Tatyana was a fantastic host. Very responsive to questions, which were all prior to our check-in. The place was as described and worked out perfectly for our weekend at the Tampa Bay Blues festival. The three bedroom/two bath set up was perfect for the three of us. It is nice to have off street parking available and an Uber ride to the event was only $9. I would definitely stay here again.

The place was mostly what it said it would be, the pictures are accurate. Was pretty nice and cozy. Had lots of privacy, which was really nice. House was clean and had all of the amenities that were promised. Bed was really comfortable. The only drawback was that the pool was a little dirty, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a few days before we got there but it wasn’t that big of a deal.

Great place, convenient to the beach and perfect for a big family to stay.

We fled the cold of Minnesota and stayed here as a getaway for Spring Break. Before you even enter the house, Peter made you feel welcome and gave you everything you need. We were wow'd the moment we walked into the house: impressive, clean, beautifully decorated, and incredible amenities. We spent a large portion of our time in the backyard and it was a great little oasis. The kids LIVED in the pool, and we all loved how it was so nicely heated. Peter was incredibly accommodating to a couple guest requests, and his top-notch hospitality really shone through. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and I'd highly recommend this house.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful home on the river in Florida. Waking up to the peaceful views and enjoying coffee by the water was the perfect start to each day. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. The location was ideal—quiet and relaxing, yet close enough to restaurants and things to do. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway on the water!

Place is great, and the location is a quick 10/15 min walk to a ton of restaurants and shopping in the downtown. The house was well stocked with towels and water. Also liked that there was a Britta filter in the fridge. Jeff is very responsive. We were running out of toilet paper and within 10 or 15 min a new pack of toilet paper was delivered to the house. Also like that the house is equipped with smart locks, so all 10 of us could get in and out without having to worry about keys. Definitely recommend the home and would stay again.

The place was great. A wonderful pool, but the beds were a little hard.

This house was perfect for our staycation, super cute, close to everything, and so pretty! Sarah was so responsive to any questions we had, and always responded quickly!

Len was a terrific host, and his property is beautiful and exactly as described. Len made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived, and was very responsive to any of our text communications. the property is exactly as described and perhaps better than the photos on the listing, including a beautiful view of the water with stellar sunrises every morning. the location is quiet and centrally located to great restaurants and beaches on longboat or siesta key. highly recommend this location for any travelers looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in the Sarasota area.

This home is absolutely beautiful. Every detail has been thought of. Better than the pictures. The home has plenty of space for everyone to have their own space. We loved the location and the beautiful setting, right on the beach.

The apartment fit the bill perfectly for us. It was clean, well appointed, had easy parking off the street and was in a fantastic location, close to downtown, Tampa Bay, pharmacies, gas stations etc.

Charming, spacious, loft-style apartment in multi-use building. Private entrance via staircase from parking lot, with outdoor table and chairs at the top. Building and parking lot are somewhat active during the day but very quiet in the evenings. Enjoyed my stay, expectations were exceeded, and I recommend this place to others.

We LOVED staying at Meryem’s place! It was just adorable, the location was perfect, and she was very friendly. We had a small concern with AC, and she immediately came out to see how she could help and was sweet enough to even give us some recommendations for things to do while we were there! Would definitely stay with Meryem again.

Had a great stay! The home is very clean and in excellent condition. Communication with the host was easy and smooth. The location is perfect—just 4.5 miles from Siesta Key Beach and about an 18-minute drive to downtown. Would definitely recommend!

This was a perfect location for a two family vacation and college tour to University of Tampa. We were under 10 minutes to everything. Also, a nice ride to St Pete. We will be back.

Very beautiful, calm, and peaceful house the house was really clean and matched extaclty like the pictures and very clean aswell when we have arrived. An amazing clean pool, and is overall very good choice for when you are staying in the small town of North Port. I 100% recommend, especially the very easy way to get in and good communication from Yosdel 10/10!!!

As always Siesta Key is a paradise! Villa 7 at Crescent Arms is the perfect spot, close to beach and convenient parking. Unit was clean and spacious. Despite SK being in repair/rehab mode everywhere you look, Villa 7 was one of the few ground level units 100% functional. We love Siesta Key and will be back!

VERY spacious. Great entrance with chairs so easily put on and off shoes which was requested. Bathrooms very clean. Master bedroom very spacious. Very nicely stocked for us to enjoy coffee and some snacks the next morning. Close to our extended family near Botanic garden. We were comfortable, beds were nice. Quiet street. Did not end up walking anywhere but close to a great and popular pickleball public park. For the few questions we did have, owners were incredibly friendly and responded quickly. Unusual layout with stairs into different parts of the house. Kitchen sort of off to the side in a nook but we were there for extended family events so not really an issue.
