The area seemed very safe, and Universal was a 10-15 minute drive away. The apartment was very clean and pleasantly decorated. It was very quiet at night, and the bed was comfortable. Check out instructions were very reasonable. We would stay here again.

We stayed with at Tom's place for one month. It is on the second level but easy access. Street noise is noticeable as the music from the local favorite, Brians Place. Music is not excessive loud and usually done by 11 PM (only weekends). Cleanliness was very good, except 3 unwashed dishes, the previous renters put back in the cabinets. We had a great time at Mermaid Landing, very relaxing. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking and has everything you need (bring specific spices- there was salt and oil). We used the grill and kitchen and didn’t need to go out for any food. We spent most of our days on the kayaks or outside on the patio. We aren’t experienced kayakers and had no problems navigating. The location is perfect. The host was great with communication. The house was very clean. People around were friendly. We did not see any manatees but there are many local places you can go see them as well. Lots of stores/dining close and the host had a great little binder with recommendarions. I think the people that are renting upstairs could or could not impact your stay- not that the host can control this but FYI. The first set of guests we shared with were great, the second were a bit loud. I’m a light sleeper and I had trouble sleeping. We would return to rent the whole space.

Sherry’s place was the perfect spot for my over night in Winter Park ! I didn’t get to enjoy all of the amenities but let me tell you … she has an amazing retreat ready for you here at The Lake House! Sherry was very speedy with her responses to my inquiries as well …. Just a wonderful experience all around! I highly recommend 😃

This place was amazing and not far from anything. Place was clean, private, very peaceful. The bed was to die for and like sleeping on a cloud. Definitely a gem to be had whether visiting Disney or diving the lower springs. Restaurants were very close by. Courtney was an amazing host and an amazing place

We really enjoyed our stay in this home! The host was very helpful and responsive. The highlight of our stay was definitely the ability to kayak right out the back door - we paddled out into Mud River Springs and saw manatees absolutely everywhere. It was a magical experience! The yard was peaceful and it was relaxing to sit out with coffee on the deck and watch the wildlife (squirrels, birds, fish). Situated in a small quiet neighborhood (but still close to all the activities we came to the area for), we couldn’t have imagined a more peaceful place to spend our week. We really loved this spot and hope to enjoy it again someday!

everything was petfect

This was the perfect river shack for our multi family vacay. We had kids from 1yo to 15 and they all had a blast. They loved the rope swing and having their own space in the bunk houses. The outdoor full bathroom was perfect for kids. Plenty of kayaks or paddle boards for us to share. Not a far paddle to clear water. It was our first time to Weeki wachi river and we had a great experience. Allison was always quick to respond any time we messaged her. We would stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this house! It's incredibly spacious, offering 4 rooms that are perfect for families or groups. The highlight was definitely the heated pool – it was so relaxing to unwind after a day of activities. The house is also stocked with plenty of kayaks, which made exploring the nearby waters so much fun for everyone. Additionally, there's ample parking available, which was a huge convenience. Kevin, the host, was exceptionally responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We had a fantastic time and would absolutely stay again

Great place to stay and relax, the dock is well maintained with good fishing less than 30 seconds from the front door. House was clean both bedrooms had comfortable mattresses. The host was very responsive and friendly. Neighborhood is well maintained friendly neighbors. Would stay here again

Ashley’s place was an unforgettable experience! 10/10! This was a trip for my honeymoon, my husband and I are from Texas & drove 14 hours to visit such a wonderful place. She gave us so many recommendations on good food, shopping centers and more! Definitely would book with Ashley again!

Condo was spacious and had what we needed. Showers had good pressure. The king bed was very comfortable. There isn’t any streaming, only cable and the WiFi wasn’t good, but we had a great time. The pool is really warm and huge so we really enjoyed that. It’s really close to anything theme park related, Disney Springs, etc. The balcony was fantastic with a very relaxing view.

Our stay was very refreshing and just what we needed to escape the cold weather here in Michigan. Shane made everything very easy with clear instructions and everything that we needed. He made us feel right at home, He was always responsive in a quick manner when we had questions. Will definitely revisit his condo and will share recommendations.

Easy fast stay

The condo was clean and how it was described by all and I will definitely book here again. It is not far at all from a lot of the main attractions, very comfortable and my son loved the bunk beds. Overall great stay!!! Thanks again!!!

This is an exceptional place to stay. Adir was very proactive host and gave clear instructions for check in. The pictures don’t do the place justice. Usually when you go into an AirBNB you’re underwhelmed because it doesn’t look as big or as nice as the pictures. My experience here was the exact opposite. It was much bigger than anticipated, very nicely decorated and very clean. I highly recommend Adir’s place if you are visiting the Orlando area.

My family and I visited from VA during Spring Break, we absolutely LOVED it!!!! The place was spotless, felt right at home and very spacious. We loved the resort, lots to do! The surrounding area was nice, we always have a great time when we come to Florida! Lisa was a great host and very quick to respond! :) I would definitely recommend and visit here again!

This was our third year staying at Ricardo’s for a week. We love the condo and staff. The pool and tiki bar and grill is our favorite. Looks right at the lake and pool. We will be back next year!!

We especially enjoyed the two balconies and the pool. The view of the lake was beautiful. Patrick was very responsive and helpful. We would stay again!
