Our stay at Villa Soleil was absolutely amazing. The views were stunning, and there was plenty of space for our large group. Chef San is an artist, and made the most delicious meals, and even a beautiful birthday cake for my husband. 10/10 highly recommend!

Patrick’s home was beautiful!!! The pictures do no justice, neighbor hood was peaceful. Just everything about the home is perfect! I also asked Patrick for help with transportation he referred someone named Andrew. Andrew was the best, so helpful! I think he would’ve driven us all around Jamaica if we’d asked lol To top it all off I left behind my wedding ring and Patrick is willing to mail it back to me!! Thanks so much Patrick. I’ll definitely would stay at your home again.

The property has stunning views that were truly exceptional. It provided a tranquil home away from, which was exactly what we were for. During our stay in Jamaica, we chose to rent a car; however, for people who may not feel comfortable navigating a foreign country, taxi fares can be high. Murine, the house manager, was outstanding and treated us like family. Hector, the groundskeeper, was also very kind. Although we arrived late at 7 PM, Murine was there to welcome us at the gate, give us a tour, and clarify how everything worked. The kitchen is equipped with nearly everything one might need for cooking, and there is a coal grill situated by the fire pit. The pool is large, and the hot tub nice at night. We are looking forward to returning next year! As For supermarkets, HiLo supermarket offers the best prices, while Progressive Foods has a better selection, both have parking and easy access to other nearby shops. Raheem, thanks again you for making us feel at home.

I love Brooks Unique! The ocean view and ocean breeze from the patio is amazing! The jacuzzi was clean and amazing! New this year is an onsite cafe at the main pool house. This is convenient to grab a bite to eat when you don't want to venture off the housing development. Security strictly enforces safety measures so that you definitely feel safe. The home includes washer, dryer and great shower heads in the bathroom. A/C in every room. The host Phillip is a kind gentleman, attentive/responsive and genuinely concerned about your comfort and security. I will be back to my home away from home.

Mr. Jacin & Ms. Kimberly were the perfect host!!!! Their communication was superb. Their place was immaculate. The views simply breathtaking. I was able to have the jacuzzi all to myself as no other guest were booked. It was a perfect private getaway, which was much needed. My only issue was the Wi-Fi and Miss Kimberly worked hard to get it up and running. However it wasn’t able to work. I had to use it on the balcony which I was ok with. Gave me more time to absorb the scenery. I definitely would recommend. The local shop was just down the road which provided me with local items. I had a great time!!! Can’t wait to see his other properties when I visit in April….

Kevin was a great host. The house was exactly as the pictures. The amenities were what was described. The community was peaceful and safe. We had no issues with the house. Kevin was very responsive with any questions we had. I would recommend and stay here again.

Adehya was absolutely amazing for our week-long winter family vacation. We had 7 people and were very comfortable in the villa. This was a chill-vacation so we only did one excursion during the week and spent all days at the beach (short 5 minute walk) and having family nights at the Villa. The beach has a nice bar and restaurant and the bar is open day and night. The villa itself is simply beautiful. Spacious 4 bedroom and loved the master with outdoor bathroom. I also can't say enough glowing comments about the staff -- Willy went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. Miss E and Miss Jackie -- also fantastic! They are all great communicators! They work 9-5, mostly - though were accommodating when we had dinner after 5 a couple nights. The Silver Sands neighborhood is lovely. Matt was extremely responsive leading up to the trip and during as I asked a bunch of questions off and on. A family vacation to remember! Would come back to Adehya again!

La Clearview Villa était tout simplement parfaite! Le personnel est merveilleux et attentionné ! Nous avons même eu droit à de belles fleurs sur nos lits! Pethula et Maxine étaient très sympathiques! Le chef Tavoy nous a surpris à chaque repas avec des plats délicieux. Un must pour les famille! Les enfants et les adultes étaient sous le charme de la beauté des lieux! Merci Jenny de nous avoir permis de découvrir la Jamaïque à partir de ce lieu magnifique! Ps: nous vous suggérons MR. Brown pour le transport et vos déplacements! Il est patient, avenant et nous décrit les lieux à chacun des déplacements!

loved Nais place. I mainly booked this home for the outdoor space, and it did not disappoint. the house is fully stocked, we were able to cook big family meals with enough dishes and utensils for every one. Micheal was also a great part of our stay. he was very helpful and responsive when we needed anything. he even came and chilled with us throughout our stay. a 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!

Staff: Davion, George, and Maureen were outstanding—welcoming, attentive, and professional. George always had meals perfectly timed and prepared, and handled all the planning and shopping with professional and ease. Davion was the epitome of Jamaican hospitality—warm, fun, and friendly. Maureen kept everything spotless and ready at all times. Location: The villa isn’t walkable to nearby spots, so plan to rent a car or hire a driver. We used their recommended service and had Carl, who was excellent—professional, punctual, kind, and patient. Villa: All rooms were comfortable and included en-suite bathrooms. I traveled with my 2- and 3-year-old kids, for them the property requires constant supervision with little ones due to multiple stairs, hard tile floors, open balcony railings, and a pool overhang that isn’t child-safe. They provided a pack n play which was very convenient. This house is perfect if you are traveling with older children/teens, so much to do.

The pictures do this home no justice! This home is immaculate!!! Sheri, the host, was very prompt with responding to any questions and requests that we had prior to our arrival. The staff treated us like family, all of our needs were addressed promptly, and everyone went over and beyond to make sure that our stay was a memorable one. The home is also conveniently located to all excursions, restaurants and nightlife. Special thanks to Shain and Smiley for keeping us safe at all times and showing us around Montego Bay, and Crystal and Dee for their warm welcomes and attentiveness. I can’t leave out the fact that the best meals We’ve ever had were prepared by the onsite staff. We will most definitely be returning to this villa for all our future stays in Montego Bay!!! Whether it was a refreshing mojito by the pool or a custom-crafted nightcap, her skills added an elevated touch to every evening. James, the cook, deserves a standing ovation. Every meal was a culinary adventure, showcasing fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and impeccable presentation. From hearty breakfasts to exquisite dinners, it was like dining in a 5-star restaurant every single day. Amber, the event planner and scheduler, was the glue that held it all together. Her attention to detail and ability to create a perfectly curated itinerary made our trip stress-free and unforgettable. Give this place a shot!!
