We enjoyed our 3 month stay in Wilmington at Marc’s place. Marc is a great host and responded to any of our questions very quickly. His place was quiet, clean and close toTrolley Square, where we enjoyed walking to and enjoyed some of the restaurants there. We would highly recommend this spot for your stay!

the place was just as described and the photos show it all. it's in a building that's on a busy corner but the traffic wasn't a bother while we were there. it was a quiet pleasant stay and we will stay again when we're in the area for sure! Maribel was an amazing host, responsive and helpful! we appreciate you!

Barbara is incredible. Wonderful host, super responsive and available with so many recommendations for the area. She is the sweetest human being who makes you feel right at home! I believe this property is new to Yoseph, but Yoseph is experienced in many other Airbnb properties before this one… and it shows! :) Yoseph did a phenomenal job! Kat was a wonderful host! She met me at her house at the agreed-upon check-in time and was quite cordial, patient, and helpful. As a first-time Airbnb costumer, these qualities were much appreciated. She showed me all the relevant aspects and amenities and quickly addressed all my questions and concerns. Her Airbnb was the perfect space and location for my visit, and I would gladly return.

We have stayed at Mary’s place a few times and always enjoyed our stay. Close to all the downtown shops and restaurants. Clean and comfortable room and spacious! We always enjoyed our stays there!

Kayla’s place is perfect for business or visiting the area close to go in any direction. It’s clean and has the feeling of being at home with a full kitchen with everything you need as well as a new washer and dryer. Kayla is responsive do anytime you reach out. I would definitely recommend her place

This space was close to many stores, nice neighborhood, and was within a short distance of where my party needed to get to. The house was very clean and had many amenities.

Ashlee was super friendly and helpful. The place was adorable. The only downside is the bathroom and shower are really small.

Fantastic little cottage. Super clean and conveniently located near restaurants, coffee shops and markets. So many farm stands in the area. I visited an Amish grocery store daily for provisions. Back country is beautiful. So many farms and beautiful landscapes. The horse and buggies passing just outside the front door was a treat. MaMarilyn was super friendly and quick to respond to messages. Would love to stay here again.

Nikhil is a wonderful host. He’s understanding, responsive and so caring. I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb where the host has so much care and attention to detail. Everything you need is provided - snacks, water, a variety of different shampoos/conditioners/soaps, stain removing solutions/wipes, floss, perfumes, colognes, lotions, games, exercise equipment, steamers, irons, detergent, make up removing wipes - literally everything! All drawers and light switches are also nicely labeled which is so helpful. Overall - great, fully stocked Airbnb with parking. Also definitely appreciated the heated floors in the bathrooms along with the awesome shower head!

This is a fantastic place to stay in Philadelphia. The location of the Airbnb is within walking distance of stores and restaurants. The Airbnb itself looked just like the pictures and came with extra blankets and sheets. Overall, I would rate this place a 10/10.

I love the aesthetics throughout the property. I was already familiar with the area and it was conveniently close to everything that I needed to do. I really enjoyed the kitchen set up and the yard. The beds were super comfy. It took me a little minute to figure out how to work one of the showers however, it was definitely amazing. A friend of mine recommended this location to me (they should offer her a discount lol) and I would definitely stay again.

My group was very impressed with this Air Bnb. The host did a fantastic job making check in as easy as possible, even went out of her way to allow us to check in early. The location couldn’t have been better. Walking distance to so many great restaurants.

I'd rent again, just to be clear. Christina was a great host-just what you want in terms of responsiveness, etc. Directions are very detailed & important to follow, given the mismatch between the AirBnB address & the entrance. I've only stayed in Fishtown & know it's difficult to park. Didn't use Christina's detailed map for street parking & just went to the lot on North Front Street. A 3 minute walk. $25/night. Worth it. Recommendations for places to go are spot on. Christina's list is great place to start for local spots. Took the one bedroom option. Place was still quite spacious & easy for two to WFH w/o getting in each other's way. Bed was very comfortable & the shower was good. The heating system fan is loud. You probably won't need that white noise machine in the bedroom. When leaving the apartment, I'd walk toward West Thompson rather than West Girard-a little shady there under the "el". (Sorry I forgot to run the dishwasher when we left.)

Lee's place was amazing! We were in town for a wedding and had a wonderful stay. Being able to have a private parking space was a huge win and eliminated the stress of having to find parking. The place was beautiful, functional, and very comfortable. Would 100% stay again and recommend to friends and family.
