I almost don’t want to say how fantastic my stay was because going forward you are sure to be always booked! I absolutely LOVED Commonground! The building buzzed with positivity and happy people. The cafe and food downstairs were delicious. The music at night fun. Everyone seemed happy. The room was immaculate and thoughtfully laid out. The kitchen had everything I need and more. I loved that you had games, a pack and play, a high chair, extra comfy pillows and blankets. I liked. That there were two real plants in the kitchen (which I watered and pruned for you). I suppose the only things I would say is that I miss having cable, being a news person, and the overheard lights were a bit too bright. I highly recommend Commonground.

Lovely place RIGHT on the lake. My husband and I went for a date weekend of ice fishing and relaxation. Yes-it was a perfect spot to walk out and fish despite the quantities of snow! Restaurants all right there in walking distance- hours are different than what is on menus or online so be aware. Very clean and cozy place that was spacious and warm. We will definitely keep it on our list for the future!

We very much enjoyed our getaway on Stevens Lake. The setting of this house is peaceful, quiet, and perfect for unwinding. We loved listening to the loon on the lake and our son had a great time down by the lake. The house itself was clean and comfortable and more than adequate for our needs. We arrived late at night on a foggy night, but Jane's directions were perfectly clear so we had no trouble locating this out of the way spot. Would highly recommend.

Linda’s place was extremely clean, nice and cozy. Her place was just as described and she added all the amenities I needed for my stay. I liked that she was personable and paid attention to detail. I highly recommend.

Great spot close to great breweries and restaurants. Easy check in and parking. Loved the balcony in the evenings.

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay at Daphne & Will's gorgeous home. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement – their space was filled with tasteful decorations, thoughtful touches, and high-quality finishes and furnishings. There was no way we could use every amenity available on a short 3-day stay, but that's all the more reason to come back and enjoy the space again sometime in the future. We particularly enjoyed the fireplace, view of the trees and lake, and comfy sofa – perfect for a relaxing trip. Will and Daphne struck the perfect balance of responsiveness, giving space, and friendliness. Airbnb perfection.

We were thrilled to find a last minute cancellation at this hidden gem for our labor day weekend trip! Kathy's directions were very thorough. The best part was that she included the use of all of her water toys in the rental - there were two stand-up paddle boards, numerous kayaks and a big rectangular floating pad that the kids loved. The biggest island in the center of Spider Lake is a very doable paddle from there. This property faces north on the lake which is the perfect vantage point to see the Aurora Borealis if the conditions are right, which they were for our time! This has been on my bucket list, so I am beyond thrilled! The stars are amazing too! We all felt comfortable inside and my husband said he had one of the best sleeps he's had in a long time. The kids loved the loft beds. We just wish that the spiders of Spider Lake weren't so abundant on the docks, so our arachnophobic girls could relax more, but there's not much that could have been done about them.

Close to downtown Traverse City and Old Mission Peninsula! Parking was easy to find ( as long as you only had 1 car). The condo looked just like the pictures and the space was very clear! We enjoyed our stay here!

Best location for Interlochen events—minutes from campus! Very homey, with comfortable beds and many rooms. Gorgeous lakeside views and great TVs in every room. Games and puzzles, lots of kitchen supplies and utensils. Loved that they didn’t ask us to do anything for checkout (trash, wash linens, etc). Great snow removal when we were there. Updated kitchen appliances. Will definitely return!

This was the perfect location to stay for our fall golf trip to Arcadia Bluffs. A beautiful home less than 20 minutes to the course. Highly recommended.

The lake house was exactly as described and looked just like the photos. Plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked. Lots of blankets and pillows. The lake was beautiful and the kayaks were really nice to have. Would definitely recommend.

Great place for 3 families. We had plenty of room for everyone. The one room with the bunks and queen is located in the garage but did have a nice heater to keep it warm during our stay. I would note The road leading to the house has a large hill that was very hard to get up with all the snow we got stuck a few times but the neighbors were helpful and showed us their is buckets of sand to throw down next to it. We definitely came on a snowy weekend! Kids had a great time sledding and tubing. Would definitely book again!

This was our 2nd time staying at Chris’s place. It really IS perfect. We like to relax and spend time with family and friends in this space. The kitchen was stocked and we found it easy to Prepare meals. The appliances were up to date. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean.

Great stay, quite and beautiful this time of year. Just what we were looking for to get away for a weekend from the city.

Super happy with our weekend stay. Perfect location to get to any Resturant, the beach and the shops! Hot tub was clean and warm! Mike was super responsive and made sure we had all information needed for our arrival and stay!

My wife and I stayed in the off-season for a Birthday weekend getaway. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. We were especially impressed with how stocked the amenities were. Definitely will stay again!

Wonderfull stay- location was close to TC and right on the water. Place was emaculate and host was responsive within 20 min. Would definitely stay again. Quiet, private, and great place to sleep. Bed was really comfortable and shower with multiple heads and sprays was wonderful on the cold winter nights. Saw 2 bald eagles right out our window! Highly recommended!

Very clean and up to date. Decorated to feel like your at home. Amazing spa shower and king size bed was very comfortable. My husband and I have stayed at several Airbnb’s and others could take a lesson from Kara on the correct way to run a bnb. We’ll definitely be renting this spot in the future.

My husband and I had a wonderful long weekend getaway here. The views were beautiful, the condo was clean, and bed was comfy. It was just a short drive to downtown. We especially loved the luxurious bathroom with the soaker tub and the living room with the big windows. The kitchen was perfect for making breakfast and was well stocked with the essentials. Would highly recommend!

Cannot say enough great things about this space and Michael! Amazing space. Fell in love with TC! Will be back....and definitely stay here!
