Mark was a fantastic host, very helpful with thoughtful incite and suggestions. The cabin (home) was far better than the photos portrayed, everything was clean and very well equipped. Bright living space with three skylights & beds were very comfortable. Great access to the lake with sturdy long dock to take in the beautiful sunsets. Highly recommend this cottage!

It was a great stay for a 4 day stay. The cottage was super clean, all the amenities were there that were listed. It’s great for a small group as there was lots of space and bedrooms. Location was great too as it was close to many hiking spots and destinations in Manitoulin island. Would definitely come back again!

We had three couples stay for two nights at Kathy’s place and had a wonderful time. The house had so many positives: it was very clean, private, had a cozy living room to relax in, a covered back porch with very comfortable seating, a well equipped kitchen and the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms gave everyone their private space. Perfect for our group!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and clean. Very cozy on a cold winters night! Irene is lovely and responds right away. I definitely recommend this place.

We absolutely loved Martina’s place! Super clean and organized, very spacious and everything was new! It’s even nicer than the pictures. Beds were very comfortable and the outdoors are 10/10! I would definitely recommend her place! (:

We had an amazing stay at Abby’s Place! The property is located in a peaceful and scenic area, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, our experience was excellent, and we would highly recommend Abby’s Place to anyone looking for a serene and enjoyable retreat.

We had the best time in Tobermory, and Joyce's place was the perfect spot to stay! Couldn't have asked for anything more. You can tell they put a lot of time and effort into the airbnb.. from the handmade local pottery coffee mugs, to the treats at check-in, just lovely! 10/10 stars.

I really wish I was able to stay at grants in the summer but none the less even in the winter the surrounding space and nature is just beautiful a must do if u are frequently doing airbnbs very private and peaceful the stargazing was amazing the house itself is enough for 4 people that we had and a ba y and a dog and if u need extra space the bunky is a great option Grant is very polite helpful and proactive a true 5 star experience even gave me a heads-up when there was gonna be a snowstorm while we were checking out just an amazing experience and hope to be back in the summer one day thanks again Grant for allowing us to stay in your beautiful place

The Bruce peninsula is beautiful area. This clean family friendly home is lovely. My daughter and I were in the area visiting family and needed a place to rest at night. We did not have enough time to partake of the selection of board games, books and movies that were available in the house. Our stay was during the off season in March and we brought our own linens and towels. We enjoyed a meal at Tobermory Brewing Company this time out and in the summers, Little Tub Bakery has the best croissants. We were a little chilly the first night, but we will chalk that up to user error. The instructions regarding the upstairs baseboards could be a little more clear. My understanding now is that the upstairs baseboard temperatures should be set to the desired temp and then the wall thermostat should be set 1 degree above that to activate. Upon leaving the home, set the upstairs baseboards to 15C/~60F and the wall thermostat to 10C.

Abbey’s place was beautiful, scenic, there were lots of things to do, indoors and outdoors, regardless of weather, and it was in a great location! This cottage was a home-away-from-home and we would recommend to it anyone! Abbey responds in a timely fashion to any questions you may have and she is very friendly and kind. It was also convenient that there were 2 washrooms and our son loved the sandbox with a multitude of toys, especially trucks! Not many places have the same types of amenities so this was a rare find indeed!

This cabin is just breathtaking! The location is amazing surrounded by nature and so peaceful. The dock was just great to get into the water. The place was exactly as described, very homy and so cozy, my husband and I felt like we could just stay there the whole trip. This is just a wonderful place to stay at and we will definitely be back. Huge thanks to Phyllis for the hospitality and great details about the place. I totally recommend this place.

What a beautiful cabin in an inspiring location! We stayed in the Boathouse in January and the view of the snow covered lake through the windows was incredible. Snuggled on the couch beside the fireplace with coffee in hand was the perfect spot to watch a winter sunrise. It was a great space for a couple. There was lots of room to spread out in the living room and dining area, a king size bed in the bedroom and large kitchen to prep our meals in. The couch and chairs were comfy (super important to have comfortable seating) and the deck was partially covered (super important to have an outdoor space you can be in even in the rain, in the summer of course). These are 2 things we always look for when booking a stay. The driveway was plowed upon our arrival, steps and entrance sanded and shovelled off. I can only imagine this space in the summer and fall!!! Thanks so much for sharing your gorgeous slice of heaven with us.

Loved the stay. Everything was very clean. We enjoyed the fire outside. We arrived from Toronto after check in time, but we were able to call ahead and thankfully the host was able to accommodate a late check-in! Would recommend calling during the office hours. It was difficult to reach the hosts otherwise. Overall loved our elevated camping stay!

absolutely beautiful, cozy little cabin and amazing view at the lake. had so much fun on a cruise in tobermory and trail hikes, so much to do and a perfect, quiet camp ground to relax at afterwards!

Great place if you looking to get away from the buzz! Very peaceful location with clean lake access and kayak. George was great with communication and recommendations. He even kept us posted on Northern light probability!
