If you like privacy, peace and quiet, this location has two rooms overlooking the sea and an excellent protected coral reef for experienced snorkelers, a view of the channel and Cebu. If you want Dumaguete nightlife and restaurants, its a 45 to 60 minute drive. A bit tricky to find the red gate the first time, just past the CK gas station going north from San Jose. There are lots of carendarias nearby, and a nice rooftop resto at Wuthering Heights about 5 min drive. Best enjoyed if you have a car, but local transport is cheap/abundant during the day. At this time, the highway north from Dumaguete is under construction in numerous places, and at night, many motorcycles and tricycles drive without lights -- so you really need to pay attention. There are many new fast cars, trucks and buses, but these are often blocked in single lane areas by slow moving motorcycles, tricycles and jeepneys -- so beware -- lots of illegal passing going on... Super nice host and staff.

Very accommodating host. Room was clean and homey with peaceful surrounding outside.

This place is in Station 3. I think this is a good place if you want to enjoy Boracay quietly. While the place is beach front, it is really around 30 minutes away from D' Mall. Just enjoy the view.

We had an amazing stay in the unit. The description really matches what the actual unit looks like. Very accessible to some tourist spots and to public transportation. You won't get lost since the location of the unit is also easy to find. This unit is highly recommended to those who look for an affordable place to stay that is near to a lot of spots in Iloilo.

The host was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early, which made our trip much more convenient. They were also very responsive—when we requested a hairdryer and a weighing scale, they immediately found a way to provide them. Their quick responses to our inquiries made everything smooth and hassle-free. The room itself was beautiful, cozy, and spotless, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we would love to stay here again! Highly recommended!

Thomas place has a wonderful view. Our room was clean and comfortable. They have a restobar and the food tasted really good. ☺

Very nice place, furniture was amazing, and very comfortable. There was some damage to buildings around the house and the pool was inoperative and dirty. That was expected due to the category 5 Typhoon the area had back in December

Lala is such a wonderful host. She’s very responsive and accommodating. The place is also a very good place to stay, most especially for big groups. Tho the beaches near are not white/sand, they’re very accessible as you can all find them just along the highways.

We really had a very comfortable stay in his place, veey spacious and quite near establishments for all your needs. Had some minor concerns but over all we will still recommend the place.

We liked the place. There's plenty of room for everyone (20 people) and the beach is just a few steps away. Rosalinda was helpful and easy to work with. Ellen and the other staff were also helpful and very welcoming. Water pressure wasn't very good but we're all able to shower and everyone had a good time.

Thank you for having my family in your house. The house is what we needed when we were in Ilo-ilo. The house is amazing and peaceful. The welcome kit provided was very much appreciate. 😀

Have a nice yard. The location is not too central, and the road at the door is not very good. One of the toilets is outdoor and inconvenient (privacy)，The rest can only be said to be perfect! The price is right at the same time! Of course, the only drawback may be that the landlord's reply is relatively slow! Make preparation time in advance. I don't think this is a problem!

I stayed for 3 nights at the Villa with a friend so we only use the 2 master ensuite bedrooms. The place Is located on the hills of Boracay, which is great if you are looking for somewhere quiet and peaceful. The jacuzzi is on the roof and offer a lovely view on the south east part of the island. You can use a tuk tuk to travel back into the different stations or rent a scooter (which we did) Overall it was a great experience and Samuel was a great host.

We had a nice stay at Silungan. Felt right at home. Susana as well as the caretakers were very responsive and friendly. The place was perfect for our group. The pool on the property was a nice touch.

this is my second time staying here for almost a month. last time i came back from NYC, i also stayed with Krystel. she’s been a very reliable host and made sure my needs were accomodated. totally recommend and would be my first choice everytime im on vacay. 🤗♥️

Joyce place is a quiet, clean, spacious and calming place. It is very near the (Touristic Attraction) and close to all the lovely restaurants and bars of the area (10 to 15mins drive) But you can’t hear the noise of the streets in the apartment. The whole place made us feel at ease. Joyce was very nice, easy to talk to and very friendly when she welcomed us. I would definitely come again!

The location is perfect for Bacolod. The mall is directly across from the location, and the other malls are a few minutes by trike of Jeepney. the guards are very friendly and helpful. we stayed for 4 weeks and we're sad to leave, highly recommend

Our stay here was great! The place is clean and tidy and has all the utilities you need for a comfortable stay, the location is great as it’s right in between the 2 main beaches making both walking distance. Would highly recommended staying here if you don’t want to be in a resort but still want to be walking distance to beaches and shops. Communication was also great with the owner, super helpful and very responsive.

Cleanliness: Property is well-kept. Bed linens and towels provided are fresh. Location: Perfect spot at the heart of the city. Few walks away from Lagoon Park and Mcdonald’s. Ayala Mall and Bacolod’s finest food places are just few blocks away. Host Communication: Maria and her team is very responsive since from the start of my inquiry until my check-out. Very polite and kind to my requests. Check-in/Check-out Process: Checking in and out is very easy. Amenities: The internet is fast which is perfect for my work needs. They also have Netflix and Prime video. The pool is quite a view in the roof deck but it’s quite small and may get crowded at some time. Comfort: Nice bed and sofa bed is a plus. Value for Money: This is much affordable than staying in the hotel Noise Level: The place is quiet as we are in the upper floor. Nearby rooms are quiet as well. Overall Experience: We had a lovely stay at Maria’s condo. Small but functional place. Bang for a buck
