We absolutely loved staying at this Airbnb. Even though Karen was out of the country, she was incredibly communicative and her husband was very easy to get in touch with as well. Any questions that we had were answered, the house was clean and inviting, and we felt right at home. They had also set out different brochures of things to do and had some supplies for us that we might need. I would definitely stay here again.

Great house and host. The hill to the house will test your calves...but the house was better than described.

Everything was great about this apartment. Very well-kept, thoughtful touches, and even more spacious than the photos convey. The view was incredible and it was great to have the park right across the street. Craig and Julia were friendly and super quick to respond. We definitely plan to return!

Visiting a large family for Thanksgiving can always be hectic but staying at Anna's and Milan's house provided that 'calm base camp' it is always nice to come home too. Since the T stops literally at the front door you really don't need a car. But if you do have one there is parking spot in the driveway so what more can you ask for in Boston in regards to transportation. The view is beautiful from the second floor apartment and I literally only had to go across the street to gather my most important collectible on each trip, native beach stones. there's no better place to stay in Winthrop

This was an amazing choice for our New Year’s Eve celebration getaway. It was perfect in every way. A warm welcome first of all and very informative and accommodating after that. The location is hard to describe because it’s SO beautiful!! You can’t go wrong here. Perfection in every way. That we can assure. The winter is especially awesome- so we recommend you go for it. We absolutely loved it.

Came into town couple days early before attending a conference. This was a great place. Within walking distance to restaurants and a short urber ride to downtown. Host was very helpful and responsive. Great first trip to Boston.

Ryan’s place is exactly as described. Great location for very easy access by the blue line train to almost everywhere you want to go. Studio was clean and tidy but towels and bedding were still going in the dryer on the wrong setting hence it not drying until I noticed why and needed to be folded and put away when it was done. Nothing that would stop me revisiting the place however. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this lovely air b n b studio

What an amazing experience! Water views from every window. Beautiful Homey touches like lots of pillows and plants. Updated kitchen and bathroom. The hot tub was so relaxing! I walked to several beaches and all over town. An incredible winter getaway. I can’t wait to come back!

Tommy was great. He was easy to contact and communicated wonderfully. The house was set up for a guest with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The furniture and beds were so comfortable as well as the welcoming feel. Plenty of spacious rooms. Even spaces you could have alone time. When they described the house on the ocean, it really is. This was by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at. Hope to rent it again next year. I can’t say enough on how comfortable the house is. This house is in the perfect location for access to both Boston and the Cape. We stayed and were able to explore both areas with, roughly, an hour driving either way. The house itself is spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The is amazing - words don't do it justice. If you're looking to explore, this is a great house. If you're looking to relax, this is an even greater house. Myisha is a very responsive, accommodating and communicative host - we'll definitely be staying here again when back up this way.

Joe’s place was perfect for a quick getaway to New England with some friends. It is well furnished and the location was fantastic! We were able to easily walk to town or the beach.

Eagle’s view was exactly as promised. A very comfortable beach cottage. Very comfortable beds, and everything you would need for amenities for a relaxing stay. The neighborhood is so quiet and the views are spectacular. I highly recommend booking and look forward to staying there again. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise.

Jennifer is one of AirBnB’s great hosts and this home is surpassingly charming and quaint. It is everything you want in a coastal New England holiday. Stayed here for a wedding at the Barker House which is only a very short walk away. Cannot recommend enough!

We had a wonderful stay with easy access to area nature spots for winter beach hiking and birding. Eric was very welcoming and excellent with communication. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed for our family of 3 and our small dog. It was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The views of Cape Cod Bay from the house were spectacular. We appreciated seeing and hearing the waves from the sliding glass doors and sleeping to the sound of the waves. The sunrise was gorgeous over the water.

This was the PERFECT place for my family’s girls trip to Salem. It was only a 12 minute drive into town. The house is breathtaking!!! The pictures do not do it any justice. Everything is spotless and very welcoming. The private beach is a 3 minute walk up the road. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the neighbors were also very friendly. Tracy was an amazing host!!! 10/10 recommendation.

Friendly host! Allowed us to bring our 4 little dogs! Hard to find a host that will allow this. Clean and peaceful property.

I stayed here for about 4 months and enjoyed every second of it. The place is old but is well put together and charming. Should you stay as long as I did, I would warn you that the walls are very thin and the floors are old.

What a find! I came to Kristen's because some plans fell through last minute. Having never heard of Marblehead but keen to visit somewhere by the sea and easily accessible from Boston, wow did I get a pleasant surprise. It is absolutely beautiful there, I had to pinch myself - it was like living in a film! The apartment was absolutely perfect. I'd been staying somewhere a bit grubby and disorganised beforehand and Kristen's place was absolutely sparkling clean, I felt incredibly welcome and cared for right away. Furthermore, checking in early with my monstrous suitcase was no problem at all and the apartment is generously stocked with coffee, tea, snacks, a bottle of wine, cold drinks, a folder of local recommendations, comfortable, quality furnishings and linens, great lighting and more. This is what true hosting is all about if you ask me - making your guests feel as comfortable and welcome as possible and Kristen most certainly does this in spades.

Brian’s place was proximate to everything we could’ve possibly needed for our post-Christmas New England trip to visit family. The home was clean, tidy, and well-stocked with the essentials. The layout made it feel spacious, which is great when traveling with our 3-year-old, and Brian’s local recommendations were spot on. Would absolutely stay again.

Great space, close walk to all the places we needed to go. Loved the open layout of the kitchen and living room areas, awesome to lounge around during our downtimes. Bathrooms fit our needs and beds were comfortable. Nice and thoughtful amenities such as the Dove body soap and toothpaste. TV cable was much appreciated as well as the electric piano! Thanks for a great stay, would book again.
