This was our second stay in this very accommodating apartment which is so handy for us with trams right on the doorstep, and fantastic coffee house (East) just beside entrance. Its location is very handy for cinema, shops, parks and close to Melbourne CBD but with a ‘local’ feel. Lots of green spaces to and even though Balwyn has a great selection of local shops it is so easy to get to Camberwell or Canterbury. Would happily stay here again, and it is walking distance to visit our daughter who emigrated to Melbourne from the UK. Clean, tidy, friendly reception, comfy bed and pillow , on-site parking, highly recommend. Has a great restaurant on site too

Great spot, sunny garden with space to hang laundry, IGA grocers, Italian restaurant & fish & Chip place only a 50 yard walk away.

I booked for visiting family for 3 weeks. The place is a cozy and tidy gem, located very convenient area close to shops and transport options. All my guests loved their time and enjoyed themselves.

The location was perfect. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend the property highly enough.

Great little apartment, super well located and easy to get to everything we needed. The building complex is lovely with an amazing pool/outdoor area and the apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed. David was an excellent host- very communicative and helpful when we needed to extend our stay!

We had a great stay! It was perfect for a family catch up, with lots of space for the kids to play. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, but close enough to Melbourne CBD and good coffee shops!

We got ready here before our wedding and the garden out the back just looks so so beautiful, we are so looking forward to seeing the photos taken! This house is absolutely beautiful and so comfortable, we wish we got to stay longer than a couple of days! Julia and Marcus were beautiful and always quick to respond and so extra accomodating. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to spend a few special days

I stayed there with my elderly mother, we both loved the location and proximity to Tullamarine Airport and to Airport West Westfield. It was very clean and in a nice location. We enjoyed our time there.
