing some documents for us. Thanks to the hosts for welcome fruits, milk and coffee, these little things really make difference and create a holiday vibe. Definitely worth stay here again.

Jedinečné místo s jedinečnými lidmi. Doporučuji všem kdo si chce užít klid a nádhernou pláž s korálovým útesem. Toto místo není moc turisticky vyhledávané a budete mít možnost poznat skvělé místní lidi. Stávili jsme na tomto nádherném místě 79 nocí a vždy se budeme rádi vracet. Doporučuji zůstat minimálně 1 měsíc, protože toto místo vám krásně vyčistí hlavu. Hostitel Simon rád ve všem poradí, půjčí motorku. Místní rybáři vám denně přinesou čerstvé ryby, kalamary, chobotnice, mušle a krevety. V místním malém obchůdku koupíte běžné potraviny. Grilovaná ryba při západu slunce je skvělý zážitek. Navštívilo nás při našem pobytu několik našich přátel kterí byli nadšení. Simonovi psi nás doprovázeli při procházkách po pláži ..

Great stay, very good location. Clean, great value. Very sweet host. The only thing i would change is the towels they were much too small. They even had water filter for the shower head! I would definitely recommend.

This is a lovely and peaceful retreat on a very beautiful beach. A bit challenging to get to, but that makes it even better. We felt at home from the beginning. Wonderful place, wonderful people, and wonderful diving which is what we came to do. The adjacent dive shop, Tablas Pro Scuba runs an excellent operation. Both highly recommended. I would totally come back when in this area.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Kleiner abgelegener Strand vor der Haustür (mit Schildkröten, Achtung aber viele Treppen zu gehen), Tumalog Falls und Waleshark Area sehr nah und auch mit einem kleinen Fussmarsch zu erreichen. Ansonsten fahren auch Busse direkt vor der Tür, mit denen man überall hingelangt. Unterkunft ist etwas abgelegen dafür sehr privat. Der Host war zudem sehr nett und hat und mit der Buchung unserer Touren toll geholfen! Danke dafür! Ich kann diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

The host is very responsive. The caretaker of the place is very attentive and responsive too! He did a wonderful job if we had any questions or requests. The rooms were clean and looks exactly like the pictures shown in the listing, though the kitchen can be updated but still functional. They did only provide 1 small bed sheet but we made do and we didn’t request for more so it was also our decision to do so. 2/4 rooms were not equipped which is not a deal breaker. We did clarify with the host prior to arriving at the place regarding about the water heater. There’s no gate between properties so dogs leave their poop on the property which the guests stepped on a few times because it is hard to see it during the night time while walking around the grassy area. Their caretaker was on top of it though! He did great! Overall, the scenic view of the beach and our experience was great!
