Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. La propreté est impeccable, et tout est disponible pour un confort optimal. L’accueil chaleureux du propriétaire a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Le quartier est très calme, sécurisé et facilement accessible. Merci encore Mr Toufik , nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Todo estupendo, muy amables y atentos en todo momento incluso tuve una averia con el coche y nos remitieron a un taller que fueron muy amables, un trato excepcional, todo impecable muy limpio y ordenado, gracias por todo!

Karim was there for us to show the Apt, helpful and always reply to our questions, good person, convenient location from CTM BUS or Train station, say if TAXI will use meter it is about 7 to 10 Derham With out meter Max you should pay 20D From CTM OR TRAIN.. Nice and safe area. lots of Taxi out side the Building, Grocery store (Marjan super market) right in front of the building Exit , you can buy Meat, Chicken, veg too. .Lots of fast food restaurant on walking distance . Excellent host, very flexible and accommodating. My sister wasn’t feeling well, Dounia’s mother made her delicious Harira soup which helped with her symptoms. Will return when I visit Morocco next.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The owner, Benhaddou, and the manager, Drissia, were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. We are so satisfied with our experience and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!.

We had the pleasure of staying at Katrien’s mesrya for 3 wonderful weeks. We grocery shopped at the Carrefour but particularly enjoyed the open air food stalls in the Blue gate district. The well equipped kitchen meant we were able to prepare many of our meals, however, the amazing location of our « home » also meant we had a wide variety of restaurants to chose from, even vegetarian cuisine. In that short period of time we felt welcomed into the neighbourhood, never tiring of responding to the students’ and neighbours’ friendly enquires as to where we were from. We became friendly and used the services of several of the local shopowners. We visited in January which means cold nights, however, Katrien’s place is well equipped with good heaters. Like other guests before us, one of our favorite features of the place was the rooftop terrace. A great place to dry laundry fast! Several lunches were eaten there folllowed by many siestas! We were sad to leave. We highly recommend!

Le logement d'Amine est conforme à la description, très propre et assez calme. Nous y étions bien. Le seul bémol est une odeur de canalisation, qui je pense est présente dans de nombreux logements de la région ! Donc rien à redire. Merci à Fouad pour son accueil !

Äusserst grosse und schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Netter Kontakt mit Amine und Ansprechpersonen vor Ort. Parkplatz direkt vor Hauseingang. Für Gruppen und Familien sehr empfehlenswert.

Ein Traum! Das Riad ist ruhig gelegen und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eigerichtet! Die Schlafzimmer erstrecken sich über drei Etagen, tolles Licht im Haus! Ganz oben: Dachterasse mit phantastischem Blick über Fès. Was man wissen sollte: es ist ein altes Haus, natürlich müffelt es etwas. Die Heizmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend, es bleibt aber kühl im Haus. Das Treppenhaus ist schmal, man sollte mobil sein. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Frühstück war typisch Marokkanisch und sehr sehr lecker! Die Kommunikation mit Zackarias war hervorragend, vor Ort trafen wir Yasin: super Typ! Wir haben jede Sekunde genossen!

Siamo state in 10 amiche nel Riad . Tutto è andato benissimo, tranquillo, camere comode, le piccole meglio per 1 persona, le 2 molto grandi anche per 3 persone . Bravissima per la colazione Fatima che prepara buoni manicaretti. Ottimo, da consigliare .

Samira was a responsive and great host for me and my 5 friends who stayed at her place for 2 nights in Fes. Samira and her daughter picked us up from our taxi drop off and we immediately felt at home at her place as she offered us tea, sweets and gave us helpful recommendations and information on the city. The accomodation facilities themselves matched the description and were fit for purpose. It is an aesthetically decorated house with a lovely rooftop terrace. I would highly recommend Samira’s place to anyone travelling to Fes.

I didn’t want to leave Suzanna’s place! This is the only way to visit Fez — staying in an authentic riad. The beauty really can’t be quantified in photos or in a review. It was perfect. A couple of points: 1) Another review mentioned stairs being steep but I did not find this to be true. There are stairs, like in any riad, but they weren’t as numerous or as steep as most other places in Morocco, in my opinion. 2) This is not “hotel perfect” — and you wouldn’t want it to be. The home breathes history… things like worn tiles are the quirks that convey its long rich life. It is a privilege to stay in a place like this. 3) If offered, get the breakfast! It was really nice to have that. I’d stay a thousand more times. Don’t hesitate!

Apartment was really spacious and well kept. Everything you need was there and everything was really clean. The building is new and in a good neighborhood. Communication with Imane was easy and proactive. She helped us finding the way to the apartment and was really flexible. Would definitely recommend.

As a solo traveller, it's perfectly fine for me. It's clean generally, with a comfortable bed and enough blankets (could get quite chilly in sleep hours). Bathroom is quite small but I'm okay with it (could be a problem for tall guys though). Sebastian is also a very friendly and responsive host, with clear instructions he made check-in easy. I found the value impeccable for its price.

Parfait en tout point. Ahmed nous a fait un tres bon accueil et est très réactif. Le logement est très bien situé, proche de la gare, commerces... apparemment spacieux avec 2 salles d'eau/ 2 WC. la cuisine est bien équipée. j'y reviendrais sûrement.

une villa très propre et chaleureuse je suis très satisfait et je recommande fortement car j'ai trop adoré le cadre. c'est relaxant.
