Very clean and great location

It was my 2nd stay and will not be my last! The house was extremely clean! Ronald was quick to respond and had snacks and drinks available.

We had a wonderful stay! We came down to celebrate our daughter’s engagement and Juan accommodated us early and was very helpful! It was a wonderful place and it worked perfectly to gather together with family. We had a small celebration after the engagement and the house had plenty of dishes to use for food and the ambiance was great- piano, fireplace, nice big table for laying out food. We also loved the backyard but it was too cold to use the pool or fire pit, but still lovely features. It was wonderful that each bedroom had their own en suite bathroom..no fighting over who would get the best room! The house was clean, cozy and comfortable. The neighbors concerned me a little, but we felt safe. The road out front was a bit noisy but it’s also very close to Publix and other shopping which was great. Overal,l we would recommend staying there.. it was a wonderful experience!

The home had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, and the location was great. The host was very responsive and accommodating, making our experience even better. The home was just as advertised! Host was very responsive when questions came up. Large soaking tub was very useful after walking in the parks all day. Walmart is less than 5 min from the home for any essentials needed. Many restaurants in the area. Neighborhood was quiet. Host provides starter essentials for the stay.

Rented for Springbreak trip and had a fantastic stay! The house was so cute, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel right at home—even the things we forgot to pack. The décor was charming and made the whole space feel really warm and welcoming. It was also really clean. We loved using the bikes and kayaks. The tunnels were just a short paddle away, with crystal-clear water and we found manatees every single time we went out—such an unforgettable experience. The location was also perfect for visiting Homosassa Springs State Park and exploring the area. I highly recommend— plan on visiting again!

Great place. Very comfortable. Loved the pool and driving golf cart was fun. We had everything we needed for a great stay. This is not a complaint at all more of a helpful hint but one of the town squares was too far to take golf cart and you will need a car.

Loved the lay out for sharing with our son and his family they had one side and we enjoyed the privacy of the master suite. Pool is a bit chilly in late February but we all got in. It was the perfect location for our activities and close enough to theme parks too. We would definitely suggest this home.

Kyle was a very responsive and friendly host. We especially noted the little details and home amenities of the place. Light switches were labeled, which was a great help. The location is in walking distance to some of Orlando’s very best restaurants. Fantastic stay overall!

Tatyana is a great hostess. She was very accommodating. We enjoyed the Property, especially the heated pool. Very convenient to groceries, restaurants, Disney and many other attractions. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe, with friendly neighbors. We were even able to see several rocket launches from NASA. We felt at home from the first night. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses, etc. Anytime you can find a dog friendly vacation rental is great. We are already planning on coming back next year. This house was better than I had hoped. It is spacious with very comfortable furniture, including the master bedroom and bathroom. The carport allowed my 2500 Chev p/u to easily park under it. Screened in porch and pool are a wonderful bonus, although I did not have time to use them due to work hours. Wi-Fi was super fast and the Roku options allowed me to watch my normal preferred apps. Area was very quite at night with no noticeable traffic through the neighborhood. Water pressure in the master bath shower was great. I will stay again, if available on my next trip to the Leesburg area. Fred was quick to reply to messages. A/C worked good and all the rooms had ceiling fans to help circulate the air like I do at home. The house is supplied with just about anything you would need just like being at your own house.

Everything was perfect, just as advertised… I will definitely be coming back to stay

The stay at Val’s was everything that we wanted and then some. Enjoyed the local walking park. The pool was awesome and invigorating. Little warmer here than Ohio at this time. Will look to stay here again when down this way. Thanks for such a great stay.

This was my third time staying at Susan’s home and I will stay there again! The home is very clean, private and comfortable. Host is very responsive and accommodating. I would recommend this home to anyone traveling to Homossasa.

Great stay in a calm and relaxed environment. Stayed for 3 weeks and felt right at home. Obviously with a rental (hotel or home) you always have some things that could be perfected with a little maintenance but on the overall the house was in a great state. Pool heating worked as stated and our kid loved it.

Loata is an incredibly friendly and accommodating host. Her place is a calm, quiet refuge near nature. We recommend it.

Hands down one of the best airbnbs we have stayed in! Super clean! Great amenities - including a stocked coffee bar. Perfect if traveling with pets or kids. Plus it’s in a great location! Will be booking again

Kristina and Beth, who managed the property, were the kindest and most pleasant hosts. They made us feel right at home and let us wander around the property anytime we liked. The horses, cows, chickens, and especially the dogs, were so much fun. We could interact with them as little or as much as we preferred. The cottage was well equipped and very clean. We had a fabulous time! It was a great peaceful getaway and we can't wait to come back! One of our favorite Airbnb stays ever!
