Excellent location and had all you need for a beautiful stay at the beach. We loved being able to walk everywhere. Appreciated how pet friendly the place was and yet super clean. Must stay here if visiting the area!

Wirklich ein tolles Apartment, indem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Alles war sehr sauber und es ist wirklich nur ein kurzer Weg über die Straße bis zum Strand. Debra war sehr hilfsbereit bei dem Checkout. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Holly's place in Treasure Island, Florida was PERFECT! Pristine, as photos in ad, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, next door to grocery store, next door to public beach access. Condo perfectly appointed, everything we needed/wanted. CLEAN!!!! My most important topic for reviews...and it was spotless. we hope to stay here again! Perfect for 4 adults, and i imagine kids would LOVE this too! thanks Holly :)

Peaceful, Serene, beautiful location that is only minutes from many things to do in the area. Rick (and his dog Dali) are both very friendly. We felt at home at his place. The area is one of the most peaceful I have stayed. What a gem in this area. The place was very clean and comfortable. Living room was nice with the couch and recliner, along with the smart TV. Kitchen had everything we needed, including a full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, electric cooktop, blender...all of the utensils and cups/plates you'd want. The bedrooms are nice, with one having a small closet and a washer/dryer in another closet. Our favorite was the balcony and sitting out there in the morning and evenings. Thank you Rick for such a lovely place. We would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone.

We're already talking about returning in November. If anything, the pictures don't do this place justice, it was so comfortable and was easily the best outfitted Airbnb I've ever stayed it. Every little thing you could want in the kitchen and bathroom was thought of, and more. The location is peaceful and relaxing, with a number of cute little areas to take advantage of. Joe was very helpful and responded immediately when I had a question. An amazing man running an amazing place.

The property is centrally located and walkable to John's Pass. The unit was clean and if we were planning to go to the beach it was well stocked and ready. We did have an issue upon arrival with our parking spot being taken due to the festival, but Mainstay was super responsive, jumped into action, made some calls and got it resolved quickly. We will be back!

Leaving detailed reviews as they help me when deciding on where to stay. Check in smooth. Mona and Julian very friendly. Four adults and 2 teenagers. Probably wouldn’t recommend any more than 6 people, unless children (only 2 bathrooms - but very clean). Kitchen perfect for smaller family as well. Had basics for cooking. You would need to bring condiments, spices, oils, etc. Pans and pots were good. PLENTY of plates and bowls. Could use little more silverware, but we washed them as needed. Dishwasher small, but gets the job done. House is VERY clean. Queen and king beds comfortable. Bunk beds also fairly comfortable; HOWEVER, the bunk room was very warm - ended up having to buy a fan - still not as cool as we would have liked (our only true obstacle). Bay was beautiful. Saw dolphins. We rented a golf cart and rode to Clearwater as IR beach had the nasty grass. But house is 10 min walk to beach. Two fishing poles but I had to buy things to fix them up. We’d stay again for sure!!!!!

A great place to spend a few days with extended family. The pool and hot tub were great and the house was cozy to hang out in. It s a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The house had everything we needed for our stay including beach gear and toys for the kids. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Chris’s house on longboat key! The pool was so nice for the kids and us adults to swim and relax by. The house was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels, extra sheets, and the kitchen was very well stocked with pot and pans. We did find it easier to drive closer to the crosswalk to the beach and park before walking across the street to get to the beach access. The beach was very quiet and beautiful. We found so many shells and our kids loved doing evening swims at sunset! It’s a very quick drive to Anna Maria Island and St Armand’s Circle. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic long stay at this large home in Ruskin. From our adult children to college friends, there is room for everyone, and something to do for anyone! I loved that everyone could have their own room and there is plenty of space to find a quiet corner to read or watch your favorite show. We spent time playing ping pong, pool, and shuffleboard. We spent many hours sitting by the water looking for wildlife (dolphins, manatees, birds, lizards, snakes, etc), fishing, enjoying the pool, or appreciating the shade of the screen porch. The kitchen is large and easily accomodated us all cooking or prepping snacks and meals. And, we could all sit together at the table for dinner, which was great! Heather was a great host and always responded quickly when I had a question. We had a great stay at this quiet, peaceful home in Ruskin!

The house was great! Exactly what we needed for our trip. There’s only a couple of things I would suggest. The book with all the house information and local places are a bit outdated. The only other thing is the downstairs door lock didn’t respond to our code. Other than these to little things, we loved it.

We really enjoyed our stay, even though it was windy and rainy during the first couple of days. The panoramic views of the bay made it all the more scenic during that time. There was a minor issue with the AC that the host was very responsive and fast in dealing with. All rooms were clean and there was adequate utensils and cookware, larger sized refrigerator and all other required appliances. It was a relatively central location convenient to the beaches, sights, and downtime each within 15-20min. The immediate neighborhood was safe and the neighbors seemed nice. I would recommend using navigation to avoid getting off track when getting around, as some areas between the home and downtown or between the home and the beach did not appear as nice.

It was our second time staying here, and would come back again. Great house.

The condo was nice and very well stocked. easy to find. Easy to get to all the beaches, everything is a very short drive 5-10 minutes to most beaches, restaurants, pier etc. we saw dolphins while sitting on the patio Everyone there ( locals) were very friendly. The only downfall was the bridge road noise certain times a day but it certainly did not effect our trip. Highly recommend host was very responsive and sweet. We will be back

A wonderful little place, in a great community on a beautiful island. A very special location for sure. Private, but close to all kinds of fun in the St Pete/Clearwater area. Lots to do in the community and lots of great restaurants.

BEAUTIFUL condo! Extremely impressed with how clean and well designed the condo was. We loved the stunning sunset views from the relaxing balcony over looking the water/bay. The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a homey Christmas dinner! Thank you Joy and Sol, we look forward to booking again! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - bright, open condo, beautiful views and wildlife right outside, and close to beaches, boating, and restaurants (keep in mind that “close” is a relative term - there is often heavy traffic going in or out of Anna Maria Island). The only “mark” against this rental is that it clearly sees a lot of guests, and some of them don’t show much care for the property of others - there are quite a few black marks on walls throughout the unit. That says more about the guests than the host though, and definitely don’t let that keep you from booking this wonderful place!

The unit is well equipped and very comfortable, with amazing views from the balcony & patio. We visited Tarpon Springs and attended the RV show at the State Fairgrounds in Tampa and had very little trouble navigating around. We also walked across the parking lot to Doc Ford’s and enjoyed a nice dinner there. We would stay here again.

We were a group of 5 women, we had a fabulous time! Plenty of amenities for 5 people except for beach chairs which were available to rent on the beach. We had an issue with the dryer not working so we weren't able to do any laundry which was a small issue. I reported it to Franca and she replied right away that she was going to schedule someone to come look at it but never heard anything back from her after that. To get to the beach from the condo you need to go through a gate that is locked at the pool and then through another gate to get to the beach. Otherwise you have to walk around the front and down the public beach access. There were only 2 keys so that was an issue, maybe a lock with a code would be more helpful? All in all the condo was everything that was advertised. Thank you Franca for sharing your home!

Valeries place was AMAZING! Words and pictures don't do the view from the balcony justice. The condo was cozy and very clean. It had everything I needed for a five week stay. I enjoyed coffee every morning on the balcony, watching dolphins and boats go by. The sunsets were spectacular, a perfect view from the balcony. I had an excellent experience renting from Valerie. It was exactly as depicted. I would highly recommend staying at Boca Ciega Resort in Valerie's condo. You will not be disappointed!

The place was great and perfect location to enjoy the beach right across the street and also watch the view of the boats from your balcony. Loved the ease of walking to the nearby shops at John’s Pass and restaurants. Quaint and cozy for my girls weekend. Very safe area as well to walk freely at night.
