Had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, cozy, and felt like a home away from home. The people (especially Carl) were super accommodating, and the location was perfect. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

10명 이상의 가족이 편안하고 조용하며 프라이빗한 휴가를 즐기기 위한 숙소로는 매우 훌륭합니다. 누구에게도 방해받지 않는 안전하고 훌륭한 전망을 가진 숙소입니다. 저희11명의 성인과 2명의 아이가 보내기에 충분했습니다. 넓은 거실에서 가족간의 대화와 휴식이 충분히 좋았습니다. 피터와 조비는 매우 친절하고 신속하게 문제를 해결해 주었습니다. 5성급 호텔의 시설과 서비스를 기대하는 게스트는 다른 호텔의 이용을 추천합니다. 하지만 대가족의 휴가를 원하는 게스트에게는 아주 좋은 선택지가 될것입니다. 숙소로의 접근이 조금 번거롭지만 크게 불편하지는 않습니다. 오히려 그 점이 저희는 더 좋아습니다. 숙소의 입구부터 주변은 항상 경비원이 지켜주어 매우 안전하지만 사용자의 생활은 전혀 방해받지 않고 숙소의 위치는 프라이빗하게 보호받는점이 매우 좋았습니다. 절벽위에서 보라카이의 바다를 바로 전망하며 맥주 한잔의 호사를 누릴수 있는 곳입니다 보라카이 시내 및 해변으로의 접근성이 필요한 분은 다른 숙소를 고려하는것을 추천드립니다. 그러나 저희처럼 대가족이 지내시는 집같은 숙소를 고려하신다면 좋은 선택지인것 같습니다. 물론 우리집처럼 편안하지는 않겠지만요.

Great spot, just a 2 minute walk to the beach. Clean space, great AC, and friendly and responsive staff. There is not a lot of space in the room, but this was perfect for us as we were planning to be out on the beach the majority of the day. Great experience!

My Aunts were able to enjoy their stay! Plus, they were able to cook their preferred food!

We stayed the day after our wedding. We were warmly welcomed by the staff and had a wonderful time. The food was fantastic and my family was very happy. Beautiful ocean, beautiful villa, delicious food, friendly staff, what more could I ask for? I would love to return again.

Our family group of 3 stayed at Red's place for a week over the Xmas period. Red is quite clear that his place is not a ritzy hotel style property. To us, that was part of its charm. The property is situated on Angol road, just a few minutes walk from station 3 of White Beach. While this is a quieter part of the beach there are still plenty of good restaurants and cafes in the area. A short walk in the other direction we found lots of business places that were helpful on our stay. (laundry, hairdresser etc) The property has 6 (I think) self contained units. Ours was on the second floor, was comfortable, functional, had everything we needed and had a nice little balcony. Angol road is more a local than a tourist area. It was nice staying in and seeing that part of Boracay. Red is a great host. Very responsive and helpful and provided lots of helpful info before and after we arrived. Mercy and Allen, the on site staff, were also very friendly and helpful.

환경친화적인 팜힐빌라는 너무 아름답습니다. 매일 새들과 고양이들이 놀러오고, 비 오는 날의 빗소리를 어느 노랫소리보다도 아름다웠습니다. 여유롭고 고즈넉한 팜힐빌라는 완벽히 우리 가족의 안식처가 되어주었습니다. 그리고 루디는 아주 세세한 부분까지 챙겨주어 불편한 점없이 쾌적한 하루하루를 보낼 수 있었습니다. 루디의 답변은 언제나 매우 빠릅니다. 픽업,샌딩, 조식서비스가 아주 만족스러웠고, 무료로 제공되는 세탁서비스도 아주 좋았습니다. 가끔 있는 정전은 불편하지만 그 또한 낭만있었습니다. 조용한 우리집에서 좋아하는 음악을 들으며 프라이빗하게 수영을 하는 시간 더없이 행복했습니다. 번잡한 번화가를 벗어나고 싶다면 팜힐빌라를 추천합니다. 다른 리뷰와 같이 헬리오스스파의 메인도로에 내리겠다고 하면 트라이시클도 20-25페소로 다닐 수 있습니다.

Un superbe séjour dans cette maison juste incroyable ! L eau de la mer était agitée donc pas génial pour le snorkeling et appart profiter de cette environnement de rêve il n y a pas grand chose à faire… cependant si vous venez dans l idée d un séjour reposant ou entre amis c le top

Great place to stay. Close to the main beach and only 3mins walk from a less populated and busy beach with cool beach bar and restaurant. Even the main beach is a beautiful and EASY walk (about 3km but so worth it! All on a beautiful streach of beach with perfect powder-white sand and MANY restaurants to grab a bite or cocktail.) The accommodation was very pleasant and we had a super great host! Anna personally welcomed us; and gave a very informative chat explaining local tips and recommendations. Friendliness and helpfulness is a 10/10 and whenever we required something, it was done straight away - thank you. Attention to finer detail made us feel extra special, and the offer on request - we took the romantic package as an optional extra; was very well done and presented! Definitely recommend this stay. Ps: it is quit normal in Philippines to have more noisy local residential areas - it did not bother us as we know its normal here; but for the sensitive sleeper - keep it in mind.

We really enjoyed our stay during the weekend. It was really fun, we enjoyed the amenities and even Ma’am Dizah was really welcoming. The house help was really accommodating and helped us carry our things during our arrival. Looking forward for more gatherings to be held at Seaview Hill 🫶🏼

Super spacious, clean with a panoramic view of the island from comfort of the villas pool. Excellent service provided by the super friendly and responsive staff, they went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable.

Finally found the perfect unit when travelling to Boracay. This place has everything I needed - comes with complete appliances for cooking, washing machine and fridge, water gallon, 2 extra sofa beds (which was perfect for my group btw since there are 4 of us) plus 2 e-scooters to explore the city - this one is the highlight. Also love the hosts, the property manager Ms Anne and the receptionist Ms Sharon, their soo accomodating and extra kind. Thank you so much for lending us your place, it was so beautiful. Will definitely stay here on our succeeding trips.

Janice was very helpful and check in was simple, the staff are so friendly even popping to the shops to get something’s for us ! It’s quiet and peaceful yet 1 minute from White Beach, felt like being at home and very very welcome

This place was awesome, it was by far my favorite place I stayed while visiting the Philippines. The hosts were both great, they were knowledgeable about the local hotspots, and even guided us to a uncrowded beach for snorkeling. I will definitely stay here again my next trip.

The place was great. Walkable to the Lagoon, Ayala mall, Lacson street (which has a lot of great restaurants), and just close to everything. The place is also clean, has a hot and cold shower, fast wifi, and a kitchen if you're planning to cook a small meal. The host was also very responsive and friendly.

The unit was impeccably clean and beds are comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. It has the quality kitchen and cooking utinsels. Ideal for a family staycation.

This is the perfect place to visit my girlfriend's family. It's centrally located for her family to be able to visit. It's spacious and accommodating. There's a pool and billiards table to keep everyone entertained. Also the caretakers on-site are very helpful. And Gina makes sure we get checked in and settled before ouour stay. I highly recommend this stay.

This luxury is amazing! Everything looks like the photos, very spacious and clean, great view of the beach and we have our own swimming pool and easy access to the beach. It was like a dream that we did not want to wake up! Staff are polite and attentive, they can pretty much provide all of our requests. We were there to celebrate our daughter’s 20th birthday and they did everything they can to decorate the room, got fresh flowers and a really cute cake to make the day special. We used their chef service too on the birthday and everything was great. The price was definitely on the higher side, but considering how nice the apartment was and all of the service they provide, I’d say it’s worth it. It was a great stay and my family made great memories together during our stay there!

The owner and caretaker is very responsive with our queries. Very proactive. The place is clean and well maintained. My family really enjoyed the place. Will definitely recommend.
