Patrick's place is amazing - gorgeous and spacious! Patrick is also a great communicator. Only caveat is that it's a bit far from the city center; though public transportation is convenient, easy, and cheap, there is not a lot to recommend the actual neighborhood as a tourist. But we learned the U-system very easily.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, from cozy furnishings to all the essential amenities. The location was perfect – situated in a great neighborhood close to the city centre restaurants, and public transportation. It felt safe and convenient, making it a great base for exploring the area. Even thought the check-in was at 17:00 the host texted me that apartment is ready so I can check in earlier if I needed to which was helpful to me. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay. I would definitely book again!

byt ma uzasnu lokalitu, da sa dostat peso do centra, byt je priestranny a presvetleny. vyborne vybaveny, hostujuca nam splinila poziadavky, ake sme ziadali. komunikacia bez problemov, byt je velmi cisty a utulny, dokonca vhodny aj pre rodiny s detmi, nachadzaju sa v nom aj hracky. Pobyt som absolvovala uz druhykrat a urcite sa vratime aj tretikrat🙂

Sehr schöne Wohnung und super gut gelegen in der Linke Wienzeile.

It was perfect, the city center is close with public transportation. The communication was amazing.

Excellent apartment close to transport made travelling around Vienna very easy. Apartment had excellent views and was clean, tidy and spacious.

Increíble apartamento a escasos metros del centro de la ciudad y de la terminal de autobuses. El apartamento es amplio y moderno, tal como se muestra en las fotografías. Estaba totalmente equipado con utensilios de cocina, higiene personal, e incluso me dejó cápsulas para la cafetera. El check-in fue realmente fluido y fácil de realizar. Si vuelvo a Brno, sin dudas intentaré quedarme nuevamente aquí.

The apartment was convenient, pretty, very clean and appropriate for couples. Veronica is a very kind host and responded directly and quickly to our requests. In addition she gave us detailed and accurate instructions regarding the accommodation’s rules. Also,The location was quite good too, because was near to tram stop and you can easy move to the heart of the city in just a few minutes. Concerning the area, it offers a big variety of facilities and stores, such as restaurants, bakery and supermarket. Finally, the neighbourhood was quiet and safe.

Mooi, compact en compleet appartementje. Verwacht niet dat je met vijf personen aan tafel kunt. Maar voor ons gezin van vijf en twee honden was het perfect. Half uurtje lopen van het centrum. Als je niet van lopen houdt, is het openbaar vervoer in de buurt. Fijne week gehad hier! En Armin is attent, snel en behulpzaam. Absoluut een aanrader.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und gut gelegen

Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut an die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Man ist innerhalb einer halben Stunde im Stadtzentrum. Die meisten Zeit war es sehr ruhig, sodass man abends das Fenster offen lassen konnte. Das Check-in hat super funktioniert und auch beim Check Out hat alles geklappt. Astrid ist sehr lieb und freundlich. Wir haben sie beim einchecken nicht getroffen, aber sie kam extra nochmal im Laufe unseren Aufenthalts und hat sich bei uns vorgestellt. Kann die Wohnung weiterempfehlen!

Tina ist ein super Host, alles wie im Inserat beschrieben. Sie ist hilfreich und jederzeit erreichbar. Tolles Apartment für Altstadt Liebhaber. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. 5. Stock mit Lift, ruhig obwohl im Zentrum. Trotz unseres Alters 73/78, ist alles einfach und bequem erreichbar Konzerte, Zirkus, Oper. Apartment hatte alles für unseren Kurzaufenthalt (4 Nächte). Bett ist bequem, Bad und Küche sehr sauber. Leider sind 5 Tage nicht genug für Wien. :) Wir kommen wieder!

Es war ein ganz toller Aufenthalt bei Jitka. Das Apartment ist super schön gelegen, schön eingerichtet, sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Ich werde, bei einem erneuten Besuch in Brünn, wieder an Jitka denken und hier buchen.

Appartement très charmant. Bien situé à Vienne, proche des transports publics. Dispose de tout les équipements nécessaires pour passer un très bon moment. Nicole est plutôt réactive ! Seule “ombre” au tableau, la baignoire non utilisable car abîmé par les locataires d’avant. Le bruit des travaux expliqués précédemment ne nous a pas dérangé ! Je suis ravi d’avoir pu séjourner ici ! Merci beaucoup.

Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ όμορφος και καθαρός ! Επίσης είχε πολλές παροχές που διευκολύνουν τον φιλοξενούμενο (π.χ. Σίδερο σιδερώματος, σεσουάρ, στο ψυγείο, στην κουζίνα)

Bellissimo appartamento, molto pulito e confortevole. C'è tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno. Vicino alla fermata della metro e ai supermercati. A pochi minuti da schönbrunn e dal centro.

Loved the apartment and where its situated. Ther's a small pub in the same building, a groceries shop where you can get excellent hand-made sandwiches for breakfast and anything else you might need. The tram stop is right in front of the house and gets you to the city center in under 10 minutes. Jirina was an excellent host!

Super miejsce, czysto, wszystko zadbane, warunki zgodne z opisem i przyjazny właściciel, bardzo komunikatywny i otwarty. Napewno wybierzemy się jeszcze :)

Ubytování skvělé, bez jakékoliv chyby. Plánujeme se v budoucnu vrátit. 🫶🏻

Krásné, čisté, útulné ubytování. Domluva s hostitelkou dokonalá. Hostitelka byla vstřícná, milá, ochotná. Pokud se ještě někdy rozhodneme navštívit Zlín, rády bychom si zase vybraly toto ubytování.

All in all it was really beautiful stay at this airbnb and we for sure will come back again!

S ubytovaním som bola veľmi spokojná. Byt je čistý a pekný, má dobrú polohu v blízkosti tramvajovej zastávky. Komunikácia s hostiteľkou bola na úrovni, majiteľka bola veľmi príjemná a ochotná, ubytovala nás aj napriek tomu, že sme pobyt rezervovali na poslednú chvíľu a vyšla nám v ústrety. Byt obsahoval všetko potrebné vybavenie, spálňa, kúpeľňa aj kuchyňa boli čisté a upratané. Cítila som sa tu ako doma, neváhala by som prísť znova. Naozaj príjemné ubytovanie za dobrú cenu.

Spędziliśmy tam miło czas. Super miejsce zgidne z opisem godne polecenia. Pozytywnie zaskoczylo nas wyposazenie apartamentu. Serdecznie polecamy i dziekujemy za gościnę. Pawel z Rodziną

The accommodation was fantastic! It was very clean and tidy. Everything was great; we loved the area, and the metro and parking garage are close by, just a few minutes’ walk. The apartment fully matched the description. We will definitely choose this property again next time, no question about it! The host was very kind and provided detailed instructions: the entry process, the wi-fi code, the check-out procedure, etc. I’m really glad we chose their apartment!
