Great location when staying in Santa Monica. Off street parking was a huge bonus. Walkable to shops and restaurants on Wilshire and Santa Monica Blvd, but on a quiet street. Would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

I really liked the apartment, it matches the description and photos. Convenient location. Very hospitable hosts, allowed us to check in earlier and check out later.

I enjoyed my stay at Mia’s place in so many ways! The place is situated right next to so many spots around LA. You can easily walk and explore, or grab an Uber somewhere since it is in close proximity to many well known areas. The home is very minimalist and chic. It felt welcoming and cozy, giving the feeling like you are actually living and working in LA. The area felt very safe with no disturbances occurring during my time there. It is located right next to a Main Street and I loved seeing the busy traffic during rush hour, so if you like a lively, city vibe experience, then this is for you. Mia is very responsive and is very timely in contacting you via text right before you check in to make sure everything goes smoothly. She answered questions I had within minutes of texting her. I was very comfortable staying here and it would be my go to spot if I were to ever return.

It's located in downtown Santa Monica. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I could cook anytime since there was easy access to groceries at Target and Trader Joe’s, both nearby. There are also tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The host was very responsive and friendly. Plus, I could reach the beach in just a few minutes on foot. One downside is that every time I went out, I encountered homeless individuals. They are present on almost every block, making it unavoidable. Additionally, the ventilator, dryer, and washer could use some cleaning. The bed sheets and pillows also needed to be cleaned, and the kitchen appliances should be replaced as they were not in great condition. You can hear the train arrival melody inside the house—it’s not too loud, but it’s noticeable. These are just minor issues, though. I would definitely recommend this place to other guests!

great apartment. there were 4 of us, and the apartment was perfect with a good location. we were able to enjoy the residence's swimming pool. we were able to walk to Venice Beach.

Olena was an amazing host who was always willing to have a chat. She was always willing to help me with anything. And upon my arrival greeted me at the door and offered me tea and coffee. The next time I come to California, I'll be sure to stay here again!

Really loved our stay and looking forward to returning! The place looked just like it did in the photos, very clean and appreciated Tony stocking coffee for us :) The location was PERFECT, right off of trendy Sunset Blvd, we were able to walk around each day which saved us a lot on Ubers! We had a great stay. The house is very cozy and comfortable, with all the facilities we needed. It's located in a residential neighborhood that's very quiet, which helped us relax. The property is very close to Culver City downtown and within walking distance of local coffee shops (less than 10 minutes away), which we enjoyed a lot. The owners were very clear in their communications. I would definitely recommend this place.

I’m so happy my wife and I found this property. The back yard is so cute! The inside is very cozy! The kitchen has everything you could need just make sure to bring coffee! The bed and pillows were great as well! For being inside a neighborhood it was extremely quiet. Also thank you for letting us control the thermostat. Some places they will not and it was so nice to have it at 70 on a cold night. We will be back! Thank you! Also the wager and dryer are wonderful and do not stink. 80% of the air bnb we stay at have front load washers and 75% of them smell like booty! Yours does not!!

This place went above and beyond my expectations. Trust me, I am an avid Airbnb user and this should be in the top spots to stay in the US honestly. Not only was the place amazing but the host was extremely friendly, responsive, and respectful all at once. It made my vacation with my mom the perfect trip for us.

This property exceeded our expectations! It’s big enough for our family of 12. It’s got plenty of space and very modern. Mane is a great host, she was very responsive, before and during our stay. She was very helpful and prompt. We will definitely stay there again, on our next trip to LA. Book this place, you won’t be sorry!

This place was great! We stayed nearly 3 weeks and we enjoyed it. Beds were comfortable, nice back yard, house filled with amenities and useful stuff, easy check-in, fast and responsive host, clean house. In 5 mins in car you can get groceries or go to a street where you can walk around for coffee or restaurants. There is a nice hike trail close by you can do and get a good view of the city. Price was good and fair. I would totally recommend this place and stay here again. 5 star *****

We stayed at Amanda's place for a month while being displaced during the recent wildfires in SoCal. Amanda was flexible and caring and made us feel very welcome during this difficult time. She is an amazing communicator, discreetly checking in and supporting wherever she can. The house is situated in a peaceful, residential area and ideal for walking. The home was comfortable, clean, served our needs very well and there was always ample street parking. Many thanks for everything, Amanda and Andy!

Comfortable & clean home. Loved the streaming services for low key evenings. Great location. Enjoyed restaurants in Santa Monica mostly on main street. Loved Santa Monica more than Venice Beach which is a block down the boardwalk. Lots to do. I got a massage around the corner while my husband joined a spin class on the beach. Justin was a great communicator. He sent us a video about how to get into the house which was helpful.

I was vacationing from the east with my two teenage boys, so this was a great location. Easy walk to the beach and the boys could go exploring on their own. They had the whole top floor to themselves with their own bathroom and game room. I don’t particularly love the edginess of Venice but it was perfect for them. I got up early and sat on the beach every morning with my tea.

Christian was very helpful and accommodating, and the place is great. Only thing to keep in mind is that the rooms give on a noisy street, but earplugs were enough for me to have a good sleep.

Navid’s house provided everything I needed and would happily stay there again.

Perfect if you are going to Universal Studios. Parking can be a little bit of an issue. You might have to pull into the driveway and unload if you can't find a close enough parking space. Very clean and bright. Easy to get in. Would stay there again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dave's Airbnb, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. The home was impeccably clean, spacious, and perfectly located, making it an ideal choice for our trip. This was our fourth place after having to evacuate our house because of a fire. The apartment is very well designed and decorated, with functionality, quality furniture and appliances, and had all the touches of home. We are in our early 70s and I was a bit worried about the stairs, but they weren't bad at all. Like a previous user had mentioned doing, my husband and I each took one bathroom. The showers are the best, and I took pictures of the lotion and bath soap provided as I prefer them to mine. Don the handyman was kind and helpful. The area is perfect, the canals, the ocean with the Venice pier and the Marina Del Rey marina, farmers' markets, and restaurants everywhere. There is secure parking for 2 cars, which was important to us. We were close to the Los Angeles airport, Costco and Main st in Venice. We have lived in LA for over 20 years, and this was a very enjoyable "touristing" stay.
