The house was just as described and would stay again.

The house was very cute and spacious, but my favorite part was the yard because I had brought my dog! If we weren’t in bed or out and about we spent most of our time out back. There is places with shade and plenty of space for sunshine. Also, the little things like having an ice maker was nice as well. The house was more room than we needed but location was perfect for our stay.

Dewey was a great host. House was exactly how it was described.

This house was everything they advertised plus more, thank you some much for accommodating our stay. I would keep in mind, if you’re with an older crowd…. There’s a lot of stairs.

It definitely had that College Hill charm that we love. We give this home our highest recommendation; it’s comfortable and inviting, and it’s well located, with walkability to a lot of shops and restaurants.

We loved the Bungalow! Great location and it had everything we needed and more for our stay in Augusta visiting family.

This property was exactly what I had been looking for we needed four bedrooms. All four bedrooms were lovely with king beds. The location was exactly where I requested. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet quiet with lots of beautiful holiday decorations! I will absolutely consider staying at this home again!

The place was grandiose as it was beautiful with plenty of decorations to make it feel like we were staying in a genuine home away from home for the Holidays.

Such a great location! We were in town for a work event, and this provided a relaxing retreat after a long workday. If you choose to stay here let me assure you that your hosts are some of the most responsive, I have had the pleasure of interacting with. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful; plenty of sidewalks to walk the dogs and feel safe while doing so. Highly recommend!!

Great place. Hosts were super kind and accommodating! Pool/Hot tub was a huge hit. The treats were a nice touch they my family loved! Highly recommend.

We had a last minute trip to Wichita and decided this was a better option than a hotel. The house was well done with a huge backyard space. As they are also pet friendly. We spent a lot of time outside with the dog. Was a much better option than a few hotel rooms!

Toby was an amazing host, I am grateful for his hospitality and the opportunity to stay in this space. We loved staying in this little apartment and felt right at home. 10/10 overall, I would stay here again.

The host were very accommodating and the place was very comfortable. If you want to bring your pet, you need to know that it is in the country and on a farm, so monitoring your pet and keep their paws clean can be a hassle. I did have an issue with my dog, but I communicated immediately with the hosts, and they worked with me to make it right.

House was clean and comfortable. You can hear the train so something to consider if a light sleeper. Other than that the neighborhood was quiet. Would stay here again

My son & I came to town for the NCAA tournament. All hotels were booked or were way overpriced. We found this house for a very reasonable price for 3 nights & it was a 5-10 minute drive to downtown & was centrally located to other areas of town we wanted to see. The checkin was super easy. A keypad on the front door that I had the code for 48 hours in advance. The home was clean & comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet & peaceful. I would stay here again.

We have stayed in over a dozen AirBnb/VRBO rentals and this is the most well-stocked of them all! The kitchen had everything one could need to stay for weeks at a time. Quiet location, clean and tidy, comfortable. The LIVE plants were another nice touch!

I stayed here with a bunch of friends and everything we needed was available. Everyone said their beds were comfortable, and the living room is a nice wide open space for spending time with everyone! The neighborhood is quiet and gets dark enough at night to see the stars, which isn't normal where we come from. It was a comfortable stay for a university event and felt secure. Thank you!

Charmed by this vintage home. Appreciated the nod to mid-century furniture with a splash of modern. Decorated cute and felt right at home. Plenty of storage as I appreciate an empty cupboard in the kitchen for food that I have purchased. Will stay again!
