Had a great stay here. Was very last minute and I was thrilled to find such a gem! Lovely location, spacious and well equipped space and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. I hope to stay again when I’m next in town.

Great place to stay in the neighbourhood. Big apartment that allows you to spend time with an amazing work space that let us to our remote work and have family for shared meals in the evening. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. Nice modern and comfortable feel. Would definitely recommend and go again.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux week-end dans l'appartement de Melanie. Il est situé dans un quartier d'Utrecht très agréable et est superbe. Le logement est tres joli, très agreable à vivre et nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse à différents moments de la journée. Nos hôtes étaient vraiment très accueillants et nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous l'espace de quelques jours !

The place was great, the neighborhood is quiet and quaint. Welcome treats on arrival, wines in the fridge (did not drink them cause we don't drink wine), but it was a great touch! The place was spotless and there is ample space for a family 5. JP was very responsive on a couple of issues we had, and he resolved them extremely quickly. Our hub was really Utrecht to get around (Utrech Station), so had to commute to utrecht Central daily and it was between a 15-25 minute bus ride (not ideal). The heater (Nordic Fire) is fantastic, took us some time to figure it out to get the apartment at the "right" temperature (right , like art is in the eyes of the beholder). Great value for what you pay. Great hosts. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had a wonderful time in this apartment, it is beautiful, spacious, modern and neat. The balcony is very comfy and with beautiful view. It has a perfect location where you walk only few minutes to the central train station, and also only 5 mins to the HOOG Catharijne shopping mall, where you can also find shop to rent the bike. Ada is very friendly and has prepared a complete instruction manual which makes our stay very homy and convenience. We stayed here for 2 weeks and definitely love this apartment and Utrecht! Wish to come back again

Fijne communicatie met Anouk! Bed ligt heerlijk. Alles was brandschoon en wat je nodig hebt voor een kort verblijf is aanwezig. We komen graag nog eens terug!

Emma was friendly and helpful, always responsive, and very thoughful. The house was a home, had plenty of kitchenware which is indicative of how welcoming it is. It was calm, and thoughtfully furnished. Love the place, a piece of magic in a wonderful country.

This place was perfect for our first time visiting Utrecht. It was comfortable, convenient and in a great location. We were able to cook dinner, go to the grocery store and do laundry easily as if we were at home. Lester was kind and answered all of our questions quickly. We’d definitely stay again!

Wunderbare Unterkunft - sehr ruhig und privat. Wunderbarer Garten und sogar Spielsachen für Kinder. Super für Familien wg Trampolin, Schaukel und Kinderstuhl.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub bei Lotte. Das Haus ist toll gelegen. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man das Stadtzentrum und den Bahnhof. Die Wohnumgebung ist schön und ruhig.

Birgit was a fantastic host! Her home was perfect for our quick trip to Amsterdam. It is located close to public transportation (less then 10 minutes to Centraal Station) and a grocery story is around the corner. Birgit showed us around her place and explained how to use different features of the house. She helped map out the easiest routes around the city for us. She was always available and super friendly. We had a great time and cannot wait to visit again.

We stayed here for 10 weeks and it was perfect for us! The environment is really unique and other destinations were easy to reach. We felt really welcome during our stay.

I love this place! Great host, amazing location, all the amenities and meticulous details. But first, Utrecht itself is beautiful, a lovely place to stay and well worth a visit – and this home is close enough to the train station and city that it’s very easy to get around, however, it’s far enough away that there wasn’t any street or party noise. Back to the home – you are genuinely staying in someone’s home, just how Airbnb was meant to be! It was so well organised, personal items were packed away so we had plenty of space and everything just worked and we felt right at home, because we were. Everything was perfect and we especially loved Sophie, the other host (cat). She was adorable and friendly and we have no doubt she would have fixed any issues if we had any. Thanks for a great stay! We highly recommend it and would stay here again!

Bora was an excellent host! He left thoughtful touches like stroopwafels, a welcome note, and even an umbrella because rain was forecasted. The apartment was beautiful, warm, and cozy, with everything working perfectly. Communication was clear and smooth throughout. I highly recommend staying here—it was a pleasure!

Für unsere Zwecke optimale Wohnung. Beste Lage um zum LeGuessWho Festival zu kommen. Wouter ist ein super Gastgeber, zuverlässig und gut erreichbar. Ich durfte sogar sein Piano benutzen, seine gute Hifi-Anlage war hilfreich um uns auf das Festival vorzubereiten, sie lief den ganzen Morgen. Highly recommended, wir kommen wieder.

Nous sommes très content de notre séjour chez Pascale. Pour un séjour au calme, pas trop loin du centre d amsterdam (30 minute porte à portes de la gare centrale), dans une maison propre, grande, agréable, et qui a de la personnalité, vous êtes au bon endroit. Les chats sont gentils et nous avons eu un excellent contact avec Pascale. On y serait bien resté une semaine de plus..😁

Our second stay at Suzanne’s place, and it was just as lovely as the first! Lovely space, and beautiful in the mornings when the sunlight fills up the living room. Fantastic location for exploring Utrecht, and a great apartment to hang out in and watch the world go by on the street below.

Hi Wilma. Thank you for everything. I enjoyed my stay at your luxurious apartment at the beautiful gein river. It’s really quiet and peaceful. I had all the amenities I needed for everyday life. Your interior decoration is so feng shui and so inspiring. I have absolutely zero complaints. I wish I could stay longer, but then I realized this apartment is really in high demand, and another lucky tenant had the fastest fingers, and they locked in a reservation just before I could extend mine 😅 I wish you all the best and hope to be hosted by you once again. A very well equipped apartment with all required amenities. The location is quiet amd close to the city center. Diederik was extremely helpful for various questions during our stay. Highly recommended
