A great experience. I stayed for four months for work and loved having a comfy home base instead of a hotel. You can tell that a great deal of thought and effort was put into making the place feel festive and welcoming. The location was great and the view of the river out back was grand. Kim was a wonderful host and stayed in touch to make sure everything was going well. I am so glad I chose this place and would do so again without hesitation.

Loved this place! Wonderful hosts who thought of everything. This was such a a unique place and absolutely pristine, with plenty to do and read to keep myself busy. Loved it!

We had another great stay in Paden City! The stay was perfect and the owner is very kind. They provided snacks and even upgraded a few things from the last time we stayed. They had water in the fridge already. The Smart TV was already logged in to a few streaming services also, which was a plus. Thank you for having us again.

Only in town for work, was all i needed

Deanna and Santina were excellent hosts! Great communication and very kind. We were working in nearby Friendly, WV for the week and the apartment was perfect for our needs. We walked to the grocery store nearly everyday. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area!

I gave 5 stars to every category because everything was 5 stars! They call it a "Tiny Home", but it is not like you think of on HGTV! For 1 to 2 people, it has everything you need and plenty of room for it! It is like HGTV in its updated decor and almost industrial style! The hosts are always available for any needs or concerns, but you will not likely have any as they have it all covered! I cannot recommend this place or any of their places enough! Just don't book it when I need it! lol!

Yes, we were there for about 10 1/2 weeks with my work. The place was comfortable clean communication was great. We had a problem with the hot water heater. They came in right away the very next day and fixed it could not have asked for better host thank you for accommodating usand if we’re in the area again, we will definitely stay with you.

If you're looking for a cozy getaway, this cottage is perfect! The screened sunroom overlooking the creek behind the cottage is great. There are clear instructions and local information in a folder for your convenience. All amenities are labeled clearly eliminating any questions or guessing game. Rebecca responds to messages promptly and is very kind and professional. This was my second stay and I will definitely go back!
