I recently stayed at this lovely studio, and it was the perfect getaway. The location is incredibly peaceful, making it an ideal spot to relax and unwind. The property is spotless, and it’s clear that the hosts take great care in maintaining the space. The apartment was warm and inviting, which made for a very comfortable stay. It had everything I needed, and the cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. If you're looking for a tranquil retreat, I highly recommend this place!

Kams place is one of the best airbnbs I've ever stayed at. It looks incredible in the pictures and it's even better in person. There's a reason it was ranked as a top 5 airbnb in england. He is also a very thoughtful guy, from writing us a personal message when we arrived to the fact that he allowed us to mail some football tickets to his home and gave us his mail key to check if they came in. If you're coming to Leicester and you don't book Kams home, you're missing out. Thanks again for an absolutely perfect stay.

Ideal location for a stop over on the way to the NEC. Everything clean and tidy and good value for money.

It's a very cozy place. Close to the arena. Good breakfast 🍳 place just next to it, shops, barber. 5/5 service and communication with the service provider. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect for our family of four for a long weekend. Visiting friends in Ashby, Helen's place was absolutely ideal. From booking, she was easy to communicate with, and we appreciated the flexibility of the early check-in. The directions and instructions for check-in were spot on, and the off-road parking space was very useful. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped, really spacious and warm, everything we needed. We'd happily recommend, and return if we're in the area again.

Lucy was great - always responsive and helpful/clear with instructions. The place itself was fantastic, I was there with my wife, brother and some friends over New Year, and we were very comfortable. We had our dogs as well, who loved the garden! (Though note that the garden is not fully enclosed). We had a wonderful time - thanks Lucy!

Fantastic pet friendly house in a lovely wee village. The house is gorgeous and has everything you could need. Secure garden is great for dogs and there’s loads of great walks straight from the house. The pub 2mins from the village does amazing food and you can order takeaway online. Sarah really is a great host, always available and very friendly. Sarah, I’ll be in touch about booking for the same event next year.

This was a great flat, perfect for a month when working in Atherstone. The flat was immaculate and very comfortable. Ian could not have been more accommodating. Highly recommend

We spent the weekend in Leicester, as we were attending a wedding. Most of the time we strolled around the city centre shopping. The weather could have been better, so it was only at the date of arrival, that we could enjoy the roof terrasse. In the summer it must be very nice having the option to sit outside. There are lost of restaurants and bars in the area. Early evening, the Streets are quite lively, but the nights where still calm and fairly quiet for a city centre apartment.

We had a great weekend staying here. Everything we needed, lots of things to do locally. Would recommend.
