Jan est très sympa et accueillant. On nous a recommandé pleins d'activité et de restaurants. Quartier calme et bien situé, desservi par tramway et train. On a adoré notre séjour à Vienne!

Great Place! Everything you need for a base on a trip, clean and central. Walking distance to Nivy for shopping and also the bus station and Parking available if you have a car!!!

Jarmila was very kind and attentive, give us suggestions about the area. The apartment is as the photos, very clean, has all we need, it was cozy, bedrooms are large. It’s next to the road, but it’s quite a small area, not much cars passing by, so it’s fine. We had a good week here, thank you very much!

Ich habe Weihnachten mit meinen beiden Töchtern in Wien verbracht und wir hätten keine bessere Bleibe finden können. Super schön, bestens ausgestattet, ruhig, gut erreichbar. Gute Betten, Küche perfekt ausgestattet und alles sehr persönlich. Der Kontakt ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Super Restaurant Empfehlungen. Wir würden am liebsten einzuehen.

Absolutely fantastic apartment. Super clean and homely. Chilly, a few blankets would have been good. We had to use lots of quilts. Lots of steps up to the apartment. Absolutely perfect location with great restaurants very close.

Spacious, tidy, and quiet apartment in the Second District. Walkable to all the major sights, many good restaurants, and close to metro and tram stops. It was perfect for our short stay in Vienna. Albert provided excellent recommendations for the neighborhood. I would happily stay here again.

Große Wohnung mit toller Dachterasse. Wir waren zu 6. dort und hatten genug Platz. Alles war funktionsfähig. Es war allgemein sauber und die Unterkunft sah aus wie auf den Bildern. Wir waren zufrieden.

Beautiful and stylish roof top apartment, very comfortable and quite stay, got everything you need for a short or long stay in Brno, CZ. However, to enter the roof top apartment with large luggage 🧳 requires much effort, for guys, there is your gym day haha

The apartment was a great place to base our exploration of Mikulov and the surrounding area. Communication with Petra and Hana was great. Petra provided us with many recommendations… if only we’d had time to check them all out. Dinner at Hotel Galant was delicious. The pastries from Pekarstvi Krizak were a great start to our morning. The apartment itself was roomy and comfortable. Despite having only skylights for windows it was not at all claustrophobic. And it was nice to be able to take advantage of the on-site wine locker. Recommended!

Für eine Nacht zwischen Flughafen und Stadt ideal: günstig - gut von der Anbindung (S-Bahn) - unkompliziert. Ich hatte leider nicht mehr Zeit, sonst hätte ich den speziellen Ort und die Menschen dort gerne auch näher kennengelernt

Veľmi dobré ubytovanie v tichej lokalite, veľa súkromia, ale zároveň blízko dostupné obchody, alebo reštaurácie. Jedno z najlepších ubytovaní, aké som cez airbnb mal

Wir waren für ein Praktikum einen Monat lang in Wien und haben bei Peter gewohnt. Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an sehr unkompliziert und freundlich, was den gesamten Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gestaltete. Das Airbnb ist wirklich besonders. Bei schönem Wetter ist der Wintergarten + Außenbereich wirklich ein Genuss. Die Küche ist improvisiert, aber wenn man da flexibel ist überhaupt kein Problem. Es gibt einen Wasserkocher sowie eine Herdplatte und einen kleinen Backofen, was für uns auf jeden Fall ausgereicht hat. Die Anbindung ist auch super. Direkt vor der Tür fährt die S-Bahn ab und auch die nächste U-Bahn-Station ist in 5 min fußläufig zu erreichen. Zudem gibt es rundherum vielzählige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie kulturelle und kulinarische Angebote. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und haben die Zeit sehr genossen!

Séjour parfait. Appartement très bien équipé, avec tout le nécessaire. Logement très propre, très rangé. Appartement bien placé et facile d’accès avec un arrêt de tram à 3 minutes à pieds. Je recommence fortement.
