Scott's place was beautiful and quiet. Very spacious was the perfect spot for visiting with family. Would love to come back

Sallie's place was great, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. My grandson's and their dad really enjoyed fishing off the dock, they used up all their bait and had to get more! There were plenty of games to play on the day when the weather wasn't the best. The kitchen was really well stocked and very large. The very long dining tables inside and out were perfect for sitting our family for meals and playing games. It was very close to Rock Island State Park and a small grocery store was just down the road with the best ice cream spot, Rock Island Trolley. Nice and quiet and beautiful area. We'd definitely go back! Thanks Sallie!

My family and I had a wonderful time - the house was stunning and very clean. There was lots of room for everyone and the kids really appreciated the games that were there. Bobbi was fantastic to work with and gave lots of helpful information ahead of time so the trip was very smooth. We were even able to do a later checkout so that we could have brunch at a local restaurant. No complaints at all, I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the area!

Stacey’s place was clean and comfortable. I felt like I was at a relative’s house! The kitchen had everything we needed for making breakfast for our large family and a gated yard for our dog. We were gone during the day since we were in town visiting family, but we were happy to get back at night and have comfy place to relax and sleep. Great stay for a family. 🏔️

From start to finish Alexa was so helpful, friendly and walked us through everything. The cozy cottage was so adorable and looked just like the pictures. I would definitely book again when I go back to Cookeville, TN.

The place was amazing and peaceful. The view was spectacular. Allen was so helpful and attentive. The house had everything and more. the mountain views reminded me of my childhood home in the Poconos. my family and I loved it.

The clear directions were impressive and very much appreciated as we arrived after dark. Location was perfect, a great space which was peaceful and comfortable, allowing us to relax from the intensity of our property search. Loved having a space/trail to walk our dog. Washer/Dryer a definite bonus.

We had a dirt bike race near Muddy Pond so this cabin was perfect for us. Ms. Jane was very sweet and accommodating. The cabin was clean and nice and my family loved the heated pool! We will definitely try to stay here again next year!

This house became my home. As I walked out I felt a piece of my heart was being left in the hot tub. Not only was the home clean and spacious, it was welcoming and kind. The hot tub was my safe space, it was clean and warm and everything I needed for my week in Tennessee. The view was IMMACULATE and exceeded every expectation I had. The community pool was not yet open, however the hot tub was everything I needed and more. Also, the Airbnb was as close to the community pool as possible so in a summer season this is the PERFECT spot! Also, the screened in porch really came in clutch and allowed us to have beautiful scenic family dinners every evening. Smithville is a beautiful, quiet, friendly small town. All the boutiques had kind and lovely owners. I genuinely cannot imagine a better spot that we could have spent our spring break. The only downside was that we had to leave. Overall, a great place to stay while we went to Nashville and surrounding state parks!

We were in town for a wedding and wanted a nice place to stay and this fit the bill! It was easy to find, very clean, and felt cozy. The upstairs neighbor does have some squeaky floorboards, but I don’t fault Blair for that! A good place to stay overall.

There are so many things to say about our week at Jordan and Jenn’s! - clean - perfect location (we hike MANY miles within an hr of the cottage. Also many waterfalls) - awesome hosts who answered all of our questions and when we had an AC issue they got someone out there asap to fix it - SO many thoughtfully stocked items. From toys for the kids to kitchen items. Plenty of linens and towels. - hot tub was amazing - view was absolutely spectacular - we had 2 big families stay with plenty of space A perfect place to unwind after a long day. We had such an awesome week and made so many great memories. We are so happy they shared their special place with us and we felt completely at home. We felt totally safe in the quiet area with views all over the place. I can confidently say it was our favorite Airbnb we have ever stayed in.

We had an amazing time with our family and friends before they head back to college/work. Our boat is at Hurricane Marina and the drive there was less than 15 minutes- which was very nice! We enjoyed playing pool and games. House had everything you needed and was clean and comfortable! We highly recommend this place and Michelle was super responsive! Thank you for sharing!

We really enjoyed this place. We stayed at one of the smaller houses in the past. The extra room, King bed and a comfy sofa were great. Enjoyed breakfast on the screened porch. Great to get away from the city.

We were not disappointed! The cute little cabins are tucked in the mountain with absolutely gorgeous veiws! Property is well maintained. It's quiet and peaceful there. The only issue we had was parking. But if the other cabin had read the simple instructions it wouldn't have been an issue. The cabins were well stocked with all the things you may forget you need. Bed was comfortable. Shower had plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Which was greatly appreciated after a day a Fall Creek Falls. This cabin is not meant to entertain, but it is the perfect place for a couple to get away from the hustle and bustle of life.

As a van camper we wanted a little something extra nice than the usual parking lot stays so we opted to splurge for a night. for the same price as a crowded noisy campground we got a quiet camping spot all to ourselves next to a creek. Wood provided to build a nice fire and we enjoyed or stay. Would stay again.

Wife and I had a wonderful two nights in this little house. The perfect weather this time of year allows you to be indoors but have the garage door open for you to enjoy the climate. Plenty of firewood. We ended up cooking a massive porterhouse steak over the fire. Top notch. We feel refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommend.

What a gem this place is. I booked one night for a solo trip & it was the perfect stay. The space is cozy inside & peaceful outside. I really enjoyed the indoor/outdoor vibe with the garage doors open. The tub is really as relaxing as it looks & the bed is UNBELIEVABLY comfortable. I was sad to leave but will be coming back, very soon. Such a lovely place!

I have a lot to say about the best weekend getaway experience! 1. If you think these photos are stunning— just wait till you see it in person. The photos don’t do it justice. The place is clearly crafted with their hearts. It is UNREAL! 2. Rachel & Stephanie are the most kind hosts! They respond almost immediately and were willing to come to the treehouse with anything we may have needed! (also they provide incredible recommendations!) they are VERY transparent with what to expect (ex. no kitchen & no bathroom door). 3. The split unit (AC & Heat) is very efficient! the high was 86 and inside was as cool as a cucumber and we had 0 issues with internal temperature. Finally, I cannot believe I had the ability to experience this hidden gem. I really hope to be back and share their artistry with more friends! Thank you for the memories, Rachel & Stephanie! I am eternally thankful.

I really enjoyed my stay at this rental! It was the perfect little get away for the weekend. Everything matched the description and photos. Definitely a place I would stay at again!

This was the perfect place for us to stay while exploring the state parks in the area. Very peaceful and has a great view from the hot tub on the balcony.
