We recently stayed at this stylish small home near the beach, and overall, it was a charming getaway. The design and decor were modern and thoughtfully put together, making it a cozy and aesthetically pleasing space. The location was great—just a short walk to the beach, though it is a bit of a hike with quite a few stairs, so keep that in mind if mobility is a concern. While we enjoyed our stay, there were a couple of things to note. The home was quite cold, with the gas fireplace serving as the primary heat source, which took some time to warm up the space. Additionally, there was a noticeable dampness in the air and a musty smell, which may be due to the coastal environment and season we visited. That being said, the host was communicative, and the place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If you're looking for a stylish beach retreat and don’t mind the walk or the chill, this could be a great spot!

Its own little world! After Laura gave us the simple instructions for the hot tub we were left alone without interruption the entire stay! Such a beautiful home! And the oasis has amazing energy! Will stay again!

The barn aesthetic is modern, cozy and has beautiful attention to details. The art will be appreciated as well as Susan’s own pottery pieces in the kitchen. Susan was a wonderful host very response and answered any questions I had quickly! The neighborhood felt safe and had restaurants close by! We wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you Susan we will definitely be staying again!

Gorgeous cottage close to fun bars, restaurants and wineries. Loved the cozy, clean space and the hot tub was perfect!

I would definitely stay here again. Great space. Safe, quiet location. I got locked out late at night (user error 😅). Will was quick to respond and get me in. Back yard is its own oasis.

Cozy little place! I’ve been to multiple #stayatmyplace locations now and this one was just like the others; great! Lots of little amenities, it was clearly well thought out and I LOVE the easy off street access.

We loved our stay here. What an amazing home, beautiful surroundings and so peaceful. We enjoyed the deer and quail visits, and happened to be there during a meteor shower and Northern lights. Couldn't have asked for a better location to enjoy the show. The town of Willamina is nearby and has some cute antique shops. The beach is only 45 mins away. This home is spacious, comfortable (10 ft ceilings, walk in shower, open floor plan), dog-friendly and has everything you need. Suzan is a wonderful host, very helpful if any questions arise.
