Connies’s home was super clean, nice and inviting. We enjoyed the comfortable living room Sectional and watching TV by the FP was sooo relaxing. The beds were super comfortable and felt like home. The Water view was so calming! The Garage family area was a bonus yielding and comfy seating area, a ping pong table, arcade and plenty other games. We were in town searching for a vacation home! And If we could buy this place, we would😁! We will definitely return soon for another peaceful retreat. Surely one of the best for the books!

Easthaven was probably the best stocked and most well-appointed place I’ve ever stayed! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need (including snacks and coffee for us), there was an abundance of linens, and any indoor or outdoor game you could want. We were all blown away by the sheer amount of amenities! Abbie was responsive and helpful and the house was full of thoughtful touches. Zero complaints - already looking forward to coming back sometime!

Andrea was extremely proactive and responsive to our questions, even reaching out ahead of time to make sure we were aware of work being done and arranged for late check-out, a huge help for our group. The local recommendations were really appreciated, and it's such a beautiful location along the water.

My wife, our cat, and I had an amazing weekend at this Airbnb in Colonial Beach! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed—the space was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The host provided thoughtful touches, including a few pet-friendly amenities, which made our cat feel right at home. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and beautiful waterfront views. We spent our days exploring and relaxing, and the evenings unwinding on the porch, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-stocked kitchen, comfy furniture, and reliable Wi-Fi. The host was communicative and provided great recommendations for local spots. Overall, this was the perfect getaway for the three of us. If you’re looking for a charming, pet-friendly stay in Colonial Beach, we highly recommend this Airbnb! We’d love to come back.

Rolland’s house was perfect for a weekend away with our family. We were very comfortable, the family area was spacious and the screened in porch was a great bonus space to spread out. It was graciously stocked with extras for the kids with toys and even 2 packnplays. The closet off the master was huge, big enough to fold out the rollaway cot and have a bonus area to sleep. The kitchen was well stocked which was perfect as we cooked in for several meals. A perfect walk to the beach/water and the close proximity to multiple playgrounds was a huge plus. Rolland has ensured that this is a well stocked Airbnb and perfect for getaway weekend or longer!

Really enjoyed our stay! Had 3 children under 7 with us and the house and neighborhood were great for our needs. Peaceful location with good views! The home was clean and offered plenty of space. We look forward to coming back!

Beautiful home with a lot of amenities, including lake access with kayak, peddle boat and canoe. As well as a hot tub! David provided us with household instructions ahead of time and listed surrounding restaurants and grocery stores. Would love to stay again

Dani is very kind and responds almost instantly to any question! The instructions are very thorough and the home is well-kept. Definitely a 10/10 experience for someone like myself that was visiting Virginia for the very first time! Dani is the best in the game for sure!

Peace, comfort, beauty with every possible ammenity. Outstanding in every possible way. Everything about this home, area, and host is "the best". Every room is decorated beautifully. The beds are extremely comfortable, all furniture is clean, cozy and perfect. Watching the water and associated wildlife/birdlife from the deck and/or kitchen/living rooms was amazing---swans, geese, ducks. We were here off season and the neighbors were kind, friendly and fun. We walked all around the island, again off season, so it was slow and easy to walk the road. Along our walk, we enjoyed the local farm life, as a few folks had turkeys, rosters, Emus and dogs. Just a perfect get-away.

We had a wonderful stay at this waterfront Airbnb! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Since it rained during our stay, we especially appreciated the converted garage space with a pool table and darts was a great way to pass the time. The view from the house was absolutely stunning, and the fenced-in area was perfect for our little dog to run around safely. Sitting outside with a cup of coffee, listening to the rain, was incredibly peaceful. The bed was also very comfortable, and we slept so well. We’d love to come back when the weather is a bit warmer to fully enjoy everything this place has to offer.

Stayed here to see a few friends who live in the Ebb Tide area. The house was clean, spacious and well equipped. We were only two people but with the sun room it was clear to see there are a few options for people to spread out and not feel on top of each other. This is a nice peaceful area about 15 minutes away from downtown colonial beach and a great location for a getaway. I would stay here away without hesitation.

Megan's home was very comfortable, beautiful and spacious. The bedrooms are large and eleganty decorated as well as the bathrooms are very clean and beautiful. The location was very convenient and it was easy to find the house. The check-in and check-out process was easy and flexible. I appreciate Megan's responsiveness and I am sure to return to her place again and again as my husband needs to be in Virginia for work very often. You can't go wrong with this host and home! We were here during winter and Colonial Beach and the house looked like a winter wonderland.

The house was amazing. Very spacious and cozy. The description of the house is very on point. There were even Christmas decorations up which added ambiance considering we traveled there for Christmas. We did have to move a few out of harms way(the little kids), but all in all the decorations added flair to the space. There wasn’t much interaction, because everything was great. But we were kept informed of the necessary information.

Thank you to John for a lovely stay at The River House! We enjoyed a gorgeous sunny sunset happy hour on the tiki bar dock and moody views of fog and mist rolling over the water all in one weekend. John’s place is clean, comfortable, and cozy. We had everything we could possibly need for a weekend of quiet, beauty, and relaxation. Can’t wait to come back!

We loved this snug, little spot on the water. Watching the sunrise over the water made for enjoyable mornings. It had a full kitchen that made cooking our meals very easy. Two seating areas in the living area gave us room to spread out. Fast wifi....I even stayed online while I was down by the water. I wasn't a huge fan of the overly curious swans, but I did find some really nice pieces of sea glass down by the water. The heat in this house was great.

The Gull’s Nest was a wonderful, quick getaway with friends and our daughters. Very welcoming, spacious, clean, and peaceful. The perfect respite for some busy moms and young daughters. Thank you for making everything so easy, Cyndi!
