very beautiful place! if you enjoy a nice Sauna and hot tub with a beautiful view it is the place for you.

We stayed at the House by the Locks as part of a family vacation in February 2025 and had a fantastic time. This is a unique heritage home that takes "historic character" to a whole new level. It was beautifully furnished, spacious for our party of 6, spotlessly clean, and had a well-equipped kitchen. We used it as home base for doing winter activities at Algonquin and Arrowhead Provincial Parks, and it was a pleasure to return to at the end of the day. Check-in/out was easy, and the host was friendly and responsive. 10/10. Highly recommended!

Ryan was a great host and the place was beautiful and located in a great location easy to find. We loved the place and would most definitely stay again if needed.

We just got home from a wonderful long weekend at Reghan’s place. It was cozy, spotless and well situated (10-12 minutes to arrowhead; 2-4 minutes to downtown). Tea, coffee and chocolate waited upon arrival. The soft blankets and electric fireplace kept us warm while we were relaxing playing board games (she has lots) and watching tv. Reghan was quick to respond, shared a bunch of recommendations, let us to check in a bit earlier and sent over the plow crew after the storm while we were out snowshoeing. Her place is pet friendly so you might find a hair or two on your clothes as those are hard to get every last one of, luckily we're not allergic.

Amazing location to stay in. Pristine accommodations. Super clean, comfortable, spacious, walkable to beach , a marina, walking trails , downtown and many close by restaurants. Paula is an excellent host, she thought of everything for our stay, including info for local attractions and restaurants. All the beds were super comfortable with luxurious bedding, lots of extra blankets for cool nights, very clean bathrooms and loads of available towels. Kitchen was very highly equipped and sparkling. She even thought to have full bird feeders on the premises so we would be entertained by the numerous birds! Paula was a very kind and patient host…. I accidentally left the key at a restaurant and when I called to ask to find another she was very understanding and kind. Great value for our vacation dollars!!!!

This property is lovely, spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had pretty well everything you could need - baking dishes, high quality pots and pans, blender, mixer for baking etc. The bedrooms were great with lots of extra blankets kicking around. We were in town for a youth sporting event and were in/out of the house so we didn’t get to experience the local neighbourhood. The large dining table and well functioning kitchen were perfect for feeding six hungry teenagers and their moms. Hot tub was a big bonus for sore muscles and there was lots of space for the kids to stretch and do their mobility exercises. I would 100% stay there again! The space is perfect for a ladies getaway or time with extended family. I tip my hat to you Taylor!

Our stay was amazing. Communication was very quick with David. Check in was a breeze. We walked in to an immaculately clean house. Everything was spotless. The space is exactly as described, and even better in person. The kitchen is VERY well stocked. Anything you need from spices to aluminum foil is available. It is private and very centrally located at the same time. Anything you might have forgot is only a short drive away. We really enjoyed the fire place and wood burning sauna! David was very good at making sure we had everything we needed and answering any questions we had, which was very little because all pertinent information is provided beforehand. We would definitely recommend David’s place!

This was the second stay for my parents that traveled from out of town for Christmas. It was the perfect space for them to relax between busy family time. Quiet and cozy and they felt at home. Thank you for another great stay.

We had a wonderful stay at April’s place with our parents and our 8-month-old baby. The location was ideal—just a short 13-minute drive to Arrowhead—and the home was brand new, sparkling clean, and spacious enough for all our baby gear. April was incredibly communicative, making sure we had everything we needed, and we really appreciated all the little thoughtful details that made us feel right at home. We loved the cozy atmosphere, especially with the snowstorm over the weekend and the warmth from the fire. It was the perfect setting. We’d definitely recommend this spot and would love to return in the summer, as it’s close to everything!

We had a lovely stay. Everything was as described, clean and comfortable, and the place is beautiful. We did a weekend getaway and were so happy we chose this spot. The wonderful, friendly hosts were so quick to respond — but we barely needed to be in touch because everything went so smoothly. We’ll be recommending this spot to friends, and will be back next time we’re in the area!

We had a fantastic time at Katie's place.We are from Scotland and stayed here for nearly 4 weeks to visit family and friends in Muskoka and Kawartha.The flat was a real" home from home". We loved the porch to hang out in.We could also prepare meals in the full kitchen.Katie was great at communicating before we arrived and kept in touch with us throughout our stay to ask how things were.We really felt that this was our little place in Bracebridge and it really made us embrace the cottage lifestyle, so relaxing and tranquil.Only a 5 minute walk to downtown Bracebridge and the Falls, and all the lovely shops and eateries.Bracebridge is a beautiful and friendly town. Susan's place has a very cottage core aesthetic that is very cute. She was very responsive and helped us get settled in. Would definitely come back here if given the chance.

Excellent responsive host, beautiful location, both wooded and close to town, spacious as pictured- best shower ever in master bedroom on main floor. Definitely recomend.

Beautiful, clean, spacious, well equipped, has comfy beds and is dog friendly. Make sure to bring coffee, salt and pepper, oil, hand soap, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher pods, paper towel and a hair dryer. We enjoyed the ice rink and outdoor hot tub and some snow shoe paths on the property. It's only a 20 min drive to the Bracebridge forest management centre which has well groomed cross country and snow shoe trails, no charge. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place for our large group. Clean, spacious, fun. We went during the winter so we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoors the way you do in the winter. The outdoor Muskoka room with fire pit as well as indoor hot tub was ideal for the winter.

Theresa was very responsive and helpful. The place was amazing with access to all resort activities. Must visit!

The place was perfect! It had all the kitchen tools we needed, bedding, extra towels, etc. It’s on the rocky crest resort about a 2 minute walk from the main building, pool, hot tub, and lakefront. Four of us stayed in Liana’s place and couldn’t have been happier. She was extremely communicative and was quick to respond on any questions I had prior to arrival. We would definitely stay again!

The unit was beautiful and clean. Lots of room for our family in a beautiful setting. Host was very responsive but we had no issues that required their attention. Check in was a breeze, even on a last minute booking.
