Well equipped kitchen, big spacious house, great for our group of 5. At least a 10min flat walk to the beach, however a beach cart was needed if taking a beach cabana and chilli bins etc. We opted for a short drive to the beach when we were going for a few hours. Nice walk up the hill through bush to get to Whale Bay which was beautiful.

This is one of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed at. Situated on the coast of some of New Zealand’s best beaches, the property has easy walking access to a small private beach or enjoy Matapouri which is only a very short drive away. The property has every thoughtful amenity you may need which was so helpful if you want to bbq and eat at home. It’s fitted out to a super high standard with comfortable beds, linen and a great shower. It’s immaculately clean, nestled in stunning surroundings. Our host Angela continuously went above and beyond to offer the most outstanding service including fresh tomatoes from the garden and baked birthday muffins for my friend who was celebrating. If that wasn’t enough Angela offers massage therapy from her home which was reasonably priced and out of this world. A truly relaxing place, gorgeous quality and phenomenal host, I hope I can return to enjoy again!

This place was clean, tidy, and had what we needed. Host was responsive to questions. nice surroundings, and home is perfect for a family. we would stay again.

This place was absolutely incredible! The location was perfect, with breathtaking cliffside ocean views that made every moment special. It was very private and had plenty of space to relax and unwind. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. On top of that, the owner was incredibly kind and even allowed us a late check-out, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway!

Kim’s place a lovely place to stay. He greeted me right away, showed me around the space, the spa, and the way to the beach. He let me use the kayak for a great day on the water, had tons of suggestions for hikes around the area and suggested to check to book a snorkel trip to Poor Knight’s which was amazing. I even had made a mistake in my booking and ended up needing a place to stay an additional night, and Kim graciously put me up even though it was my mistake. I would absolutely stay here again.

Stunning home with the best set up so you can have just as much of a good time while at home which makes a great holiday home. Natasha was very accommodating and helped me get a precious item I had accidentally left behind back! So appreciate her attentiveness Would 100% book again!

Great space and the pool was a nice pleasure. Great ground level unit as well we’re travelling with an elderly friend. Fantastic sunrises and very private!

Russell and Michelle's place is gorgeous. The photos don't really do it justice, it definitely exceeded my expectations. They were so helpful upon arrival with a slight change of circumstance on the first night. Lovely peaceful spot - and so quiet you can hear a pin drop. Highly recommend this listing to anyone who is visiting One Tree Point, Rurakaka or Marsden Point.

Kathryn’s place was amazing! We loved our stay. I couldn’t believe how well stocked it was. Everything we needed was there. It was extremely comfortable. The hospitality was so welcoming and we felt right at home. The view and the serenity take the cake though. Not often you get ocean, mountains, pastures, cows etc all at one place. Definitely recommend.
