Sharon was a wonderful host who was always very responsive & helpful, who left a very nice note & some recommendations, and who even made sure to keep some lights on for arrival since we were taking advantage of the easy self check-in to arrive after dark. The place was wonderful; clean & comfortable on the inside, an easy walk to Salisbury University, and a quick drive to the rest of what the Eastern Shore has to offer. Thanks for hosting us!

If you are looking for a place to stay that is peaceful, beautiful, and an outdoorsman’s dream…. this is it! My family of 10 stayed here comfortably and enjoyed every minute. It was a little chilly to enjoy all of the amenities, but we had a great time fishing and exploring the property. Patrick was extremely responsive and helpful. We would definitely go back.

Comfy Belle House "Relax in the HotTub"

Quaint house in a beautiful established neighborhood. Lovely front porch and back deck to enjoy time outside. hot tub was great. Nice walk to lake and playground. Here for a baseball tournament and the house was perfect to come home to. Everything we needed, especially comfortable beds and cozy spaces to chill.

I've stayed here a few times now with my dogs. The rental is very comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood which is nice for walking too. The bed is very comfy. No doubt, I will be returning again in the future.

My husband and I came to surprise my granddaughter, who attends college nearby, and it was so worth the trip. The home was exactly what we needed—a home away from home. We struggled to get into the home but that was due to us. Thank you Katie for the assist. We love that it is dog-friendly; just in case we want to bring our dogs the next time we come (if Katie is fine hosting us again).

The Big Gray House

I could write a paragraph but I am going to keep it as short as possible for The Big Gray House. My family and I stayed there for our family get together. For some of us, it was our first Airbnb experience, for others it wasn’t. However, that does not take away from the fact that Kevin and Deb were welcoming. We were greeted with a warm welcome, snacks, a greeting card and an abundance of kindness. Kevin and Deb were both readily available and quickly responsive in case of any questions, needs and concerns. This experience was truly enjoyable. The house is a home. Kevin & Deb are truly one of a kind and genuinely great people. If we are ever in need of a place in MD again for a family vacation, we won’t hesitate to book! Thank you so much Kevin and Deb!

This place is everything you need and nothing you don't. It's minimal and simple - a true tiny home! But we enjoyed every minute of it. The setting against a wildlife area was amazing, we had great privacy from the other homes in the area, the deck was spacious and the fire pit was perfect. Inside everything was clean and comfortable. The back roads to Assateague were gorgeous! The best part was that we had our dog along for the ride too and it was still an affordable stay. Great value!

Spacious and Gracious!

Brant's place is always great. Close to everything, comfortable beds and easy access. Brant always communicates well and is a great host. If I had to be picky it can be a little noisy with street traffic and duct work. I always bring a fan so not an issue for me but if your a light sleeper bring headphones/fan or white noise machine.

Eden Farm RV

Hello! My stay at the Eden Farm was definitely an experience that will be remembered for years. We stayed in the RV on the farm that was close to the farm animals. I enjoyed waking up to the roosters early in the morning and seeing the goats as we left the RV. We always stopped to interact with them during our coming and going.

Our stay was lovely! The property is quiet and peaceful. The apartment is right above the roosters so we could hear them crow every morning, but it didn't bother us. The parking is a bit of a walk from the apartment, but everything was clearly labeled and easy to find. The kitchen had basic pots and pans, plates and bowls, and utensils. But did not have things like cooking oil, salt/pepper, etc. It didn't hinder our stay, but these are mentioned in the listing, so it was noted. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Deluxe corner apartment with riverfront views

Brant was very responsive and easy to communicate and connect with. We visited early in April and the weather was rainy and cool so we spent a good portion of our time indoors. We were also slightly off season so the town was sort of sleepy. That said we were in walking distance of some great restaurants. It was nice to be above the Mad Hater Café for a quick breakfast option. If you like birds bring binoculars! The view to the river was packed with gulls, cormorant and blue heron. I'll be in town again in the next few months and would stay again.

Cabin 2 near Assateague and Ocean City

The area: -Scenic -Quiet -Country feel -Seeing wildlife on the pond The hosts: -Responsive -Friendly -On top of restocking/cleaning Room to improve (host is still relatively new): -Night lighting around cabin/parking area, as well as from cabins to bathhouse -Parking lot may need to be expanded, limited spots to park during heavy rain Overall, my stay was serene and I enjoyed it and the hosts were awesome. Definitely recommend.

Kevins camping spot was exactly as described, We had plenty of space for our crossover and day tent with room to spare. The space was far enough away from the home where it felt private and was very quiet. We would rent again in the future if needed and you definitely cant beat the price. Thank you Kevin.

Loved this place... the way it was decorated was gorgeous gave me strong New Orleans vibes... so cozy and warm! There is a beautiful Cafe below... that unfortunately we did not get to enjoy because we got there a little late but the people who worked there that were leaving were so kind. we had to venture out for food, and the whole community is so frendly! On our ventures back down i would LOVE to stay here again and would definitely recommend it! The host was very accommodating to our needs as well!!

Cabin 4 near Assateague and Ocean City

Thomas is a world class host. Inconspicuous and non invasive but responsive and thoughtful. Grounds are beautiful. Bathrooms well stocked and easily accessible. and lots of awesome turtles in the lake/stream to feed. They like goldfish crackers. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Waterfront Retreat & Guest House

Beautiful big house with unique charm, in a beautiful area with the Chesapeake as the back drop. Great location for family to meet mid point from NJ, PA, and Virginia. The huge family table in the breezeway was a great place to gather for meals and games. The house worked for one of our family members with mobility issues with full bathrooms, and bedrooms on the 1st floor and no stairs to get in the back door. Went for over a 4 mile walk around the town one morning, beautiful landscapes, birds, boat docks, and a park. We enjoyed the fire pit, grilling food in winter, the dock on the property, hearing the church bells from a distance. Kyle is a great host! Would definitely return.

Highbanks House

Everything was exactly like the pictures! House was roomy, clean and lots of extras were provided . Bath towels were put out in each room for the guests, kitchen had everything you needed & board games were even available to play. The property was super peaceful and big. Our family really enjoyed our stay and will be back! Thanks for having us!

Lovely home in a beautiful setting. A very cozy, restful winter holiday with great surroundings and beautiful views of the river Host was responsive and home is very well-equipped with an amazing kitchen. We enjoyed walking in the village, relaxing in the den, cooking meals, and playing with our dogs in the fenced yard.

Special home with several unique features. Comfortable and cozy space with plenty of room for each of us to do different things. Very close to attractions, good restaurants and shopping. A very nice neighborhood with several architecturally interesting and well kept homes to stroll by for an after dinner walk. Would definitely return to this place when visiting the area again.

This is our second time staying in the cabins at Thomas's place and as usual, it felt right at home and was amazing. There have been some upgrades done since last year's stay such as the bathrooms and the mattresses in the cabin. The mattresses in the cabin are soft but firm and we slept like a baby. Check in is super easy and Thomas has always been quick to respond whenever I reached out. We have only been in the summer to stay since it's only a 35 minute commute to Ocean City Beach and boardwalk but we have been thinking about coming to stay in the fall to get the complete "camping" experience here. Overall everything was great as always; no complaints.

Great location, super close to assateague island where we were spending most of our time. The bathrooms/showers were clean and the best we’ve seen at most campsites. Make sure to bring mosquito/tick spray. Host was fast at responding to any questions and provided wood for us. It was a great stay!

Had a great time at one of the tent sites over a two night stay. Property was easy to navigate in a small sedan, even after a full night of rain. Lots of little activities to do on property if you’re staying on-site the entire time and a simple drive to/from Assateague/Ocean City. Host was super responsive and helpful. Definitely a great place to hunker down and enjoy a weekend away.
