Booked a 5 day trip by myself, and the 2nd day i ended up in the hospital with kidney stones. Eric and his property manager Della, went above and beyond communicating with me and checking on me. Della and her husband even came to the hospital and helped drive me and my truck back to the house! I cannot thank them enough for everything they did. These are some very good honest caring folks! The house was everything they described and very roomy, unfortunately i had to cut my trip short and didn’t get to enjoy it as much as i would have liked. Eric was very generous and helped me out with a partial refund. If i get the opportunity to make the trip back up to Kansas, i will be coming here! Thank you Eric and Della so much for everything! Nicholas was very responsive to all my questions before and during our stay. He responded within minutes to all of my questions. The house was very well kept both inside and outside. The kitchen was well stocked with snacks and utensils for all our cooking needs. My favorite part of the kitchen was the coffee bar. There was plenty of linens and towels in each bathroom and plenty of beds to sleep in. This house was very comfortable and spacious! I would definitely stay again on my next trip to Wichita. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful home.

We stayed at The Ranch House. This place exceeded our expectation's. Extremely clean inside and out. The backyard common area was perfect. It was private and comfortable. The inside was very well maintained and beautifully decorated. The king beds were comfortable and a great place to rest after a long day of walking and enjoying Pawhuska. It’s centrally located and within walking distance to the Mercantile, Boutiques and P Town Pizza. We loved every thing about Cottages on The Prairie. Our host, Cathy, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. She communicated well with me before and after. I left a rather expensive behind. Cathy reached out to me immediately and arranged to have the item shipped. She went above and beyond to accommodate and make our stay pleasant. We felt right at home and would definitely stay with her again. It was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended! Thank you Cathy!

Had an old man whiskey retreat. Excellent decor and surroundings. Perfect set up for a gathering. Made great use of the fire pit and beautiful kitchen. Highly recommend.
