It was convenient location. Rooms had comfortable beds. Location of bathroom was a bit awkward but we made do. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean. Floors and stairs def could use a deep clean. We’d stay here again as hosts were very chill. We stayed 9 nights.

This was a perfect base for our extended family holiday. Comfortably slept 8 of us. Well equipped. Jarrod provided great instructions. Close to train station which made trips to city a breeze

Really lovely house in a great location. House is very spacious and comfortable with good quality kitchenware, sheets, towels etc, aircon in every room, gas cooktop, and even a bath; and super easy walking distance to Woolworths, Aldi, Chemist warehouse and loads of restaurants. The only problem (apart from one with the keys which was resolved in the first couple of days) was a strange loud intermittent noise coming from one of the aircon units; but this was unexpected and completely outside Penny's control and she was very responsive and did everything she could to try to get it resolved, despite being away on a retreat. Would definitely stay here again as long as that problem was resolved.

Bright and cozy, with a fantastic location. Functional amenities and cool rooftop garden - this was a great place to stay in Melbourne. The kids enjoyed the local park and we enjoyed the local wine bar.

Beautiful décor, lovely pops of greenery was so fresh . Very comfortable bedding . The whole accommodation was extremely clean & with a well equipped kitchen coffee machine. Stacey was very prompt with any information we required to make our stay run smoothly . Thank you so much

A great Airbnb will definitely stay again next time we are in the area. Gary’s communication was excellent and check in was such a breeze. The house was tidy and well equipped. We stayed during hot weather and the aircon was great too!

We love this place for the stay of our extended family. It’s spacious especially the living and dining for six of us. The place is full of usual home alike amenities which are very useful for our stay of eight nights. Location is the most important for us. It’s 3 mins walk to 109 tram, 5 mins car ride to south Melbourne market , 10 mins drive to st kilda beach and walk around the corner to Bay St where you can find everything from Coles, bank, bakeries to good dining options, that family members can always do something individually. Downside of convenience location is loud noise from occasional crazy motorbikes at night. Overall, it’s a very good stay for us! Thanks host !

We stayed at this Airbnb with our kids, and it was absolutely amazing! The space is huge, giving the kids plenty of room to play while we relaxed. The house is beautifully decorated, blending luxury and comfort perfectly. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook family meals, and the bedrooms were spacious and incredibly comfortable. The location is peaceful, yet conveniently close to supermarkets and local activities. The host was incredibly friendly and provided great tips for things to do nearby. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Without a doubt, this is a place we’d love to return to. Perfect for families seeking comfort and relaxation!

We really enjoyed staying at Dale's townhouse. Located in a lovely neighbourhood close to Northcote high street, it's a modern property, well equipped and stylishly furnished. The balcony is an absolute suntrap and perfect for morning coffee. It was great to have integral off street parking available, as we were lucky to be able to borrow a car for our stay. Very efficient air con in the main living room and master bedroom. We would be happy to return here again in the future. Thanks Dale!

The Airbnb was in a great location for our needs. It was clean and tidy. The living room/kitchen was light and bright with a lovely view over the park. Stella was quick to respond and very helpful.

Hi Monika, Thank you for allowing us to use your townhouse for our long stay in Melbourne. It was perfectly positioned between Chadstone and Ringwood, well presented, spacious and fully equipped for our stay. Kitchen was a great size and needed nothing. Even had a coffee machine! Big bonus having a garage and off street parking as well! Was in such a quiet neighbourhood and close enough to Woolworths, Dan Murphy’s and a great little Italian. Would highly recommend and would be happy to stay there again if we do another stint in Melbourne. Thanks again. Great central location, quiet street close to restaurants, train station and parks. The townhouse is well equipped and in great condition. Julie was very responsive and pleasant and even let us checkout late. Very suitable for a small family, highly recommended.

I was happy finding the Sandra`s place. Quite, perfectly located right opposite train station, great place for the family. We had 2 adults and 1 teenager. Very clean, spacious bedroom and living room. Tea and coffee amenities included. Brand-new kitchen and key appliances. We had a very clear instructions given how to find the keys, Sandra was in touch and very helpful across the full stay. Definitely, could recommend this location, will stay there next time upon being in Melbourne. thank you for accommodation!
