The house was perfect to our needs. It was a great location & a good size for our family if 5. We had a great stay & the house had some very friendly neighbours who made us feel welcome. I especially liked how well stocked the kitchen was of utensils. It made it incredibly easy to cook our meals there. We would definitely stay there again the next time we are in town.

We had the pleasure of staying at Caroline’s home for 10 days, and it was nothing short of wonderful! The house was exactly as shown in the photos—spacious, clean, and perfectly suited for our family. Caroline’s hospitality went above and beyond; she made sure we were comfortable, especially during the hot summer days, checking in to see if we needed anything and even providing extra fans just in case. The house was also fantastic for our toddler, with plenty of space and fun features to keep him entertained. I highly recommend this home to anyone, especially families with children. Great location, right across the road from a shopping centre, and 1 minute walk to the 109 tram. Apartment had everything you could need and more. Cute little courtyard, comfy bed and nice big open plan kitchen and dining. Maddy was prompt at communicating and was very helpful. Had such a great time staying in a homely place visiting our home town.

29 Carnegie Avenue is just a perfect location for anyone wishing to stay in Melbourne. Kew and Kew East have a village atmosphere, but it is so easy to get into the city. It has a great pool and seating area with so many hospitality options. Melissa was beyond helpful, and responded so quickly to all requests - In conclusion the perfect House, location and hostess for anyone visiting Melbourne!

Rosyln was the perfect host. She communicated promptly and with all the information we needed for our stay. She also gave us recommendations of good places to eat. The cottage is very comfortable and had everything we needed. Rosyln was extremely generous with all the delicious food she left for us, even catering to our request for low-fat milk and wholemeal bread. We really appreciated being able to bring our well-behaved cat with us. She loved her weekend away too, and made herself at home very quickly. This was our second stay at this beautiful cottage, and before we left, we booked another stay for the end of the year. It is the best AirBnB we have stayed in.

Victoria dedicated to service to the customers. We are happy to live in her apartment. The only thing is the exit from the backyard parking lot is too narrow to get out easily and 4 apartments very close and our car been serious scratched by other unknown people lived in other apartments.

We had a fantastic stay. The location is perfect—right across from Westfield Doncaster. Also easy to access to the Eastern Freeway. The complex facilities, including the pool and gym, ground floor cafe, were a great bonus. Our unit was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, which we truly appreciated. Penny provided clear instructions and helpful information, making our stay even more enjoyable. Would love to stay here again

Sofi’s replied straight away at late notice and her place was immaculate. 10/10 it was the perfect stay! I would highly recommend to stay here, It’s a prime location with shops, movies, transport and parks. Sofi was really nice and made check in and out a breeze. The apartment had everything it needed for its amenities. It had stylish and modern feel. Thank you Sofi we had a great time!

I stayed at Sofi's Place while visiting Australia to visit family and friends, while working remotely at the same time. Her apartment is perfectly situated, being literally less than a minute's walk from the very modern Brickworks Burwood Shopping Centre. The shopping centre has many conveniences including a supermarket, several restaurants and a wonderful cinema. The whole Brickworks development is actually very nice with quite attractive houses and apartments and despite being close to two very major roads, is very quiet and peaceful. The apartment is small but is perfect for solo travellers. The window coverings ensure privacy and are effective at blocking out the afternoon sun and morning light. The air conditioner works very well and gets the apartment comfortable within a matter of minutes. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Near to Brickworks Shopping Mall, getting groceries was easy. Clean, spacious and fully furnished place accommodated a big family of mine. Everyone loved the place. Sophie was quick to address concerns that I had. Some minor problems were quickly fixed upon notice, which we greatly appreciated. Sophie was really kind to recommend another unit that could accommodate more of us. For some reason we could not take it but nevertheless it was a very kind gesture.
